Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh steam inhalation terhadap usaha  bernapas  pada balita dengan pneumonia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experimental dengan jenis rancangan pre-posttest non equivalent control group dengan pengambilan sampel berdasarkan consecutive sampling. Jumlah sampel 28 balita pneumonia terdiri dari 14 responden sebagai kelompok kontrol dan 14 responden sebagai kelompok intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan dan penurunan rerata frekuensi napas setelah dilakukan steam inhalation tetapi tidak bermakna  (p value >0,05). Hal ini dipengaruhi karena pelaksanaan steam inhalation hanya dilakukan satu kali sedangkan dalam referensi harus dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali sehari.Kata kunci       : steam inhalation, usaha bernapas, balita pneumonia

Abstract

The purposes of this research is to explain the influence of trust to transaction on e-commerce. This research conducted by taken samples on e-commerce customers in Indonesia. Main instrument on data collection is questionnaire which is distributed through social media (Facebook, Twitter, and Blogs) and measured by Likert Scale. Respondent amount on this research is 150 ecommerce customer in Indonesia. Analysis data used is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result on this research showed that trust dimension  has significant influence on e-commerce customers transaction decision.

Abstract

Hemodialisis merupakan salah satu terapi yang dilaksanakan oleh klien dengan penyakit ginjal kronis stadium akhir. Berbagai perubahan fisik dan psikologis klien yang menjalani hemodialisi berpengaruh pada kemampuan klien dalam melakukan aktivitas fisik. Pengalaman klien yang menjalani hemodialisis dalam melakukan aktivitas fisik memerlukan perencanaan yang baik agar dapat melaksanakan aktivitas sehingga pasien dapat memiliki kesehatan yang optimal.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengeksplorasi secara mendalam pengalaman perencanaan klien hemodialisis dalam upaya mempertahankan kemampuan aktivitas fisik.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui in-depth interview kepada 8 (delapan) orang klien yang menjalani hemodialisis.  Keabsahan data meliputi credibility, dependability, confirmability, transferability. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Collaizi.Hasil penelitian didapatkan tema yaitu:  manajemen energi, manajemen nutrisi dan manajemen cairan.Hasil penelitian pengalaman perencanaan klien hemodialisis dapat dijadikan dasar pengembangan program pelayanan keperawatan yang lebih bermutu untuk dapat meningkatkan produktifitas klien sehingga kwalitas hidup klien hemodialisis menjadi lebih baik.Kata kunci: perencanaan, aktivitas fisik, hemodialisisDaftar Pustaka : tahun 2000-2014

Abstract

This study aims to determine and compare the profitability of different types of broiler chicken farms (open and cloused houses) in Subang Regency. This study involved 9 farmers consisting of 5 farmers with closed house and 4 farmers with open house who partnered with PT. Surya Unggas Mandiri (PT. SUM). Production costs taken are 2 production periods from May-August 2018. Data are analyzed using economic analysis and descriptive methods. The results showed that the production cost per period per 1000 birds closed house was higher (Rp. 27.656.768,-) compared to open house (Rp. 24.975.671,-). The revenue per period per 1000 birds of closed house is higher (Rp. 30.606.931,-) compared to open house (Rp. 25.788.618,-). The profit of farmers who use closed house is higher (Rp. 2.621/period/bird) than open house (Rp.417,-). The profitability in close house s is 9.48% and is very feasible to develop

Abstract

World development Cellular telecommunications is now growing rapidly, and if it is tailored to the needs of the community, this will greatly affect the quality of telecommunications. The Kopindosat Card Division, which is one of the official dealers of PT. Indosat. The purpose of this is to produce accurate and relevant data. And the technique used is parallel processing computing, which is processing that uses more than one CPU. In this paper the author only limits the range of inputting POs, allocation mutations, and making reports (daily, weekly, and monthly). All of these processes are carried out with the Modern Computing Technique, Grid Computing which utilizes processing power and Process strength to calculate one job. The system aims to collect, send and process data quickly, precisely and produce information that is both timely and effective. This is important for leaders in making decisions and policies, in order to help and facilitate administrators, in the implementation of the sales system. The proposed system procedure does not differ much from the current system on SEV. In this proposed system there are a number of proposed changes, namely the SEV sales transaction process on the TLD. Abstract

Nut grass is Cyperaceae group and underestimated its existence. Nut grass has many benefits so  potential to be developed. This study aims to determine the effect of planting media and the addition of NPK fertilizer to the growth of the nut grass and find out the nutrient content of chips made from nut grass tuber. The design of this study was factorial complete randomized design (RAL) which consisted of two factors. First factor is Planting Media, consist of M1 = soil, M2 = Soil: Sand (2: 1), M3 = Soil: Compost Fertilizer (2: 1) and M4 = Soil: Cage Fertilizer (2: 1) and second factor is fertilizer dosage NPK 15: 15: 15 with the level P1 = Without NPK fertilizer, P2 = 5 g NPK fertilizer, P3 = 10 g NPK fertilizer. Research result showed that the media significantly affected the number of clumps, root weight, clump weight, overall weight and number of flowers but did not significantly affect the height, number of tubers and tuber weight. Fertilizer significantly affected the number of clumps, root weight, clump weight, overall weight, number of flowers, number of tubers and tuber weight but did not significantly affect the height at P≤0.05 level. Interaction between planting media and NPK fertilizer did not significantly affect all parameters. Keywords: Chips, NPK Fertilizer, Nut Grass, Planting Media

Abstract

Yogurt merupakan produk olahan susu yang difermentasi oleh bakteri asam laktat (BAL) yaitu bakteri Streptococcus thermophilus dan bakteri Lactobacillus bulgaricus. Pembuatan yogurt susu kambing dengan penambahan jeruk bali merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan diversifikasi pangan. Tujuan lain dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui proses pembuatan yogurt susu kambing dengan penambahan jeruk bali dan mengetauhui hasil pengujian proksimat terhadap produk yang dibuat. Parameter yang diamati yaitu kadar air, kadar abu, kadar protein, kadar lemak, dan kadar karbohidrat.  Penilitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dan studi pustaka. Hasil uji proksimat menunjukkan yoghurt mengandung kadar air 67%, kadar abu 0,77%, kadar protein 5,65%, kadar lemak 5,40 %, kadar karbohidrat 20,33%.

Abstract

One of the most common damages to motorcycles is damage to the seals on the motorcycle suspension, which results in a large amount of oil leakage. To repair the damage a seal removal tool is needed which functions as a Special Service Tool (SST) which is often used in motorcycle workshops. The variety of types and brands of motorcycles, causing motorcycle workshops must have complete equipment, according to the motorcycles brand that is repaired, this results in the expenditure of excess money, especially in the supply of seal removal devices according to the motorcycle brand. The purpose of this research is to create a flexible Telescopic Fork front suspension seal release device, which can be used for all types of motorcycle brands. The method used in this research is tool design, tool manufacturing process, and testing the application of seal removal tools. It is evidenced from the results of the usage test that the resulting seal removal tool can be used for all types of motorcycle brands, this tool can shorten the processing time, and also does not cause new damage to the repaired components. However, it is necessary to examine the application of occupational safety and health to prevent work accidents in the process of making this seal removal device.

Abstract

Proses pengajaran dengan metode e-learning menggunakan Edmodo selaras dengan konsep kerja dari Green Computing dengan memanfaatkan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer dengan lebih baik, lebih efisien, dan lebih bermanfaat. Edmodo menyerupai media sosial yang mendukung pembelajaran dengan menerapkan konsep Green Computing. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan literature review berupa buku, jurnal yang membahas tentang topik yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan Edmodo sebagai platform dalam pengembangan metode e-learning, maupun yang berhubungan dengan konsep Green Computing. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian lapangan dengan cara observasi terhadap sistem yang berjalan di Program Studi Sistem Informasi Politeknik Negeri Subang (POLSUB). Proses pengajaran dengan metode e-learning menggunakan Edmodo, dengan tidak menggunakan kertas pada saat pengumpulan tugas dan kuis memberikan gambaran bahwa POLSUB turut serta dalam memelihara kelestarian lingkungan.
