Abstract

Every Government is required to have a budget plan that is the basis for carrying out an activity and a Budget Realization Report (LRA) is needed which contains the results of activities that have been achieved in connection with the use of the budget. LRA can be used by report users to evaluate decisions in the allocation of economic resources and accountability to increase the benefits of managing money in government. The Department of Communication and Informatics of Tangerang City has problems in managing budget realization, namely the processing and monitoring process still uses Microsoft Excel, so it is difficult to control when there is an inspection report on the realization of the activity budget because the documents produced are still in the form of paper which allows damage or loss. The use of BSC (Balanced Scorecard) analysis which can measure the capability of a system, in view of the Business Process, this system can monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of budget realization management. PHP is used as a language and a temporary Mysql database for system design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system produces a system that can monitor the realization of a web-based budget that can be useful for agencies in the process of processing and monitoring budget realization until the formation of a Budget Realization Report with an easier and faster process.

Abstract

In 2019, a type of virus that is now known as COVID-19 (coronavirus diseases-19) was discovered. The virus found in Wuhan, China is a contagious virus that has claimed many lives. In Indonesia alone, cases of the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus diseases-19) were first confirmed in March 2020. The World Health Organization has determined that the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus diseases-19) is a pandemic on March 9, 2020. This has caused many people who are worried if they want to do activities outside the home. So a system is needed regarding the development of Covid-19, especially in Indonesia, to provide information and knowledge to the public so that it is hoped that it can prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. Based on this background, the author will build an information dashboard that can be accessed by the public anywhere and anytime to see the development of Covid-19. By using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, it is hoped that later the system can be quickly built and used. In coding the program the author uses PHP as server-side with API integration from kawalcorona and HTML, CSS, Javascript as client-side. It is hoped that the system created will be used by the public as a reliable and accurate covid-19 information.

Abstract

The information media has now developed, so that it has been widely used in various activities. In its use, information media has been used to assist the company's ongoing business systems in a company. A company that needs it is PT. NPI which operates in the manufacturing industry. The credit sales system related to electronic goods at the company is still not optimal and has started in today's companies. The currently ongoing installment input process for members is still using manual recording and still using Ms. Excel, so there are obstacles to the company and the inefficiency of the information that has been provided. Then the reporting process by employees is still not optimal. In this problem, therefore the researcher tries to apply the SWOT analysis method and the results of the completion of this research are in the form of credit sales information media related to electronic goods that can help employees deliver more maximum service, so that the information provided can be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Rapid progress in information technology is increasing year by year. The role of millennials as "Agents of Change" is very influential on changes in information technology in the future. The purpose of this research is to research and make changes from an ongoing system to a system that can be more controlled, better and more efficient. The problem faced by the current system is that there is a community behavior, namely the lack of human resources. The barcode of the residence certificate has not been updated with Family Cards, old ID cards, lack of reporting of deaths and births, people prefer manuals, limited officers and many who have not used technology. Then, socialization needs to be further improved. The solution that can be proposed is that the website that is created already has a menu for socialization to residents of Neglasari District, Tangerang City to make it easier for residents to make ID cards and Family Cards. The results of the research that have been researched are that with the proposed system, the public can make it easier, safer and free of charge in submitting online.

Abstract

Science and technology have changed the way Indonesians view activities. Information technology in the education system, but these developments are not yet equivalent to human resources that determine success in Indonesia in general. The Internet is a tool that is interconnected through communication media and transmission media. The Internet is included in the computer network section, where the computer network consists of Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (MAN) and Metropolitan Area Network (MAN). Of these three types of networks, computer networks are often used for an educational institutionand other general diamonds are LAN networks, because LAN networks are local networks that cover only one area or one building. The research method is divided into two stages, the first stage is data collection by means of observation, interviews and literature study, the second stage is the design using the forward chaining approach, which is a method that collects facts first and then can produce solutions/conclusions. While the design of the system built using Raspberry Pi which has sockets for keyboard and mouse.

Abstract

With the Covid 19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia, many companies have suffered serious losses, especially companies engaged in services, one of which is in the world of wedding organizers at Ohana Enterprise. The problem that exists in the company is that there is no educational video about the new normal health protocol during weddings, therefore a health protocol video is needed to be socialized to customers so that it is more conveyed and feels safe during the wedding party. The purpose of this research is to attract prospective customers to use wedding organizer services with Health protocol videos to be more educated so that this health protocol video can educate the wider community and increase sales of wedding organizer service products. The research method used is, the data collection analysis method, SWOT analysis, media design, and the concept of media production (KPM). In which there are stages including Pre Production, Production, and Post Production and Adobe Photoshop CC 2015. This video will be implemented through the Ohana Enterprise youtube channel. Through this video, it is hoped that it can educate prospective customers and attract potential customers to use the wedding organizer services offered by Ohana Enterprise.

Abstract

PT. Megah Mas Prima is a privately owned company that produces accessories and raw materials for the production of shoes. With the large number of items that have been produced and stored in the warehouse, the warehouse section is routinely recorded every day so that the number of items stored in the warehouse can be recorded properly. The problems faced by PT. Megah Mas Prima is using table data in the form of excel and recorded by the warehouse admin. However, this raises a problem such as the amount of raw materials or stock of goods in the warehouse with excel data which is often inappropriate. In fact, the warehouse admin is always wrong in calculating the amount of available stock. And if the computer device is damaged, the file will be lost. PT. Megah Mas Prima requires a website-based design to make it easier for admins to input available items. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the calculation of stock data on goods stored in warehouses by using an effective and efficient system. To make the system design work according to the company's needs, several tools are used, including UML diagrams such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams. So that using the website-based system will run according to the needs of the company for calculating the stock of goods available in the warehouse.

Abstract

This research paper is motivated by the importance of designing an information system that can provide a report on Money Receipts and Expenditures in a company. PT.HAP (Hydroraya Adhi Perkasa) is a construction company that runs large projects, currently the Money Receipts and Expenditures system uses a system that is not fully computerized, where the recording process still uses a form and the admin staff must input it back into Microsoft Excel. Problems occur when making reports, due to mishandling, it makes it difficult for the Money Receipts and Expenditures report to be made quickly, so that it has an impact on company losses due to delays in reports and data that are not well controlled. Due to these problems, a Web-based information system was created with the aim of making it easier for the Admin Staff in making reports that were fast, accurate, effective and efficient. To design an information system, several methods are used, among others; analysis method using PIECES, system modeling method using UML, programming language using PHP, Framework using Code Igniter, making the database using MySQL-Server. The final results of this study are in the form of a Web-based Money Receipts and Expenditures Information System to be implemented at PT.HAP as an alternative solution to the problems faced.

Abstract

The Motor Vehicle Loan Submission Information System is a motor vehicle loan application system funded by PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk because of the current trend of people wanting to own a motor vehicle but not by purchasing cash, which in this case means purchasing on credit with assistance from the bank. In the system of purchasing goods on credit, customers are generally required to pay a down payment, then the rest of the price of the goods is paid in installments over a certain period. The credit system at dealers is an alternative that is widely chosen, especially for financing Motor Vehicle Loans (KKB). In this study, the SWOT analysis method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) is used with the aim of knowing what data are input and output on the running system. With this system, it can make it easier for customers to perform simulations and find out the installments to be paid. The result of this research is a Motor Vehicle Loan Submission Information System at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk.

The development of technology is currently growing rapidly, so that until now companies need good employees according to company criteria that can make the company increase in current technology and related to the recruitment of employees currently still have obstacles, so it will slow down the pace of performance in the company. the. So that also happened to PT. Gada Agni Indonesia, which still uses a manual system, in which every prospective new employee must come to the company with an application directly and make their performance less efficient. In order to avoid these problems related to information services to applicants, it is therefore necessary to develop the system. To analyze the problems of the web-based system at PT. Gada Agni Indonesia. The results of this design can be obtained a website in order to function to facilitate the service of information and sending application files to PT. Gada Agni Indonesia. In this website the public or applicants can also find out information related to the company and it is hoped that this system can become a liaison between the company and the community. Keywords—Employees; Website; Recruitment Perkembangan teknologi saat ini semakin hari selalu berkembang pesat, sehingga sampai saat ini perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan yang baik sesuai kriteria perusahaan yang dapat membuat perusahaan semakin meningkat pada teknologi saat ini dan terkait dengan recruitment employees saat ini masih memiliki kendala, sehingga akan memperlambat laju kinerja pada perusahaan tersebut. Sehingga juga yang terjadi pada PT. Gada Agni Indonesia, yang masih menggunakan sistem yang manual, yang dimana setiap calon karyawan baru harus datang ke perusahaan membawa lamaran secara langsung dan menjadikan kinerjanya menjadi kurang efisien. Agar menghindari masalah tersebut terkait pelayanan informasi kepada para pelamar, maka dari itu diperlukan suatu pengembangan pada sistem tersebut. Untuk menganalisa permasalahan sistem berbasis web pada PT. Gada Agni Indonesia. Hasil dari perancangan ini dapat diperoleh suatu website agar berfungsi untuk mempermudah dalam pelayanan informasi serta pengiriman berkas-berkas lamaran ke PT. Gada Agni Indonesia. Di dalam website ini masyarakat ataupun pelamar dapat juga mengetahui informasi terkait perusahaan dan diharapkan sistem ini bisa menjadikan penghubung antara perusahaan dan masyarakat.
