Abstract

Nilai perusahaan dapat menentukan arah dan kinerja perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan dapat mempengaruhi persepsi investor dalam menilai sebuah perusahaan sebelum menginvestasikan modalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Return On Assets terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Sektor Makanan dan Minuman, Return On Equity terhadap Nilai Perushaan pada Sektor Makanan dan Minuman dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perushaan pada Perusahaan Sektor Makanan dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2021 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2021. Sampel sebanyak 7 perusahaan dan data pengamatan selama 5 tahun, sehingga diperoleh 35 data yang akan diolah dan di analisis. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, pertama dengan uji asumsi klasik, kemudian uji t digunakan untuk uji parsial dan uji hipotesis, kemudian uji f untuk uji simultan, dan terakhir uji koefesien determinasi untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh variabel Return On Assets berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel Return On Equity berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Berdasarkan uji F atau uji simultan diperoleh bahwa semua variabel X yaitu Return On Assets, Return On Equity dan Ukuran Perusahaan secara bersama-sama dapat mempengaruhi variabel Y yaitu nilai perusahaan. Berdasarkan Uji Koefisien determinasi variabel nilai perusahaan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Return On Assets, Return On Equity dan Ukuran Perusahaan sebesar 91,5% dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

One of the efforts made by the Salatiga City Government to increase revenue from Regional Original Revenue is through hotel and restaurant taxes. This research was conducted at the Salatiga Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness and contribution of hotel and restaurant taxes to Local Revenue in the City of Salatiga. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using secondary data obtained from the Salatiga Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency, which consists of reports on targets and realization of hotel and restaurant taxes as well as Salatiga City regional revenue. The data is processed using the effectiveness ratio and contribution ratio. The overall results of the research show that in 2017-2021 the effectiveness of hotel and restaurant taxes is classified as a very effective criterion for local revenue. Meanwhile, the contribution value of hotel and restaurant taxes is still very low in terms of local revenue.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial brand image dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian Mie Gacoan Majapahit pada mahasiswa Universitas Semarang (USM). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan sampel 70 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini diolah menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Mie Gacoan Majapahit. Brand image secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Mie Gacoan Majapahit. Kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Mie Gacoan Majapahit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, and the company's brand image on customer satisfaction in Semarang Herborist Oemah. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling, namely taking sample members based on certain criteria. The certain criteria used as samples are; 1). Consumers who buy products from Oemah Herborist are individual customers, not corporate customers (business customers). 2). Oemah Herborist Semarang consumers are those who buy Herborist products for the 2021 period. 3). Customers have purchased Herborist products at least 2 times. Based on the samples taken with certain criteria above, 100 people (respondents) were obtained. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear analysis methods with SPSS tools. Price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a t count > t table, namely 2.941 > 1.984 and a probability value of 0.004 <0.05, product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a t count > t table, namely 3,331 > 1.984 and a probability value of 0.001 < 0.05 while brand image has no effect and is not significant on consumer satisfaction with a t count < t table, namely 1.101 < 1.984 and a probability value of 0.273 > 0.05. The suggestion in this study is that companies should pay attention to the pricing process and consider several price indicators so that prices will not be a problem for consumers. Companies must also maintain the quality of their products to maintain consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat mempengaruhi persaingan dalam dunia bisnis. Perusahaan membutuhkan teknologi untuk mengelola sumber daya secara maksimal untuk menciptakan inovasi untuk produk yang dihasilkan. Manajemen sumber daya dan inovasi adalah kebutuhan perusahaan untuk bersaing memperebutkan pangsa pasar. UMKM House of Edera merupakan UMKM yang melakukan usaha bisnis dengan memproduksi serta menjual tas dan aksesoris. Fungsi utama/proses bisnis secara internal UMKM House of Edera berkaitan dengan rantai pasok, yaitu: persediaan barang, penjualan barang, dan transaksi jual beli. Rangkaian dalam proses bisnis ini harus dikelola dengan baik agar dapat bersaing di pasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki metode manufaktur yang berbasis web melalui aplikasi sistem Odoo sebagai penyelesaian masalah yang ada dalam proses olah data barang yang dilakukan secara manual di UMKM House of Edera yang dapat digantikan. Yaitu dengan merubah sistem berbasis web, sehingga diharapkan dalam pengolahan data menjadi lebih optimal dengan penyajian report inventory menjadi lebih credible dan on time. Selain itu, dapat membantu mengelola persediaan menjadi efektif dan efisien. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara identifikasi prosedur bisnis, basic data, dan analisis data. Penelitian ini  memberikan masukan bagi berbagai bagian untuk menyesuaikan implementasi pada sistem Odoo dengan membuat catatan yang dapat digunakan oleh pihak yang bersangkutan. Hasilnya, sistem pembelian barang dan pengecekan persediaan barang yang masih secara manual diubah menjadi sistem berbasis web dengan pemanfaatan teknologi pada sistem Odoo.

Abstract

Internal control system is a set of policies and procedures to protect the company's assets from all forms of abuse, ensure the availability of accurate accounting information of the company, and ensure all provisions (regulations) of management policies have been adhered to   accordingly by all employees of the company. Inventory security issues are the main problem experienced by every type of retail business. A good internal inventory control system is needed by retail companies because it is able to minimize these risks.The object in this research is CV Top Album. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the description of the internal control system for damaged products applied to CV Top Album. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research type, while the method in data collection in this research is interview, obsevation, documentation. From the results of this study shows that there are still some problems in internal control of damaged products causing material losses and production delays due to damaged products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence online customer reviews, prices, product quality have on purchasing decisions through the Tokopedia marketplace for Tokopedia users in the city of Semarang, there is a problem in making online purchases in the marketplace, including that buyers face various risks when making a purchase decision, where consumers cannot see directly the goods to be purchased, consumers do not know that the goods to be purchased will meet the expected needs or expectations of the product to be purchased. The population in this study were Tokopedia users, with a sample of 96 respondents using purposive sampling and a Likert scale measurement. The analysis in this study was processed using SPSS software. The results in this study show that online customer reviews, prices, and product quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia marketplace. Online customer reviews have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia marketplace. Prices have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia Marketplace. Product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia marketplace. The population defined in this study is Tokopedia users in the city of Semarang. Then through the F test shows that the online customer review variables, price and product quality are appropriate to test the purchasing decision variable. Adjusted R square of 0.719 indicates that 71.9% of the decision to stay variable can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 28.1% is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study.

Abstract

High consumer beautification and high market share potential lead to competition in the make-up industry. The Ministry of Industry stated that the country's make-up industry reached more than 760 companies in 2017 and is targeting significant growth in the make-up industry in 2018-2020. To support this growth, this research was conducted to find out what factors must be considered to increase people's make-up purchases. The focus of this study is the analysis of beauty vloggers, product variations, halal labels, and brand awareness in purchase decisions, using consumer buying interest as a mediator in the makeup industry. Beauty vloggers are presented in this study because, currently many people work as beauty bloggers and they are much loved by the public. Beauty vlogger is a marketing medium that can build positive brand associations through repeated claims about brand attributes and the benefits they offer. Purposive sampling was used in this research sample. Questionnaire: count 100 respondents who meet the requirements as a sample. Multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 was used as a data analysis tool. The results showed that beauty vloggers, product variety, and brand awareness had a positive effect on purchase intention, while the halal label had no effect. Purchase intention, beauty vloggers, and brand awareness have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, while product variations and halal labels have no effect. The path analysis test shows that buying interest is not able to mediate the influence of beauty vloggers, product variations, halal labels, and brand awareness on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, facilities and promotions at Pand's Muslim Department Store Semarang.The population of this study are consumers who buy products at Pand's Muslim Department Store Semarang. The sample used in this study was 96 respondents, the sample was taken using purposive sampling method. This study used quantitative research methods with data collection methods through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 25 which included validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests which included data normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using test t and test R2 .The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely price, facilities and promotions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y). Based on the value that the value of the adjusted R square in the regression model was obtained at 0.156, which means that 15.6 percent of the consumer satisfaction variable can be explained by the price, facilities and promotion variables while the remaining 84.4 percent is explained by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan masalah yang menarik dalam manajemen organisasi karena memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap karyawan organisasi/perusahaan. Bagi karyawan, kepuasan kerja menimbulkan perasaan nyaman dalam bekerja. Adapun bagi perusahaan kepuasan kerja berguna dalam usaha meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. Kepuasan kerja mencerminkan sikap karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya, yang tercermin dalam sikap positif karyawan terhadap tempat kerja dan lingkungannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja adalah suatu perasaan yang menunjukkan tingkat kegembiraan atau emosional yang dirasakan karyawan atau bagaimana cara mereka memandang dan melakukan pekerjaan dalam aktivitas mereka yang berhubungan dengan situasi kerja, kerja sama antar karyawan, imbalan yang diterima dalam kerja, dan hal–hal yang menyangkut faktor fisik dan psikologis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 30 orang karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara random menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini akan diujikan pada karyawan PT Indomarco Prismatama Kecamatan Pedurungan. Variabel indepen yang akan diuji adalah disiplin kerja dan kompensasi. Sedangkan varaiable dependennya adalah kepuasan kerja. Pengaruh antar variable ini melalui persamaan regresi linier menggunakan menggunakan alat analisa SPSS.  Hasil olah data menggunakan SPSS menunjukkan bahwa variable dispilin kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Indomarco Prismatama Kecamatan Pedurungan.
