Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pendapat peternak sapi potong di Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Di Kelompok Tani Ternak Gangsar Makmur Dusun Prapatan, Desa Asmorobangun, Kecamatan Puncu, dan Ngudi Rejeki di Desa Ngadiluwih Kecamatan Ngadiluwih Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian akan dilaksanakan mulai bulan Desember tahun 2021 – Maret tahun 2022. Adapun jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 25 orang di Gangsar Makmur dan 45 orang di Ngudi Rejeki. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisa pendapatan. Pendapatan usaha ternak sapi potong pada kelompok Gangsar Makmur dan Ngudi Rejeki di Kabupaten Kediri secara finansial menguntungkan. Hal ini dikarenakan pada peghitungan analisis pendapatan dihasilkan angka positif, yang berarti usaha ternak sapi potong menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar Rp 2.750.000.

Abstract

Poultry business development is a reliable business, providing a significant increase in income, opening up employment opportunities, a source of fulfilling community nutrition and supporting the industrial sector. General Director of PKH (2020) said that East Java's chicken meat production in 2018 was 480,309.46 tons, in 2019 it was 506,731.16 tons and in 2020 it was as high as 474,868.84 tons. Economic conditions will foster competition among business actors, especially for large-scale business actors, the small farmers will suffer even more due to various limitations. The solution that can provide a solution to the problem of developing a poultry business, especially broilers, is through a partnership pattern. This study aims to determine the effect of breeder characteristics (X1), income (X2) and company services (X3) on loyalty cooperation (Y) partnership pattern at PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera, Tulungagung. This type of research is a survey research using 60 samples. Collecting data using a questionnaire method with a Likert scale, observation and interviews. Data analysis using SPSS 24 includes classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. Resulting of the regression analysis show the function equation Y = 0.159 + 0.143X1 + 0.003X2 + 0.844X3+e has a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.822, means that cooperation loyalty is influenced by breeder characteristics, income and company services of 82.2%. The result of hypothesis test are stated: an influence between the characteristics of breeders on cooperation loyalty (H1 is accepted), nothing effect between breeders' income on cooperation loyalty (H2 is rejected) and influence between company services on cooperation loyalty (H3 is accepted).

Abstract

Dalam budidaya tanaman perkebunan, salah satu aspek utama yang wajib untuk dipenuhi adalah bahan tanaman. Bahan tanaman dapat terdiri dari berbagai jenis seperti benih, bibit, maupun beberapa jenis bahan tanaman yang diperoleh dari hasil pembiakan serara vegetatif seperti stek, cangkok, sambung dan lainnya merupakan faktor penentu keberhasilan produksi perkebunan. Dengan demikian kualitas dan kuantitas hasil budidaya perkebunan sangat tergantung kualitas benih yang ditanam. Kinerja perkebunan di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah tahun 2016 – 2019 menunjukkan bahwa baik luas lahan maupun produksi dan produktivitas kakao cenderung mengalami penurunan rata-rata: luas lahan turun 3.299 Ha/tahun (0,,29%; produksi turun 13.527 ton/tahun (2,44%) dan produktivitas turun 155 Kg/ha atau rata-rata (5%) per tahun. Hal ini disebabkan oleh meningkatnya luas areal tanaman tua/ rusak, masih tingginya serangan hama dan penyakit serta terbatasnya ketersediaan benih sebar kakao yang unggul dan bermutu guna pengembangan dan peremajaan tanaman di tingkat petani perkebunan. Sebaliknya pada komoditi kopi menunjukkan kecenderungan peningkatan baik peningkatan luas lahan, produksi dan produktivitas, naik rata-rata: luas lahan 197.67 Ha/tahun (13,37%); produksi 13,33 Ton/tahun (7,02%) dan produktivitas 262.67 Kg/ha (16,54%) per tahun. Tulisan ini mencoba mengidentifikasi problema dan konsep pemecahan masalah serta kebijakan untuk mewujudkan ketersediaan benih kakao dan kopi. Salah satu problema utama adalah kemauan politik yang belum berpihak kepada pemanfaatan UPTD sebagai unit kerja mandiri yang menjalankan fungsi layanan tol goods/ quasipublic goods/ semi bisnis dalam implementasi reinventing government. Pilihan pola pengembangan yang efektif menjawab prolema mendasar yang dihadapi terutama penyediaan benih kakao dan kopi yang bermutu melalui model waralaba (franchise) dengan memanfaatkan dana Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the economic and financial viability of the herbal drink tamarind, soybean juice, and pineapple juice from the practice of APHP subjects at SMKN 1 Plosoklaten Kediri. The method in this study uses 3 analyzes, namely marketing aspects, HR and operational aspects, and financial aspects. The results of this study are based on the marketing aspect, SMKN 1 Plosoklaten has potential related to herbal drinks that have been produced by its students. SMKN 1 Plosoklaten needs to make the latest strategies related to the marketing of herbal beverage products so that the market reach is wider, based on HR and operational aspects, the students of SMKN 1 Plosoklaten have skills in making herbal drinks because they get assistance from professional teachers. The production of herbal drinks must be more continuous and scheduled so that sales can also be carried out continuously. Based on the financial aspect, the one with the most profitable business feasibility potential is the herbal drink with pineapple juice, while the one with the least profit is the soybean juice drink. SMKN 1 Plosoklaten needs to focus on the production of one of its herbal drinks so that it can carry out production and marketing continuously.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to analyse the relation of input production Broiler hens, farmer experience, labor, and extension with the productivity of Patnership Farming Activities at Mojo Sub-district Kediri. This study was be done on 15 July 2021 until 31 Agustust 2021. The information and data were collected by survey on 30 respodents. The respodents were selected using purposive sampling (judgmental sampling) method. The result of this study indicated that the respondent operate with high productivity is about 6.67% ; medium productivity is about 66.00% and low productivity is about 33.33%. The productivity of partnership Broiler farming activities were strongly influenced by the number of Broiler hens, farmer experience and labor with the correlation coeffisient respected are 0.776 ; 0.787 and 0.791. The production input of land and extension have significant role on productivity with correlation coefficient respected are 0.406 and 0.422. The conlusion of this study are the number of broiler hens, farmer experience and labor have a strong relation with the productivity of partnership broiler farming activities. The production input of land and extension have less relation with the productivity of partnership broiler farming activities

Abstract

Sektor pertaniaan dengan sub sektor perkebunan memiliki peran yang penting dalam aktivitas perekonomian di Indonesia. Salah satu komoditas perkebunan yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis tinggi adalah tebu, di mana tebu merupakan bahan baku utama yang diolah di Pabrik Gula sehingga menghasilkan gula kristal putih. Penelitian dengan judul kajian pola bagi hasil antara petani tebu dengan pabrik gula di PG. Madukismo bertujuan mengetahui pola bagi hasil yang terjadi antara petani tebu dengan pabrik gula dan mengetahui alur distribusi bagi hasil gula di PG. Madukismo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penentuan lokasi dan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah petani tebu yang berada di Wilayah Barat dan petani tebu yang berada di Wiilayah Timur dengan jumlah masing-masing 10 orang petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola bagi hasil antara petani tebu dengan pabrik gula menunjukkan bagian sebesar 34% untuk pabrik dan 66% untuk petani, di mana 90% dibagi dalam bentuk gula dan 10% berupa natura. Pola bagi hasil tersebut khusus berlaku di PG. Madukismo di mana perjanjian bagi hasil tersebut dibuat berdasarkan kesepakatan bersama dengan masa berlaku 1 tahun dan akan diperpanjang pada tahun berikutnya. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy at PT. Keraton Agri Nusantara especially the marketing strategy implemented by the company. Then to find out the results of the analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats as well as an overview of the strategies so that they can be applied to increase product sales. By using the SWOT research technique, Matrix, EFAS, and IFAS as well as quadrant diagrams. This research uses a qualitative method, namely a case study that produces descriptive data set forth in words. Data collection techniques in this study the authors made a direct visit to PT. Keraton Agri Nuantara to conduct interviews with business owners. The conclusion from the analysis carried out on the marketing strategy of PT. Keraton Agri Nusantara is a SWOT analysis calculation as outlined in the PT quadrant diagram. Keraton Agri Nusantara is in quadrant 1 position, namely Growt. PT. Keraton Agri Nusantara has many opportunities and strengths so that it can seize and take advantage of existing opportunities while minimizing weaknesses and overcoming various threats.

Abstract

Kota Batu adalah sentra apel terbesar di Indonesia, sehingga mendapat julukan sebagai Kota Apel. Perusahaan yang bergerak dalam budidaya tanaman apel di Kota Batu salah satunya adalah PT. Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya. Fokus perusahaan ini dalam bidang agrowisata, yaitu budidaya komoditas apel dan wisata petik apel. PT. Kusuma Agrowisata ialah perusahaan yang berorientasi pada pertanian hulu hingga hilir mulai dari budidaya hingga pembuatan produk sari apel. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik budidaya, panen, serta pasca panen tanaman apel di perusahaan yang disasar. Pengambilan data primer didapatkan melalui metode observasi, praktek langsung di lapang, serta melakukan wawancara dengan pengawas kebun dan pekerja. Hasil perolehan data selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif lalu dilakukan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah teknik budidaya tanaman apel, penanganan panen, serta pasca panen. Tahapan dalam budidaya tanaman apel yaitu penyulaman, pengolahan tanah, perompesan, pemangkasan, pemupukan, penyiraman, pengendalian hama dan penyakit, pewiwilan, sanitasi, pemanenan. Tahapan pasca panen yaitu pembersihan buah, sortasi dan grading, pengemasan, penyimpanan, pengangkutan. Pemasaran apel dilakukan dengan menjual kepada pengunjung, tengkulak, wisata petik apel, dan pabrik sari buah apel.

Abstract

The development of chili farming businesses needs to be carried out related to needs of chili consumption in line with increasing population. The purpose of the study was determine the amount of costs used by farmers in carrying out red chili farming and analyze the income level of red chili farmers in Sawaru Village. This research was carried out in Sawaru Village, Camba District, Maros Regency with the data used in the form of primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study in the form of structured questionnaire, which is used to obtain the required data. Sampling was carried out by simple random sampling, namely farmers who carried out red chili farming with the number of respondents taken as many as 37 farmers. Data collection techniques include documentation and structured interviews on number of respodents. The data analysis process in this study was carried out quantitatively. Quantitative analysis is carried out by tabulating analysis so that the data can be simplified and easy to read. The results showed that theaverage acceptance of red chili farming was Rp.17,228,378 and the average production cost is Rp.4,886,770 then the average income received by farmers is Rp.12,341,608 per growing season.

Abstract

Egg marketing is the final process of a business activity for breeding chicken eggs where farmers or producers convey the results of their production to consumers with the help of marketing institutions. The intense competition in the field of egg marketing is characterized by many egg agents that offer a variety of cooperation with various advantages. The level of satisfaction of farmers will determine the sustainability of business cooperation with egg agents. The purpose of this study is (1) knowing how the influence of pricing by egg agents UD. Enggal Jaya on the satisfaction of chicken farmers layer, (2) know how the influence of service quality by egg agents UD. Enggal Jaya on the satisfaction of layer chicken farmers and (3) know how the effect of determining the price and quality of service by egg agents UD. Enggal Jaya for the satisfaction of chicken farmers. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that pricing has no positive and insignificant effect while service quality has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of layer chicken farmers, pricing and services simultaneously affect the satisfaction of layer chicken farmers.
