<![CDATA[This research will investigate how much influence the values of Pencak silat on the personality of students in MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Salawati, Sorong Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of Pencak silat values on student personality. The study population was all students who participated in martial arts activities. This research uses quantitative research. Data collection methods are carried out through observation, documentation, and questionnaires. This research was conducted during extracurricular activities. Data collection techniques are done using a questionnaire (Questionnaire). The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis with the help of SPSS 16 statistical data processing software. The results of the data analysis showed that there was no significant effect between Pencak silat values on the personality of students of MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Salawati, Sorong Regency, which only had an effect of 11, 5%.]]>

<![CDATA[Pesantren is an institution of education and teaching of Islam in which interaction occurs between kyai or ustadz as a teacher and santri as students. Therefore, professional management should be pursued to pursue superior and modern pesantren. This study aims to understand the concept of sharpening pesantren in marginal society. The method used is a literature study or literature review with several relevant references. The results of the study indicate that the understanding that pesantren is a traditional educational institution with the principle of values-oriented to the problem of divinity, so that its management less attention and more conventional. Implementation of Total Quality Management becomes important to be applied which is generally implemented in a qualified pesantren. Management aspects that can be applied to the scope of the pesantren include using the concept according to Harold Koontz with the POSLC function system (planning, organizing, staff, charismatic leading and controlling). Furthermore, a leader must have a high dedication, breakthrough, good communication, financial considerations, skilled emotions and become a good listener.]]>

<![CDATA[The success of educational supervision in madrasas as a supervisory function which represents one of the important factors in education management has not been optimally touched in the educational development program in madrasah. Whatever is the target for supervision in conducting supervision in madrasah. This research is a field or field research (field research) with a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The focus of this research is about the role and challenges of supervision of Islamic Education in the City of Sorong by using a type of field research, with descriptive qualitative analysis methods. The results of this study are: First, the role of school supervisors in madrasah in Sorong City is in accordance with existing regulations, according to very limited in the sense of regulating the place of madrasas that are supervised, but the investment of madrasah supervisors is very beneficial and beneficial in the development and encouragement of educators and education staff in Sorong City. Second, the obstacle that was transferred by the madrasah supervisor in Sorong City was the time of supervision in the madrasa, the limited number of madrasah supervisors, limited operational funds and financial support from the Ministry of Religion.]]>

<![CDATA[The ability to interpret the Asmaul Husna which is still low on students of SD Inpres 22 Sorong is the background of the research in this thesis. This study aims to improve the ability to interpret Asmaul Husna on Islamic Education (PAI) subjects by using Matchmaking Learning Media in class II SD Inpres 22 Sorong Regency. This study is a classroom action research (PTK), with subjects in grade II at SD Inpres 22 Sorong in the 2017/2018 school year, totaling 6 people. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle carried out in 2 meetings. Data retrieval is done by using tests and observations. The collected data were analyzed using percentage descriptive analysis. The results obtained after being given the action are (1) the average score of the ability test to interpret Asmaul Husna students in the first cycle is 76.67 and the average score in the second cycle is 86.67. It can be concluded that matchmaking card learning media can improve the ability to interpret Asmaul Husna in Islamic Education (PAI) lessons in class II SD Inpres 22 Sorong.]]>

<![CDATA[Study the role of the teacher as if it has never been finished to be studied because the role of the teacher has a big role in changes in students, both changes in self-quantity and self-quality. Changes in these two things need to be supported by several aspects, one of which is the optimal aspect of the teacher's role in playing each of his roles. What often happens in the learning process today is that not a few teachers play a role as instructors, transferring knowledge to students. Actually the needs of students are not only knowledge but also value, so that when teachers can optimize all their roles, what happens is that students not only increase their quantity in terms of science but also increase their quality in terms of mindset, speech, and behavior. Optimizing the role carried out by the teacher should be done comprehensively, starting from as a teacher, mentor, facilitator, and even motivator. To be a mentor, the teacher must have an understanding of the student being guided, understand the character and psychological structure. By understanding the concepts of guidance and counseling, the teacher is expected to be able to function as a guide. As a facilitator, the teacher can understand what the talents of his interests are, the teacher can build positive communication with parents of students and those who can help develop the talents of the students' interests and potential. As a motivator, teachers must understand the concepts and theories of motivation that are expected to help teachers to develop their skills in motivating their students to demonstrate superior learning or performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic Education as a basic capital in order to achieve happiness in human life in the world and the hereafter. Thus given the importance of Islamic Education, human beings need to get the need for this very important science as a basic provision to meet the level of happiness attainment away. Islamic Education is sourced from the Shari'a namely the Qur'an and Hadith. Because the Qur'an and the Hadith as the source of all knowledge that becomes the shari'a (rules) of Allah SWT, we are obliged to believe from the sources of shari'a that will be able and guarantee safety with human happiness. The system built by the Qur'an and the Hadith is the foundation of Islamic Education as a guarantee of Allah SWT in accordance with His pleasure. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research literature. The conclusion of this research is Islamic Education as the basis of human life, by consideration this has become a basic human need to achieve happiness both in the world and the hereafter. Islamic Education is sourced from the Shari'a namely the Qur'an and the Hadith that develops in the dynamics of human life in accordance with the atmosphere and development of the times that encourage the safety and happiness of humans for those who can support the application with the guidance of Islamic Education in accordance with sharia'.]]>
