<![CDATA[The publication of learning using MOOC in Raharja University is a facility for students and lecturers in learning, learning using MOOC is one of the objectives in the University of Raharja, which will help lecturers in explaining the material so that students are easy to access where I am in the study, the problem is the absence of web learning online using MOOC application, and the absence of information summary to take a decision and the difficulty of the students get information about course or view the material. To solve the problem is conducted research that builds an improvement system of student learning on the quality and quality of university Raharja using SWOT analysis and SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) method that is felt can help in the management of data. Then transformed in Web Form at Raharja University, it is expected to overcome existing constraints, by providing information that supports the decision-making system in the online learning publications. The system was created with collaborations from Rinfo, Rinfo Sheet, RinfoForm and iLearning Media that are part of the 10 pillars of Raharja University IT. That is further implemented for the needs of student publications at Raharja University through the Web I-Mavib.]]>

<![CDATA[In the 2008 Indonesia returned to the financial crisis driven by the US Subprime Mortgage Crisis. And this has impact on Indonesian economy, so that 2009 was a start of domestic economic recovery. The purpose of this study is to find out the long term significant influence over the inflation variables, the Exchange Rate and BI Rate for IHSG after Subrime Mortgage Crisis in the period during 2009 to 2019 on quarterly payment time. This research is a quantitative research type, with sample of 44 each variable and using ECM method. From the test, it showed that inflation variable has no effect for the Composite Stock Price Index neither at the short-term (0.7372> 0.05) has positive value (0.0117) nor at the Long-term (0.1650> 0.05) has positive value (0.177274), means linear direction for Composite Stock Price Index movement. The Exchange Rate variable was determined neither at short-term Composite Stock Price Index (0.0012 <0.05) has a negative value (-0.7898) means that the exchange rate has opposite direction, nor at the Long-term (0.0000 <0.05) has positive value(1.055191), means linear direction for Composite Stock Price Index movement. BI variable rate did not have an effect for Composite Stock Price Index neither at the short-term (0.1924> 0.05) has negative value (-0.1577) means that the exchange rate has opposite direction, nor at the long-term (0.0025 <0.05) has positive value (-0.821875), means that the exchange rate has opposite direction for Composite Stock Price Index movement.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the role of parents in shaping children's morals at the Ibnu Syuhada Education Foundation. Moral education which is only limited to the concept of theoretical discussion in the literature, very interesting to study. The aim is to critically analyze how to encourage parents in compiling children's character at the Ibnu Syuhada Education Foundation in the City of Tangerang. As a result it is expected to be able to use consideration for parents or foundations in forming the morals of al-karimah in educational institutions.This research is a qualitative study,which makes the Ibnu Syuhada Education Foundation Tangerang City as a research site. The method used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, and observation. Then the data are analyzed in a complete way using the Miles and Hubermen model, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, then drawing conclusions / verification (drawing conclusions. The results showed: (1) the application of moral education in Yaspi Ibnu Syuhada was in accordance with the objectives of education. Based on observations during the research in the learning process with the intention of the teacher and students have implemented it. (2) provide education in accordance with the curriculum that has been applied at the Ibnu Syuhada Education Foundation and ask students at the specified time (3) provide role models in worship and exemplary morals in al-karimah and provide protection for children to practice their knowledge obtained from madrasa while at home.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of technology in a current system can speed up the work process, including in the new employee recruitment system. This research is intended to describe the new employee recruitment system and evaluate the new employee recruitment process implemented by PT Lion Express (Lion Parcel). The method applied in data collection is by interviewing and seeing firsthand the process of recruiting new employees at PT Lion Express (Lion Parcel). In accordance with the results of research that has been done by the author, it can be concluded that the employee recruitment process carried out by the personnel department already has a systematic stage. In the recruitment process there are still several problems that hamper as long as the process can be an evaluation of the company for the future. Obstacles encountered include the process of registering prospective employees for the implementation of psychological tests which are considered ineffective because they are still based on emails received and announcements of applicant data completeness are still done one-by-one by e-mail to applicants, thus consuming the work of HR department personnel. Therefore, a web-based Smart system is needed that can facilitate registration and announcement of lack of data completeness online. So that companies can maximize the process of hiring new employees, it is recommended that the selection of new employees use a system that can accommodate the obstacles that often occur in the process of hiring new employees. The system design uses UML diagrams and PHP programming languages.]]>

The use of smartphones in daily life can be felt by facilitating communication for its users and also as a means of entertainment, as well as a form ofintroduction to Science and technology for early generations as a means of technological literacy, the negative impacts caused such as, making addiction to children under age teenager, the level of desire to learn decreases when in school or at home and children will be lazy to move and ect. So there needs to be an introduction in the form of local content or additional subjects in schools, which direct the use of smartphones for students to progress in a positive direction.]]>

<![CDATA[Basically, the development and progress of information technology is increasingly rapid. At present information can be obtained from anywhere, and one of them through print media such as magazines and brochures. Information plays a very important role in people's lives today, with information making it easier for people to find the information they want to find. Especially print media in the form of design, and one of the design media that can later be used as information and promotional media is magazines and brochures. Therefore, the authors make the media design of magazines and brochures at the AL-Ijtihad Tangerang Vocational School so that they can be used to provide information and also promotions that are easily known by the public, and the promotion becomes more effective and attractive with the design of the magazine and brochure. For later it is hoped that it can improve the image of the school and can be promoted to students who wish to continue their education to a vocational level. The design of the magazine and brochure design itself was created using Adobe Photoshop cs6 design software, therefore the authors did the design of the magazine and brochure design media summarized in this thesis report. And hopefully the school can be implemented as a medium of information and promotion to attract prospective new students.]]>

<![CDATA[The right and appropriate system of receiving and transferring goods is needed by the company. In the process of receiving and transferring goods from the central warehouse to the branch warehouse at PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja, Tangerang Regency, which is currently done manually is still ineffective and inaccurate because the Head of Subdivision uses receipt documents, namely PPBP and mutation of goods, namely MPPW in the form of paper as a submission media. The Head of Subdivision enters the data of receipt and mutation of goods manually and requires a relatively long time because at the time of demand for the transfer of goods the Head of Subdivision must check the inventory of goods in the central warehouse first. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a design of information systems for the receipt and transfer of goods from the central warehouse to a web-based branch warehouse that is already database so that it is more effective, efficient and accurate. With the web-based system of receiving and transferring goods that are already datatabed, it can facilitate the Head of Subdivision in inputing data on the receipt and transfer of goods and control of stock inventory so that the Sub Head of Subdivision can do it periodically to make it more effective, efficient and accurate. The method of data collection is done by observing, interviewing and studying literature from various previous studies, while the system analysis method uses the Waterfall method which aims to solve a problem and uses design methods with visual modeling that is object oriented with UML while programming using PHP and MySQL as a database.]]>

<![CDATA[Oligarchy portrait occurs in the process of coal mining in East Kalimantan. Many of the power-holding elites are involved in collaborating to become a mining resource chain in East Kalimantan. The Sexi Killer film by WatchDoc Documentary provides a clear picture of how the elite was involved in becoming coal mining players in East Kalimantan. Coal mining does not necessarily bring prosperity to the surrounding community but instead brings about various environmental disasters. Several names of the ruling elite were dragged into the circle of mining business practices. Jefri A. Winters' oligarchic theory can explain why this portrait can occur. Through authority, the elites control material resources to increase wealth and maintain their social position. Democracy seems to have slipped into an oligarchic circle. The elites control material resources to increase wealth and maintain their social position. The oligarchy seen in the Soeharto era did not just disappear. Oligarchy develops in a different form. The oligarchy during the Soeharto era was a sultanic oligarchy, now it has transformed into an oligarchy of collective rulers.]]>
