Al-Bahtsu: Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Islam, yang diterbitkan oleh Pascasarjana IAIN Bengkulu. Al-Bahtsu adalah jurnal yang memuat tentang hasil Penelitian Pendidikan Islam dan segala hal yang melibatkan Pendidikan Pendidikan Islam secara integratif. Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh Pascasarjana IAIN Bengkulu, yang terbit 2 kali dalam setahun yaitu di bulan Juni dan Desember. Berdasarkan Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Penguatan Riset dan Pengembangan Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi Republik Indonesia Nomor 30/E/KPT/2019 bahwasanya jurnal Al-Bahtsu terhitung pada tanggal 11 November tahun 2019 terakreditasi Sinta 5. Oleh sebab itu, editor menyambut pendidik, peneliti, dan praktisi pendidikan untuk mengumpulkan artikel untuk diterbitkan di jurnal ini. Abstract

ABSTRACT: The results of this research show that teachers’ work motivation Islamic Education clump of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in MAN Manna South Bengkulu, Learning and how the working conditions of teachers of Islamic education, between the theoretical concept and reality. Implementation of supervision in the field of learning, the reality is far from ideal concept. The cause is so complex, ranging from understanding the context of supervision itself is not owned by the actors, both supervisors, principals, and teachers of Islamic education. To overcome this gap, socialization and “pressure” from those who are committed to the quality of education in Indonesia. It is jointly have to do with the development of a culture of quality in education, which in essence is the quality of the learning process in the classroom. Factors affecting work motivation of teachers of Islamic education clump of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in MAN Manna South Bengkulu, personal / individual, include knowledge, skills (skills), ability, self-confidence, motivation, and commitment of every individual, leadership factors, including: the quality in providing impetus, encouragement, guidance and support of the manager and the team leader, a factor the team, include: the quality of support and encouragement given by a colleague in a team, trust in his fellow team members, compactness and closeness member team, system factors, including: the working system, working facilities or infrastructure provided by colleagues as a team, trust in his fellow team members, compactness and the closeness of the team members.

Abstract

This study aims to determine; (1) the competence of Islamic religious teacher administration in SDIT Al-Husna, South Lebong. (2) the process of improving the quality of Islamic religious education learning at SDIT Al-Husna Selatan Lebong, (3) the results of the implementation of the strategy to improve the quality of learning in Islamic religious education at SDIT Al-Husna Lebong Selatan. The existence of this research is expected to improve the quality of learning in Islamic religious education in SDIT Al-Husna, South Lebong. This study uses a type of experimental research. The sample in the study was all first grade students of SDIT Al-Husan Lebong Selatan in the 2018/2019 academic year consisting of 2 classes with a total of 17 IA class students and 17 class I B students. Data was collected by observation, interviews, documentation and results tests study in multiple choice. The collected data is processed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that: (1) the administrative completeness of Islamic education teachers at Al-Husna Lebong Selatan SDIT was at a percentage of 61.25%, meaning that the complete administrative documents for learning Islamic education teachers at SDIT Al-Husna Lebong Selatan were incomplete. (2) the process of improving the quality of Islamic education learning in the Al-Husna South Lebong SDIT by completing the Islamic education teacher teaching administration to 87.5%. Then in the learning process carried out with 3 meetings by applying the strategy to improve the quality of learning in the experimental class and expository strategy in the control class. (3) the results of the implementation of the strategy to improve the quality of learning Islamic education in SDIT Al-Husna Selatan Lebong in the experimental class there were average learning outcomes, 77.05, 81.17 and 85.88 and in the control class there were an average of 75.88 , 77.05 and 77.94. This means that the implementation of the quality improvement strategy in the experimental class was more successful in improving the quality of Islamic education learning in SDIT Al-Husna in the South rather than the expository strategy in the control class.

Abstract

This study  aims to determine the influence  of teacher  teaching  creativity on the students  ‘ability to memorize  Al- Qur’an,  to determine the effect of students’  learning  motivation on the students  ‘ability to memorize  Al-Qur’an to know the influence  of teacher’s  teaching  creativity and  student’s  learning  motivation to students’  ability to memorize  Al- Qur’an.  The population of this research  is the students  of class VI A and  VI B which amounted to 240  people,  while the samples  in this study is 25% of the population of 60 people.  Based  on the discussion of research  results that the influence of teacher  teaching creativity and students’ learning motivation to the ability to memorize grade 6 students of SD IT AN-NIDA of Lubuklinggau  City in 2017,  can be summarized as follows: First, there is a significant influence between  teachers’  teaching  creativity on students’ memorization ability. This is based  on the calculation  of the correlation  between  X1 to Y of 0.581  and  regression  equation Y= 26.619 +0.581. Second, there  is a significant influence  between  students’  learning  motivation on the ability to memorize students.  This is based  on the calculation  of the correlation  between  X2 to Y of 0.033  and  regression  equation Y = 8.258  +0.033.  Third, there  is a very significant influence  between  teacher  teaching  creativity and  student  learning  motivation jointly or individually  to the ability to memorize  students.  From result of correlation  calculation  by using multiple regression  analysis obtained correlation  price of R between  X1 and X2 together  to Y equal to 0,583  and regression  equation Y = 14,684 + 0,587= 0,045.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this thesis is (1) To describe whether there is a significant and positive influence between  emo- tional intelligence (EQ) variable to employee performance variable at PT. Narendra God of Yoga. (2) To describe whether  there is a significant and positive influence between  the variables of spiritual intelligence (SQ) on employee performance variables in PT. Narendra God of Yoga. (3) To describe  whether  there is a significant and positive influence between  emotional intelligence (EQ) and Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) variable to employee performance variable in PT. Narendra God of Yoga. The method used in this research  is descriptive  quantitative research  method, furthermore, the analysis technique using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression,  F test and double  correlation  with the help of computer program SPSS Version 16.0.  The results of this study indicate  that together  there is a significant influence between  emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) variable  to employee performance variable  at PT. Abstract

The growth of Islamic educational institutions, specialized Elementary School Islamic increasingly encouraging because these institutions received outstanding in the middle of the city of Bengkulu because the performance and behavior of their students, but on the other hand there are still many remaining problems, many problems occurred in the board- be it educational institutions or public institutions of Islamic education to identify the moral decay that is increasingly; appear in various levels of life be an indicator that the education in Indonesia still need reforms so as to produce students who have good character. One of Integrated Islamic School in Bengkulu that have implemented the 2013 curriculum is integrated Iqra Islamic Primary School 1 in Bengkulu. One of the subjects in which the character is inserted Tahfidz Koran lessons. The school has provided one of the shape and pattern of character education in learning Tahfidz Qur'an enter 5 characters are: Religious, clean, constancy, discipline, andpatience "in studies.Tujuan this study is 1. To know the educational measures Tahfidz learning characters in the Qur'an. 2. The implementation of character education in Tahfidz learning the Qur'an. 3. To learn evaluation Tahfidz character education in learning the Qur'an in Islamic primary schools integrated IQRA 1. Data analysis in this research is the analysis of qualitative data, where data analysis is performed interactively and continues over at every stage of research until and its data until thoroughly saturated. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews and documentation.

Abstract

The purpose of the research in writing this thesis is to analyze: 1) the process of optimization of the method of Muroja’ah in the Tahfidz Al-Qur’an Program at SMAN 9 RejangLebong. 2) factors that support and hinder the implementation of the Tahfidz Qur’an Program at SMAN 9 RejangLebong. This thesis is useful so that it can become a reference for taking policies that can improve the memorization quality of SMAN 9 RejangLebong students. Future researchers are expected to become foothold in the formulation of advanced research designs that are deeper and more profound comprehensive especially with regard to research on development the method of muraja’ah in memorizing and maintaining memorization of the Qur’an. The research method used is qualitative research. In collecting data using the method of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation, using analysis of data reduction, data presentation and verification. This study also checks the validity of the data by using the techniques of credibility, confirmability, transferability, and dependenbility. The results of the study reveal that: 1) Process of Optimizing the Murajaah Method in the Tahfidz Quran program at SMAN 9 RejangLebong. i.e. by using the 1 day 1 paragraph system has succeeded with a minimum standard of 75% Where a teacher or student who is appointed can read the next verse capable of repeating the other students, then repeated when, praying duha, resting hours, prayer prayer hours, at home with the help of parents, and at home written again. The next day told randomly lead murajaah so that every student is ready and memorized. In the process of memorizing the Qur’an, of course, there must be sincere intentions, support from parents, having a big and strong determination, istiqomah, and fluently reading the Qur’an. 2) the application of the muraja’ah method in memorizing the Koran Case Study at SMAN 9 RejangLebong, which is supported by several activities of muraja’ah memorization, among others, is the deposit (memuraja’ah) new memorization to the teacher / colleague, Muraja’ah memorization the old one who was listened to by a friend faced two people two people, Muraja’ah memorized a long time to the teacher and students who were appointed (recitation test). In applying a method that is used, namely muraja’ah recitation of the Qur’an, of course there are inhibiting factors in the implementation of the optimization of the muraja’ah method in memorizing the Qur’an in theRejanglebongsman 9, namely: verses that have been memorized forget again, lazy, exhausted, a little time, limited tahfidz teacher, less active parents, and less supportive environment and environment.

Abstract

Teacher performance is the  main  Task and  function, This is reflected in the  appearance, academic ability and the  ability of the  profession to be a teacher means  being  able to manage teaching in the  classroom  and  educating students beyond  the  classroom  with the  best  even  the  teachers have  met  the  academic level professionalism. But  in  reality  on the  ground in general is still a lot of teachers are  less effective in carrying  out  its duties.  Therefore, the  problem in this research are: Are there academic supervision  effect principals on  performance of PAI teacher? and  Is there PKG results on  performance teacher? and  Is there an academic supervising  principals and  PKG results  together on  the  performance of PAI teacher in junior  high  school  in Bengkulu City?, further the  objectives of this study are: 1. To explain  the  academic Supervising  Principal Influence on  the  performance of Islamic education teachers (PAI);  2. To explain  the  results  PKG Effect  of PAI teacher against  performance teacher; 3. To  explain  how the  implementation of the  performance of PAI teachers in junior  high  school  in Bengulu City. This research is a quantitative research that  aims to determine the  effect of independent variables on the  dependent variable. The  method used is a survey method, which is to measure symptoms exist without  investigating why these  symptoms  exist, with questionnaires. Research  results  show that  the  Supervision  of Academic  Principal (X1)  Positive direct  impact  on  teacher performance (y), amounting to 0.918. or by 91.80%.  Further Results Teacher Performance Assessment (X2)  has no effect on teacher performance (y) of -307. or by -30.70%. Furthermore Principal Academic  Supervision  (X1),  and  the  Teacher Performance Assessment (X2)  a positive direct  impact  on teacher performance (y) of 0.845 or 84.50%.

Abstract

Abstract: The results of this study indicate that: a) The principal maximizes system of managerial leadership by choosing people who are considered to be proficient in a certain position, which in the end with the coordination and structure of the planned policies principals will work well and the impact with the smooth process learning, b) Optimizing the spiritual activities of students, which Rohis and pembinanya cooperate with the council strives to provide an atmosphere that is religious in schools, added to that there are rules that created the municipality Pagar Alam that require students in schools along with civil servants sex women to wear the hijab, c) field of the student and the student council to cooperate in implementing the order in SMAN 1 Pagar Alam, to disseminate the new students about the discipline in high school and also to disseminate to the teachers, especially when there are regulations new. While the methods used in coaching ahklak conducted in SMAN 1 Pagar Alam is as follows: a) exemplary method, this is done by the whole board of teachers, school administration staff and existing components. For example, by coming on time, polite in speaking, greeting when meeting not smoking during the learning process, dressed in clean and tidy and participate in supervising the implementation of the discipline, b) Methods of punishment, which is done when students violate the existing rules such as coming late, not properly dressed, eating snacks when switching lesson. Punishment does not directly and immediately given, but starting first with the advice and warnings and penalties are applied priority to educate punishment. Method of good advice, which give teachers when the learning process, always motivate students to do good, give advice (advice) as well as services to students performing (that teachers do counseling), special teacher counseling, they tried to make approaches kinship is full of tenderness towards students with problems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta menganalisa data dengan Redukdi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang disimpulkan sebagai berikut : 1) Perencanaaan pembelajaran oleh guru SMAN 1 Bengkulu Tengah berdasarkan standar kompetensi yang akan dicapai memuat tujuan pembelajaran, materi, metode mengajar sumber belajar dan hasil belajar. Perencanaan dibuat degan mempertimbangkan tujuan yang hendak dicapai, alat apa yang digunakan, materi apa yang diajarkan dengan cara mengevaluasi dan perencanaan pembelajaran, 2) Implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMAN 1 Bengkul Tengahyakni kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan metode pembelajaran disesuaikan dengan kondisi siswa, 3) Evaluasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik tes dan non tes. Tes yang berupa a) (pre-test) tes awal, tes ini merupakan tes yang diberikan sebelum pengajaran dimulai. b) tes tengah kegiatan yakni tes yang dilaksanakan di sela-sela atau pada waktu-waktu tertentu selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. c) Post-test yaitu test yang diberikan setelah proses pembelajaran berakhir, d) tes formatif tes ulangan harian, tengah semester dan f) tes sumatif berupa ulangan semester. Evaluasi terencana yang dilakuakkn oleh guru terakomodir dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran sehingga pelaksanaanya berjalan seuai dengan kebutuhan yang diajarkan.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the implementation of the academic supervision done by supervisors of IslamicEducation and school principals Seluma. This research is a descriptive analytical research, gathering information on thestatus and symptoms existing at the time according to what their research is conducted. That is the subject of this researchis the superintendent, principals and teachers PAI. This research instrument with observation, interview, documentationstudy. To answer the problem formulation using descriptive research which is a non-hypothetical, so that the research stepsdo not need to formulate hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the program of theacademic supervision supervisor and school principals to PAI teachers in the district Air Periukan, has been implementedin accordance with the work program drawn up collectively between supervisors PAI and school principals in the groupIII Air Periukan districts. The collectivity built through the Council Working Group Principal (MKKKS) and TeachersWorking Group (KKG) PAI Air Periukan districts Seluma. Synergy supervisors PAI and school principals in the district AirPeriukan in doing academic supervision to teachers PAI already well established. PAI superintendent and chief academicsupervision SD develop programs through MKKKS.While the implementation of the academic supervision to teachersthrough KKG PAI PAI districts Seluma Air Periukan district.
