Abstract

Economic growth in North Kalimantan Province, the youngest province in Indonesia, is influenced by other economic variables. This study is a quantitative study supported by a descriptive explanation, with the aim of looking at the effect of investment and the human development index on regional economic growth in North Kalimantan Province, referring to 2013-2020 data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS version 20. Simultaneously investment and HDI have a significant effect on economic growth in North Kalimantan Province, meaning that the greater the investment value along with the better human development related to the Human Development Index, then economic growth in North Kalimantan Province will increase. Partially, investment has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth in North Kalimantan Province. This situation indicates that investment has not been able to maximize or increase economic growth because investment has not been evenly distributed in all sectors, so that economic growth has increased but not significantly. Partially, the Human Development Index (HDI) has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in North Kalimantan Province. A high level of HDI achievement plays an important role in increasing economic growth in North Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

Economic growth is often used as a benchmark for the success of economic development. To achieve successful development makes the government strive to create a high rate of economic growth. One of the strategies used by the government to create high economic growth is to spur sectors of the economy that can provide great added value in a short time. Economic growth that occurs continuously can cause changes in the economic structure of the region. Structural transformation means a process of changing the structure of the economy from the agricultural sector to the industrial or service sector, where each sector will undergo a different transformation process. The existence of the covid-19 pandemic not only has an impact on the health sector but also especially in the economic field. Sectoral economic growth contracted negatively where in 2019 Indonesia's sectoral economic growth of 5.02 percent decreased to -2.07 percent. The purpose of this study is to analyze changes in economic structure in Sumatra. The data to be collected includes PDRB data on a constant price basis in 2010. This research will use quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study found that during 2010 to 2019, there was a change in economic structure on the island of Sumatra. The contribution of the agricultural sector fell while the tertiary sector increased. While the secondary sector increased during the period, but the increase was not so large.

Abstract

Health is a state investment in the field of human resources, so that all citizens have the right to their health because it is protected by the constitution as stated in the second paragraph of the 1945 Constitution Article 27 which reads, every citizen has the right to work and a decent living for humanity. It must be admitted that the quality of public health in North Bengkulu Regency, especially in Lais District, has so far been inadequate. People with education and low/poor incomes tend to pay less attention to health factors, their lack of understanding of the importance of health factors in life so that public understanding of the importance of health problems is still often neglected. By understanding the problems faced in this study, the objectives to be achieved are to know and understand how the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) at the Lais Bengkulu Utara Nursing Health Center and overcome the obstacles faced to increase the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) at the Lais Bengkulu Utara Nursing Health Center. The sample used in this study was 100 people who came and received treatment at the Lais Nursing Health Center which were determined by accidental sampling research techniques, data were obtained by interview, observation, and questionnaire methods based on the IKM calculation from KEPMENPAN Number 25 of 2004, by calculating 14 service indicators. studied in each element of IKM. The results of the study were found to be in the "Good" category, there were only 2 indicators of the IKM value with the poor IKM category, namely the discipline of service officers and the speed of service officers with a C value or the performance of the service unit "Poor". The main obstacle to increasing the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) at the Lais Nursing Health Center is the limited budget, lack of medical personnel and medical support. Efforts made by the Lais Nursing Health Center every year are to coordinate with the Health Office, local government, and DPRD to overcome the shortage of medical equipment and human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether interest rates, rupiah exchange rates and inflation affect stock prices in banking sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2018. The study was conducted on 27 banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testingThe results showed that the X1 variable (interest rate) obtained a significance value of 0.020 <0.05, meaning that X1 (interest rate) had an effect on stock prices (Y) in banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. Variable X2 (the rupiah exchange rate) obtained a significance value of 0.041 < 0.05. Because the significance value is less than 0.05, it means that X2 (the rupiah exchange rate) has no effect on the stock price (Y) of the banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. Variable X3 (inflation) obtained a significance value of 0.195> 0.05. Because the significance value is greater than 0.05, it means that X3 (inflation) has no effect on stock prices (Y) in banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. Simultaneous hypothesis testing showed a significance value of 0.020 <0.05. This means that together X1 (interest rate), X2 (rupiah exchange rate) and X3 (inflation) affect stock prices (Y)
