Abstract

Human always face many kinds of problem in their life. Some problems can solve easily, the others are difficult to solve and its causes mental disorders. As a khalifatullah in al-ardl, human has given potency to face the problems in their life. In Islamic counseling study, problem solving is the part of study that may help to answer the problem faced by human. The main study of this paper is related to strategies steps of problem solving in Islamic counseling perspective.

Abstract

This article explains the importance of human resource potential as a driving force in a organiasi or bureaucracy. The study was conducted with the literature study with reference to a number of previous studies and related literature. From the study represent the importance of human resources in an organization, institution, or bureaucracy. Primarily in a bureaucratic public sector can be used as a reference for building a strong bureaucracy. Civil Administrative State was instrumental as planners, implementers and supervisors holding general duty of government and national development through the implementation of policies and a professional public service, free from political interference, as well as clean of corruption, collusion, and nepotism in the contribution of performance and service support improving the competitiveness of the Indonesian nation. The quality of human resources (HR) is basically determined not only by mastering science and technology, but also the spiritual-mental toughness in creating the human resource potential

Abstract

This research generally aims to get brief description of teachers’ understanding aboutnstudents and its implication in learning process. Specifically, the purpose of this research are to get description about: 1) teachers understanding about students and its defferences among variables, 2) the implementation of high touch unsure in learning process according to teachers’ and students and defferences among them, 3) the contribution of teachers, understanding about student toward high touch applied in learning process and, the different response between teachers and students about high touch implementation. This research is conducted by descriptive quantitative method. The population is all teachers and students at senior high school in Padang. Samples are taken by using stratified cluster random sampling technique. The percentage, correlation and t test. The results of this research reveal that: 1) everall, teachers understanding is in middle category, so is with the implementation toward learning process, 2) five observable variables about the nature of man are valid and can be used to explain teachers’ understanding about the nature of man as laten variable, and six observable variables about high touch implementation as implication of teachers’ understanding about student in learning process. Therefore, teachers understanding about student has positive and significant correlation with implementation of teachers’ understanding about nature of man toward learning process trough high touch implementation, and 3) teachers’ opinion about high touch implementation as implication of teachers’ understanding toward learning process differ significantly with students’ opinion. In general, teachers’ opinion score is higher compared with student’s opinion score

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology as a part of Science and Technology generally is the whole technology related to catching, collecting, storage processing, disseminating, and presenting of information. Information and Communication Technology Development has extraordinary impact in whole field of human life, include education field. The crucial problems strart from education policy which is reflected in changing curriculum, until the implementation in learning process. The others problem is the limited time allocation for presenting curriculum. Information and Communication Technology which has flexible role provide alternative solution in solving that problems.

Abstract

Education decentralization means that the delegation of powers and wider authority to the regions in planning and making their own decisions in addressing the problems faced in the field of education.Education decentralization provides the authority to school as known as education autonomy. That authority gives the wider space to the school in managing natural and human resources based on the regional potential. Education autonomy does not stop at the local district / city level but to the level of the school as the spearhead of education.The transfer of authority at the school level can help the school in making expansion program direction based on the regional condition and potential.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the educational strategy value in constructing the students’ religious character. This research used descriptive analytic that used the scholars’ theories about the value of education in constructing of character building. As for the researcher conducted analysis in roder to know the effectiveness of educational strategy value which is considered ineducation world. The finding of this research concluded that the educational strategy value can use several strategies, that are moral knowing, modeling and moral modeling, feeling and loving the good, moral acting, punihsment, admonition, and habituation. As for the success of constructing the students’ character is when the people has multi-competence as well as the science of moral knowing, moral feeling and moral action as a the entity which is can not be separated.

Abstract

Technology has big impact for our interaction in social-cultural life. It also happens at Dakwah by woman Salafi which mediate by WhatsApp application. This paper attempts to explain deeply about mediatisasi by Woman Salafi in their activies. The aim of this paper is to break the stronger the dominance of media logic in religion. The concept of this research refer to mediatisasi concept develop by StigHjarvard at institution stages. This research use qualitative approach by using interview method focus in two informan who have chosen based on specific criteria. In this research, the writer use ethnography analysis to analyze the data and dialogic validity analysis to analyze the data validity. The result of the research shows that there is cultural changing in dakwah activity by Woman Salafi. Mediatisasi in dakwah activity by Woman Salafi shows that religion has movement in media. Media has become an integral part of Woman Salafi and also as a big structure in ManhajSalafi.

Abstract

Madrasah is a complex and unique institution. Its complex because Madrasah as organization which has related each other dimension. Madrasah is unique because Madrasah has different character which is in learning process as a place for civilizing of human life. Since that, Madrasah as a organization needs high coordination. Madrasah called success if the head of Madrasah is success. The head of madrasah as supervisor required to monitor, evaluated and guide the whole of Madrasah resources using TEAMWORK principle which have meaning such as Together, Empathy, Asist, Maturity, Willingness, Organization, Respect, and Kindness. Good leadership should have improving the quality of education. Minister of National Education Decision (Mendiknas) Number 162 Year 2003 about Teacher Assignment Guidelines as Principals mention that the head of Madrasah has responsibilities as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, enterpreneur, and climate creator or can be called as EMASLEC. As a supervisor the head of madrasah help the teacher to solve their difficulties and as the result it can improve their education quality.

Abstract

Social construction in society which proposed as superior is stereotype concept that has meaning woman as domestic workers and men as breadwinner at outside (public workers). The problem of inequality between women and men in employment area cause imbalance gender direct to reconstruction and reformulation of social system and religion which close to Islamic ideal ambition, that is justice. The key mission of Al Qur’an and As Sunnah is freeing humanity from anarchy, inequality, and injustice. In this case, if there is different interpretation based on justice principles and human rights, it should be revisited. Allah is Justice (al-‘Adl), His scripture must right. The struggle of woman position (muslimah) is not enough only from their thoughts, making theory/concepts, but also needed collective effort from the result of study, investigation, social analysis, education and advocacy.
