Abstract

Ada dua jenis kalsium karbonat berdasarkan pengolahannya yaitu Precipited Calcium Carbonate dan Ground Calcium Carbonate. PCC dengan kualitas khusus dikembangkan sebagai bahan campuran kosmetik, drug delivery ,bahan bioaktif, hingga suplemen nutrisi ,pengisi dalam cat, plastik, karet, dan kertas. Dalam studi kali ini penulis mencoba memaparkan pustaka tentang aplikasi di bidang teknik. Tujuannya adalah memperkaya referensi untuk melakukan pengembangan penelitian yang berkaitan dengan kalsium karbonat secara aplikatif ataupun skala laboratorium yang nantinya akan secara signifikan dapat mendapatkan kalsium karbonat dengan kualitas tinggi sehingga dapat diaplikasikan lebih maksimal.Kalsit merupakan fase PCC yang paling stabil dan banyak digunakan dalam industri cat, kertas, magnetic recording, industri tekstil, detergen, plastik, dan kosmetik .Sedangkan PCC yang paling banyak digunakan pada filler filleruntuk keperluan industri adalah PCC dengan morfologi aragonit atau yang biasa kita sebut dengan needle-like aragonit.Hal ini karena aragonit menjadikan sifat-sifat komposit lebih baik seperti highbulk, kecerahan, tak tembus cahaya

Abstract

Pemakaian teknologi komputer sebagai salah satu aplikasi dari teknologi informasi sudah menjadi suatu kebutuhan, karena banyak pekerjaan yang dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat, akurat, dan efisien. Dengan berkembangnya sistem informasi global yang sangat pesat, website merupakan suatu fasilitas penunjang dalam pengelolaan dan penggunaan sistem informasi. TOEFL merupakan suatu test bahasa inggris yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui level atau kemampuan kita dalam berbahasa inggris, tentunya dengan standart penilaian secara internasional, hal ini dikarenakan bahas inggris adalah bahasa yang dipakai oleh kebanyakan masyarakat di dunia.Dengan adanya TOEFL Online ini diharapkan agarpelaksanaan test TOEFL dapat berjalan dengan lebih baik, lebih banyak yang berpartisipasi dalam test TOEFL, serta diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa inggris serta dapat mendongkrak nilai test TOEFL pengguna/pesertanya.

Abstract

alam rangka peningkatan pelayanan jalan yang dapat mendorong perkembangan daerah, khususnya di Kabupaten Gresik dan sekitarnya, maka pemerintah berusaha memperbaiki sarana dan prasarana jalan Kabupaten Gresik. Penulis telah menitikberatkan beberapa masalah yang akan dibahas secara mendetail dan jelas. Beberapa masalah tersebut nantinya akan dibahas dan dikaji dengan sumber dan literature yang ada. Adapun rumusan masalahnya adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Bagaimana proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan pada proyek pembangunan jalan ruas Lasem-Lowayu-Dukun-Gresik;(2)Bagaimana perbedaan antara lapis AC-BC, dan AC-WC;(3)Bagaimana hasil analisa setelah pekerjaan pembangunan jalan ruas Lasem-Lowayu-Dukun-Gresik dilaksanakan;.Tahap pelaksanaan pekerjaan pembangunan ruas jalan Lasem-Lowayu-Dukun-Gresik adalah sebagai berikut: survey lapangan, penyiapan badan jalan, pekerjaan galian, pekerjaan lapis pondasi agregat, pekerjaan pengaspalan. Maka lapis pondasi bawahnya yaitu agregat Klas B dengan ketebalan 35 cm, dan lapis pondasi atas yaitu CTB dengan ketebalan 30 cm. sedangkan lapis permukaannya (surface) dengan 2 lapis, lapisan bawah yaitu AC-BC dengan ketebalan 6 cm, dan lapisan paling atas yaitu AC-WC dengan ketebalan 4 cm. berdasarkan proporsi campurannya, dapat dilihat bahwa kadar aspal lapis perkerasan AC-WClebih besar dan memakai agregat dengan gradasi lebih kecil, sehingga permukaan AC-WC lebih halus dibandingkan dengan AC-BC. Dan sebaliknya untuk lapis perkerasan AC-BC mempunyai kadar aspal pling sedikit dan memakai agregat dengan gradasi lebih besar, sehingga permukaan dari lapis AC-BC lebih kasar dari AC-WC. Dari analisa dari pembahasan oleh penulis, maka tahapan pekerjaan pembangunan ruas jalan Lasem-Lowayu-Dukun-Gresik telah sesuai berdasarkan Spesifikasi Umum dan literature yang ada

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous variables X1 (facilities) and X2 (service quality) to variable Y (satisfaction) and know the partial influence of variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) to variable Y (satisfaction). Sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data collection method in this research is using primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23. Based on the result of t test data analysis variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) partially have no significant effect on passenger satisfaction in terminal Rajekwesi Bojonegoro and the result of F test simultaneous variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) have significant influence to passenger satisfaction in terminal Rajekwesi Bojonegoro.

Abstract

Disturbance at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Sidayu Area Gresik Distribution East Java is quite diverse, most of the disturbance that occurred was temporary temporary, the cause is not known and to minimize the disturbance is widely used automatic cover (recloser) on the electricity distribution network. The placement of the recloser is only based on a safe distance without consideration of the load and the customer population and calculation of the layou t for the determination of the location that can maximize the system performance. By knowing the burden and the customer population it will be able to know how many losses and the number of customers who will experience a disruption when the recloser has failed function due to improper layout, load and customer population can also be a variable to calculate SAIFI value. One parameter of failure (the extent of failure or blackout to the customer) in the electrical world is the value of SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index). Higher values indicate an increasing rate of failure. In this analysis there are 3 points that counted SAIFInya value that is point 19 with SAIFI value 15.1, point 18 with SAIFI value 61,7 and point 12 with value SAIFI 137,2. from the calculation of each point can get the result of SAIFI minimum disturbance index that is at point 19.

Abstract

Information system patient at hospital of healthy partner surgery is one kind of software that can be used to assist administration process, registration and data processing at one of ins titution which move in public service area. In this research will be made an inpatient information system using Visual Basic programming language. The amount of data and the need for rapid information delivery in the administration of payment services and data collection of patients using information technology as a medium that is considered capable and reliable to assist in data processing and presentation of information fast, easy and accurate.

Abstract

Rice husk is the waste from the rice mill has a dominant silica content that is equal to 93% and almost the same content of silica contained in the microsilica manufactured. By its nature when mixed into the concrete mix will improve the characteristics of concrete. In this research, rice husk ash was added to the concrete mixture of Fc 'K-175 Kg / cm2 with a variation of 0%, 8%, 10%, and 12% husk ash ash taken based on the weight of cement. This research aims to determine the value of concrete compressive strength achieved from rice husk ash mixture in K-175 Kg / cm2 concrete. Concrete mortar design using ASTM method. Test specimens were made for each addition of the percentage of husk ash is as much as 3 samples, with cylinder mold size 15 cm diameter with height 30 cm. Based on Table 4:22 in the results obtained that there is a decrease in strength on each addition of ash rice husk level. It is known that the normal compressive strength of 28 days old concrete is 226,47 kg / m2 and the lowest compressive strength is in the addition of rice husk ash 12% age 28 day that is 129,41 kg / m2

Abstract

So far, the employee performance assessment at the office of sukodadi sud district in lamongan regency is conducted by the appraisal officer in coordination with the Head Office. Previously was done manual calculation without using a system. The calculation carried out in the form of determination of eligibility fulfillment of promotion of employee. Decision support systems can assist in determining assessments of employee work for the purpose of regular promotion by using a method. The existence method can be used in decision support systems such as Analytical Hierarchi Process (AHP). Systematic and appropriate in the decision-making process that is able to show the value of the competence of employees in accordance with the criteria established by the Office or decision makers based on systematic data analysis for the purpose of promotion of regular.

Abstract

Driving license is a registration proof and identification that is given by Indonesian Nation Police to someone who is fulfilled the administrative requirement, physically and mentally healthy, understand the traffic regulation, and skilled motorcycle driving. The survey result shows that not all people who have motorcycle have C driving license, eight of ten people say that they are afraid and have not understood the procedure of making C driving license yet. The motorcycle driver ha ve not passed the C driving license test frequently because they have not understood the theory of traffic sign and road marking, and driving the motorcycle yet. Based on that problem C Driving license Simulation Application Android Based is made as the research tittle. This application is developed based on Construct 2, the stages of developing Application is started from collecting the data (color-blind test, theory test, practice test’s information, and driving license information), then designing the pr ogram’s interface and program system’s groove, and the last one is black box testing and user testing. The implementation result of internal test (developing) Application test is based on Black Box method. Implementation result of user test based on the qu estionnaire from 50 respondents used likert scale was gotten 89%. So, it can be concluded that C Driving license Simulation Application is the good one

Abstract

Based on the various properties of concrete, it is necessary to investigate the effect of mixing time of concrete mixture on the compressive strength of concrete. The length of stirring of the concrete mixture in question is the amount of time spent mixing the concrete in minutes. The experiment was performed using a concrete mixing machine with stirring times of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 minutes. The method of data analysis begins with the investigation of cement, coarse and fine aggregates. The experiment was conducted at the laboratory of Lamongan Islamic University, using molen machine for mixing concrete and test specimens in test with concrete compressive strength test. From concrete compressive strength test, concrete compressive strength with rotation time for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 minutes were 15,366 MPa, 17,021 MPa, 15,839 MPa, 15,603 MPa, 16,076 MPa, 15,603Mpa at age 28 days. Based on the test, the highest compressive strength of concrete was obtained on stirring for 10 minutes with a compressive strength of 17,021 Mpa or 16.872% of normal concrete.
