Al-Bahtsu: Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Islam, yang diterbitkan oleh Pascasarjana IAIN Bengkulu. Al-Bahtsu adalah jurnal yang memuat tentang hasil Penelitian Pendidikan Islam dan segala hal yang melibatkan Pendidikan Pendidikan Islam secara integratif. Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh Pascasarjana IAIN Bengkulu, yang terbit 2 kali dalam setahun yaitu di bulan Juni dan Desember. Berdasarkan Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Penguatan Riset dan Pengembangan Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi Republik Indonesia Nomor 30/E/KPT/2019 bahwasanya jurnal Al-Bahtsu terhitung pada tanggal 11 November tahun 2019 terakreditasi Sinta 5. Oleh sebab itu, editor menyambut pendidik, peneliti, dan praktisi pendidikan untuk mengumpulkan artikel untuk diterbitkan di jurnal ini. Abstract

Islamic Education undergone many developments. Cultural  differences among  people make new sciences that  needs solving swatch and  solutions  in  the  development of Islamic  education. Education is the  main  pillar  to  keep  pace  with the development of science  and  technology. We are  not  only  in  demand proficient in  science  and  technology alone  but  also need  to be balanced with spiritual  values in order to avoid gaps in personality. System in education conceptual and  forming an interrelated components between  one  another among  them  are  the  curriculum, principles, objectives,  and  infrastructure that  support so that  the  learning process  so that  the  aut  put  at yield experiencing mental  improvement that  will manifest  in good  acts for himself or in public  life. The research was conducted using qualitative  descriptive  method means  to describe  the actual  state of the  object  on  conscientious and  of course  to get the  materials  and  the  data  the  researchers used,  observation and  interviews  with various  stakeholders am o ng  Community Leaders,  Religious  Leaders,  the  Heir  who accountable, school principals, teachers, Alumni Pagaralam City Government especially those of the head  of the Department of Education, Ministry of Religious Affairs in addition, researchers also refer  to the documents / archive heritage of antiquity  and  then  documented. System and the concept of Unity College Foundation Student Park using the pattern of education system Among the method of educating the spirit of kinship  based on the independence and the nature of nature as instructed founder Ki Hajar Dewantara. In Pagaralam since the establishment of the University Student Park has undergone many ups and  downs quantity  of students from the first period to the present, while the limiting  factor  is caused  partly because  the facilities and  teaching aids as well as educators and the media  learned that only rely on the government so that admintrated school ordered but not yet inventoried continuously. Conditions amid  public  schools also make  the  inevitable  constraints then  the  need  for the  parties  concerned to limit the  admission  of students to the  balance went into  private  school

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the leadership of the principal, teacher performance of Islamic Education (PAI), and the efforts of the leadership of principals on teacher performance of Islamic Education (PAI) at SMAN 4 Pagaralam. The method used in this research is qualitative method which the research methods used to examine the condition of natural objects by researchers as a key instrument. While data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion in mind that school leadership SMAN 4 Pagaralam is a type of democratic leadership, which means a good leader for the group, realized that his job was to coordinate the work and duties of all members with a sense of responsibility, be aware that the strength of the organization depends on the participation active every member wants to hear opinions and suggestions and even criticism from subordinates, always consulted with teachers about the actions and decisions proposed / desired by the leadership, trying to give a boost to participate actively implementing all decisions and activities that have been set. Islamic religious education teacher performance based assessment of school heads have not been able to choose the method of learning is good and appropriate in the learning process, not too precise deliver learning content, and in developing learning programs that include annual program, the semester program, lesson plan (RPP), Islamic religious education teachers lack the ability to put together a program of learning. Efforts were made more active principals to foster and enhance the competence and performance of teachers in the school principal sent teachers participated in the training, upgrading courses, workshops, workshops and seminars. Principals conduct training and socialization of the results of government policies, and even bring in speakers who are competent, motivated teachers PAI to continue their education to a higher level, conduct comparative studies to other, more advanced school with the teachers and other school community, complete infrastructure and supporting media credible form of learning, giving awards to teachers who excel and perform well.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that Islamic Education teachers play an important role in fostering students to have a religious attitude. There are several methods that can be used in fostering a religious attitude towards students, one of them is the sociodrama method. In addition, the use of audio visual media (short films) is the most appropriate media to foster a religious attitude towards students. The purpose of this study is to reveal about: 1) PAI material that can be explained using a combination of sociodrama learning methods and Audio Visual media (short films). 2) The process of conducting the incorporation of sociodramas and Audio Visual media (short films) in fostering a religious attitude towards students. 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the application of a combination of sociodrama methods and Audio Visual media (short films). This study uses a qualitative approach. The researcher used triangulation as a technique to check the validity of the data. Where in the sense of triangulation is a technique of checking the validity of data that uses something else in comparing the results of interviews with the object of research. Data analysis uses descriptive non-statistical analysis method which includes inductive thinking, ie researchers depart from specific knowledge to assess a common event. The results of the study on the incorporation of sociodramatic methods and audio-visual media (short films) are: 1) Appropriate PAI material is material that is applicative or directly related to the daily social life of students. In this case, the matching class of SMA XI PAI uses a combination of sociodrama methods and audio-visual media (short films) is material for comfortable living with honest behavior and concern for Muslims towards the corpse. 2) The process of combining sociodrama methods and audio visual media (short films) through several stages, namely; selection of material, preparing short films and sociodrama scenarios, screenings in the classroom, drawing conclusions, stabilizing material with sociodrama methods, drawing conclusions and evaluating. 3) Supporting factors for the incorporation of sociodrama methods and audio visual media (short films) are the spirit, determination, views, understanding and teaching experience of PAI teachers. The inhibiting factors for the implementation are: time allocation, shy students, not all materials can use the sociodrama method and if the sociodrama goes not as expected then the learning objectives are not achieved.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) To determine the role of supervisor preformance aspects of preparation on the teachertraining curriculum at MIN 01 Kepahiang with 08 Kepahiang Elementary School 13, 2) To determine the role of supervisorsin overseeing the implementation of teacher learning in the curriculum 13 at MIN 01 Kepahiang the Primary School08 Kepahiang 3) to determine the ratio of school supervisors of the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 at MIN01 Kepahiang with SDN 08 Kepahiang. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation anddocumentation. Abstract

Abstract: The results of this study concluded that after the teacher using the model application of the GNT, the learning outcomes of students of class V MIN Talang Four Central Bengkulu Regency, increased well, it can be seen from the test prior knowledge, the first cycle, the second cycle, with the average value of the test capability initial = 54.66, cycle I = 59.5, the second cycle = 78, while the percentage ketuntasannya initial capability test is = 30%, the first cycle that = 43.33%, the second cycle = 90%. Thus GNT models can improve student learning achievement SKI discussion events recognize the end of life of the Prophet, the students MIN Talang Four Central Bengkulu district, this is because students are directly involved in learning activities. During this time students only listen but with a model GNT students can more quickly understand what is described by the teacher. And the things that they consider the abstract into the concrete with their method of GNT.

Abstract

Tulisan ini berangkat dari fenomena kenakalan remaja yang kian hari dirasakan sangat meresahkan, mulai dari tindakan yang ringan hingga berat. Kondisi ini dilatari oleh berbagai faktor dimana salah satunya adalah faktor lingkungan pendidikan. Remaja usia sekolah yang dinamakan siswa harus ditumbuhkan dalam diri mereka budaya malu akan perbuatan yang menyimpang tersebut.  Proses pembentukan budaya malu dapat dilakukan dengan mengadopsi teori reintegratif shaming yang dikemukakan oleh Braithwaite, namun demikian tetap berpegang pada proses dan program yang terintegrasi antara guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat sehingga dapat terhindar dari kesalahfahaman terutama mengenai hak perlindungan anak dalam konteks undang-undang.

Abstract

This research aims at: 1) to find out the planning process of learning local content Mura Darussalam in the formationof Character Students SMAN 1 mouth of Musi Rawas Regency Beliti 2) To know the implementation of the formation ofCharacter Students SMAN 1 mouth of Musi Rawas Regency Beliti 3) To find out the level of effectiveness of local contentlearning Mura Darussalam in the formation of Character Students SMAN 1 mouth of Musi Rawas Regency Beliti. Thisresearch is the research evaluation. Data analysis techniques are based on a statistical formulation in the form of TSR (high,medium and low). As for the results of this research are as follows: Planning charge Mura Darussalam include: conductingthe identification and analysis of local content, identification and analysis of potential educational unit, determine the typesof local content, determine quiz local content, the school and education service District of Musi Rawas makes learningsyllabus Mulok Mura Darussalam mulok, teacher at the school make Darussalam Mura device learning, next teacher mulokMura Darussalam prepare the learning process. To take note of the results of the evaluation, the school provides a list of values to all the teachers init contained hints of pengisisan as well as the processing procedure.Based on the results of the research and the discussionabove, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of learning local content Mura Darussalam in the formation of CharacterStudents SMAN 1 mouth of Musi Rawas Regency Beliti be very effective on the category. This can be known based onrespondents ‘answers score against the now on the implementation of the program been at Darussalam Mura categories veryeffectively as much as 31 respondents (57.4%) and formation of character students SMAN 1 mouth of Musi Rawas RegencyBeliti as many as 30 people respondents answered very effective (55.55%).

Abstract

The role of Islamic religious education teacher supervisors is very strategic in maintaining Islamic education learning in order to remain on the right and more advanced track in the application of education to K13 for students. The reality in the field of PAI teacher supervisors in the Rejang Lebong is very minimal so the oversight range is very limited and supervisory competence is still very low. Due to the guidance of teachers in implementing character-based Islamic education in schools by GPAI supervisors, this study aims to delve deeper scientifically into how the role of the GPAI is in providing caregivers to the application of K13-based Islamic education. The required approach in this study is a qualitative approach, the research location is Rejang Lebong Vocational School, while GPAI supervisors, principals and Islamic religious education teacher became informants in this study, data were collected from research objects, observations, structured interviews and documentary studies, and analyzed by collecting data, the data is reduced then the data is presented in an analytical descriptive manner and finally conclusions are taken. After conducting research from various informants and other sources, conclusions were obtained: 1) Character-based Islamic Education in Rejang Lebong Vocational School incorporating the character values to be achieved in the Islamic religious education curriculum must be carried out through planning during the preparation of learning plans; 2) The GPAI supervisor has the role of conducting academic supervision in the implementation of the K13 based on the tupoksi of each supervisor that is carried out in accordance with the three aspects of supervision, namely planning, implementation and assessment. The supervisory techniques carried out were: individual supervision and group supervision as well as supervisory results in terms of managerial supervision, namely better change in the supervision of the implementation of learning and education personnel services and for students such as: habitual handshake every morning, reading the Qur’an every morning , Dhuhur prayer teaches in school, and Friday is clean and accustomed to practicing infaq, shodaqoh and others. The result of academic supervision is the implementation of more learning, both from lesson plans, methods, media and sources, the average value of students ‘religious studies increases and students’ religious behavior improves.

Abstract

This study to determine whether there is a significant influence of positive teachers  and peers against moral education students In MTs Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu. This research  uses quantitative approach. The population is all students of class VI MTs Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu.  Sampling  is done  by purposive sampling  that is determination technique with certain consideration. Data were analyzed  by using simple and double  linear regression  test.The result of this research  shows that there is a significant influence  between  teacher  toward  moral education of VII MTS Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu  academic year 2016/2017 is 30.7%, while the rest 69.3%  is influenced  by other  variables  besides  teacher  variables.  There  is a significant influence  between  peers to moral education of students  is 10.3%  and There is a significant influence between  teachers  and peers to moral education of students  by 55.6%  while the remaining 44.4%  dipegaruhi by variables other than teacher  variables and peers

Abstract

The results of this study are Based on this research, data  processing,  and data  analysis that researchers do related to the analysis of input factors, nThis, otput,  and  outcome in the implementation of School Based  Management (SBM) at SMAN1 Kepahiang, the writer can conclude  the following points related  with this research  that the presence of input also is not ‘up’ because in reality there are some inputs that have not reached the SNP, for example  on the number of students  in rombel.  The education process in SMAN 1 Kepahiang summarized in the school management process that seeks to involve the entire school community to support  the PBM. Curriculum development at SMAN 1 Kepahiang seek to maximize the PBM in order to become qualified. However  PBM is not maximized  because they have constraints  on the availability of facilities and  infrastructure.
