Abstract

Every nation who wants to stand firm and know clearly where the goal is to achieve it requires a view of life. With this view of life a nation will look at the problems it faces and determine the direction and the way how to solve these problems. Without a view of life then a nation will feel vacillated in facing big problems that will surely arise, both the problems within the community itself, as well as the big problems of human beings in the association of the peoples of the nations of the world. With a clear view of life a nation will have guidance and guidance on how it solves the political, economic, social and cultural problems arising in the advancing societies. By referring to the view of life that also a nation will build itself. As the philosophy of the state, of course Pancasila there who formulate it. Pancasila is indeed the greatest gift of Allah SWT and it turns light for all the Indonesian people in the future, both as a guideline in fighting for independence, as well as a unifying tool in the life of national harmony, as well as a view of life for everyday Indonesian human life, and which has clearly been expressed as the basis and philosophy of the Republic of Indonesia. Pancasila has existed in all forms of Indonesian people's life, except for those who are not Pancasila. Pancasila was born June 1, 1945, set on August 18, 1945 together with the 1945 Constitution. Abstract

Hasil pengamatan pada peserta didik di SMK Negeri 1 Kotabumi Lampung Utara mengalami berbagai problem diantaranya, berkata tidak sopan, membolos pada saat jam pelajaran dan mencontek pada saat ujian. Permasalahan yang dialami peserta didik tidak mencerminkan bagaimana pribadi muslim sebenarnya. Kepribadian muslim merupakan efek sinergis antara cara berpikir dan pola sikap seseorang berdasarkan keyakinan dan nilai-nilai Islam. Maka dari itu dibutuhkannya optimalisai peran guru bimbingan dan konseling disekolah untuk membentuk pribadi muslim yang ideal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang menggunakan studi kasus ganda. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, triangulasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan tiga cara yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan inferensi. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa peran guru BK dalam membentuk kepribadian muslim siswa adalah bekerjasama dengan pihak sekolah untuk melaksanakan program membaca Alquran pada jam pelajaran pertama, senantiasa memberikan contoh yang baik pada peserta didik, menyampaikan ayat AlQur’an pada saat pemberian layanan, bekerja sama dengan sekolah dan guru agama Islam untuk menerapkan shalat dhuha, serta guru bimbingan dan konseling dapat menjadi berbagai tokoh sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik.

Abstract

Education decentralization means that the delegation of powers and wider authority to the regions in planning and making their own decisions in addressing the problems faced in the field of education.Education decentralization provides the authority to school as known as education autonomy. That authority gives the wider space to the school in managing natural and human resources based on the regional potential. Education autonomy does not stop at the local district / city level but to the level of the school as the spearhead of education.The transfer of authority at the school level can help the school in making expansion program direction based on the regional condition and potential.

Abstract

Moderatisme, ummat Islam dipandang sebagai ummatanwasathan, sebagai ummat yang cinta perdamaian dan anti kekerasan.Dengan wajah senyum tersebut, Ummat Islam tampil sebagai ummat yang mengutamakan misi perdamaian, kekerasan dan toleransi.Misi ini ditujukkan ketika Islam disebarkan keseluruh pelosok dunia. Salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam yang mengembangkan Islam Moderat adalah Pondok Pesantren, Lembaga pendidikan Islam yang banyak berkontribusi untuk kemerdekaan bangsa, kemajuan pendidikan bangsa dan memberikan dakwah untuk keselamatan di dunia dan akhirat. Sehingga sangat jelas bahwa peran pengelolaan pondok pesantren menolak segala bentuk tindakan radikalisme dan ekstrimisme, aksi terror yang merusak sendi-sendi kerukunan dan kedamaian ummat manusia. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis ingin menjelaskan tentang bagaimana peran pondok pesantren dalam kegiatan sehari-hari di pondok pesantren, untuk mengembangkan Islam yang moderat, mulai proses belajar mengajar di kelas, kegiatan ekstra kurikuler dan pengabdian di lingkungan masyarakat sekitar pondok pesantren. Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain the principles of counseling guidance found in the Koran. which favorably leads to a mentor's efforts to help someone overcome their problems in the best way. This situation was first implemented directly by Rasulullah SAW because of the spiritual value that Allah SWT provides guidance for those who seek guidance. His friends, such as Umar and Usman, then followed this step. Currently, counseling guidance is provided as an Islamic counseling service through several services such as al-tabayyun, al-hikmah, al-mau'idhah, and al-mujjadi. In this research, descriptive qualitative methods were used to conduct library research. It also uses a hermeneutic approach to analyze the content. Arabic words for counseling.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan masalah serius di lingkungan pendidikan yang berdampak negatif terhadap kesejahteraan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan persepsi dan sikap siswa terhadap pencegahan bullying. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental nonequivalent control group design. Sampel terdiri dari 66 siswa SMPN 3 Rejang Lebong yang terbagi dalam kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner persepsi (skala Guttman) dan sikap (skala Likert) sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square, Fisher Exact, dan Mann Whitney. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kelompok intervensi baik dalam persepsi (p=0,001) maupun sikap (p=0,001), sementara kelompok kontrol tidak menunjukkan perubahan signifikan (p=1,000). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok efektif dalam membentuk pemahaman dan sikap positif siswa terhadap pencegahan bullying. Intervensi ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan kesadaran, empati, dan tanggung jawab sosial siswa dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peran guru Bimbingan Konseling sebagai agen perubahan dalam menangani permasalahan sosial di sekolah secara proaktif dan sistematis.

Abstract

This article examines adaptive strategies in change management implemented in madrasahs as Islamic educational institutions in their efforts to improve educational quality. In the face of globalization, technological advancement, and local socio-cultural dynamics, madrasahs are required to undergo institutional transformation without compromising their Islamic identity. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the dynamics of change, including driving factors, encountered challenges, and effective implementation strategies. The findings reveal that the success of change management in madrasahs is highly dependent on transformative leadership, active stakeholder participation, and a strong commitment to Islamic values and vision. The adaptive strategies applied enable madrasahs to remain relevant and competitive within the national education system while preserving the distinct characteristics of Islamic education.
