Al-Bahtsu: Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Islam, yang diterbitkan oleh Pascasarjana IAIN Bengkulu. Al-Bahtsu adalah jurnal yang memuat tentang hasil Penelitian Pendidikan Islam dan segala hal yang melibatkan Pendidikan Pendidikan Islam secara integratif. Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh Pascasarjana IAIN Bengkulu, yang terbit 2 kali dalam setahun yaitu di bulan Juni dan Desember. Berdasarkan Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Penguatan Riset dan Pengembangan Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi Republik Indonesia Nomor 30/E/KPT/2019 bahwasanya jurnal Al-Bahtsu terhitung pada tanggal 11 November tahun 2019 terakreditasi Sinta 5. Oleh sebab itu, editor menyambut pendidik, peneliti, dan praktisi pendidikan untuk mengumpulkan artikel untuk diterbitkan di jurnal ini. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the learning of Alquran and Hadits in Religious Senior High School students of Pagaralam. The results of this study used for several strategies, namely balancing the classical and individual learning approach which are arranged i practically so it is easy to be learned, emphasizing the ability of learners to be able to read the Qur‟an in tartil, using variations of the recitations theme of the Qur‟an so that the reading is not boring, using the system of sima’an (listening) so the learners are able to justify or correct the Qur‟an recitation of other learners. The learning process is also done by creating lesson plans by the teacher in charge of teaching the Qur‟an. By providing matriculation, the students are expected to know in advance before they get a Qur‟an lesson in the learning process so that they know more about what will be learned. With more familiar with what will be learned, the students get a basic overview of the entire subject matter provided, organizing study groups, and the development through extracurricular activities. Internal factors which may affect the learning of the Qur‟an is the willingness of students to learn, students‟ interest towards learning the Qur‟an is not maximized and the lack of motivation of students to learn the Qur‟an further. External factors are the parents and families who are very influential on students‟ ability to read the Qur‟an. Among families (parents) and school (teachers) has a role, influence and responsibility for the success of the Qur‟an education at Religious Senior High School of Pagaralam.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kepribadian terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kependidikan tetap yayasan dan kontrak Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu yang berjumlah 88 orang. Metode penetapan responden menggunakan sensus. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskrirptif yaitu menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi untuk melihat rata-rata dan analisis kuantitatif dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan analisis regresi berganda.uji F dan uji t.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement tenaga kependidikan Universitas Bengkulu, artinya jika kepemimpinan tinggi, work engagement tenaga kependidikan juga akan meningkat;  (2) Keperibadian tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap work engagement tenaga kependikan Univesitas Muhamamdiyah Bengkulu, artinya jika keperibadian tinggi, work engagement belum tentu juga meningkat; (3) Kepemimpinan dan keperibadian secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap work engagement tenaga kependidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, artinya jika kepemimpinan dan kepribadian secara bersama-sama tinggi, maka work engagement juga akan meningkat.

Abstract

The purpose of the study describes  the learning  strategy of Islamic education in the deaf children  and  the mentally disabled  children  as well as inhibiting factors and  factors supporting the learning  of Islamic religious education. This research is a qualitative  research  that  is a field research  that  is descriptive.  Data  collection  techniques: observation, interviews,  and documentation. Data analysis techniques: data  reduction, data  presentation and  conclusions.  The result of this research  is the learning strategy of Islamic education in deaf children is selected according  to the needs of each student  and the strategy used is the expository,  inquiry, contextual  teaching  learning and  individualization strategies and  learning strategy of Islamic education in the mentally disabled  children with more  attention to the needs  and  capacity  Ability of each  student,  strategy used,  among others,  active teacher  learning strategy and individualization. The inhibiting factors found are not maximally the role of parents to teach the understanding of religion at home,  the absence of special teachers  Islamic education, students who have limitations that require a long process while the supporting factors are a comfortable learning environment, enthusiastic  students,  teachers who are creative in learning Islamic education, the principal who supports  teaching  and learning activities

Abstract

This research  is to know whether  there is influence from using audiovisual method and microsoft power point learn- ing media  to motivation of student  learning on Islamic Education subject in SD Negeri 86 Kota Bengkulu.This research  uses quantitative approach. The population is all elementary school students  86 Bengkulu City. sampling is done by purposive sampling  that is determination technique with certain  consideration. Data  were analyzed  using simple linear re- gression test. The results showed  that the variable  of audiovisual method (X1) and  microsoft power  point (X2) had  a positive effect on students’  learning  motivation State  primary  school 86 Bengkulu  city. In the test, it can be seen  that the influence  of visual audio  method variable  (X1) on student  learning  motivation (Y) is 9,3%,  while the rest 90,7%  influenced  by other  than variable  X1. Variable  of learning  media  of Microsoft Power  Point  (X2) can  influence  Student Motivation  Motivation  variable equal to 34,5%,  while the rest of 65,5%  influenced  by other variable besides variable of learning media  Microsoft power point. Together, the variables  of audio  visual method and  learning  media  of Microsoft power  point can influence  student’s  learning motivation equal  to 34,6%,  while the rest of 65,4%  influenced  by other  variable  beside  variable  of audio  visual method and Microsoft Power Point learning media

Abstract

Gutter Saling is a village located  in Seluma is located  in the District Seluma District, which has made  the expansion in2003, which split from  South  Bengkulu, the  result  of the  division, is certainly  going to change the  order of life, whether from the government, in terms of revenue, culture, infrastructure, people’s  behavior, both  in terms of children ages pre-teens, teens, adults, or even parents themselves,  so that with the changes  become Seluma,  people in the Village of Salado Saling into society began  gradually  leave traditional traditions that  have been  there, so do not  have a traditional or a new life style, resulting in behavior  or morals are not good in everyday life, which ultimately  lead to non  selarasan  in behavior.  This study used a qualitative descriptive  approach. In obtaining the data, the authors using observation, interviews, and documentation of previous research. From the  research inidi get the  result  that  moral  education is adopted by parents in the  family in child  preteen in the  Village of Talang  Saling District of Seluma not been  implemented properly by parents who have children with pre-teens, because  there are many parents who do not implement it, most parents just rebuked him away without  giving punishment to his son. As well as the pattern of moral  education of children of pre teen  in the family environment Village of Talang  Saling District of Seluma applied by parents is lacking once  adopted by parents in the  family environment, these  are all visible from  the  percentage of parents just give the pattern direction, that each what we do have consequences, should  the parents were able to give firmness to provide  education to their  children so that  the  pattern can be complied with and  implemented in everyday life

Abstract

At this time, the entire human form, not intelligence alone but the whole psychic prowess. Experts call this period as the golden age of development. Early childhood education is very important because it determines the quality of human resources in the future. This is due to the formation of the human brain is most rapid at the age when the child is at an early age. The problem in this research is how the implementation of character education, a model developed and the character values instilled in early childhood in Raudhatul RA Ministry religion Dharma Wanita South Bengkulu. This study aims to determine the implementation, the model and the value of character education in early childhood in Raudhatul Raudhatul RA RA Ministry religion Dharma Wanita South Bengkulu. This research is a field research using qualitative descriptive method. The research subject throughout the teacher / tutor in Raudhatul RA. Raudhatul RA Ministry of Dharma Wanita South Bengkulu religion which amounted to 7 people. Data collection instruments used were interviews, documentation and observation. The results showed that the implementation of character education in Raudhatul RA RA Raudhatul Dharma Wanita South Bengkulu religious ministry is carried out through three main pillars, namely the development of policies, the development of learning and partnership. The value of the characters are developed that character value in relation to God (Allah Habl min) Rated character in relation to oneself (Habl min al-nafs) Values in conjunction with other characters (Habl min al-nas wa al- bi'ah) value nationality (Habl min al-watan). Models developed in the cultivation of character is a model of collaboration and integration models ekstrakuikuler models.

Abstract

The purpose of this update is to analyze the academic supervision of PAI teacher supervisors in the madrasa in the city of Bengkulu. This study discusses the supporting factors of the academic supervision of madrasah teacher supervisors in Bengkulu City, where schools and religious teachers always receive the arrival of supervisors and the distance to the school location is classified as accessible because they are in the city. While the inhibiting factors of academic supervision are caused by supervisors not mastering academic supervision techniques and rarely getting supervisory training. To overcome the above problems, the solution is done so that the academic supervision of madrasah teacher supervisors can be more effective in improving the competence of madrasah professional teachers are: recruitment and appointment of new supervisors by the Ministry of Religion, supervisors need to conduct more intensive academic supervision, improve guidance for supervisors through monitoring and evaluating the planning and implementation of programs carried out by supervisors on a regular basis and need to be implemented in a systematic manner and clear penalties and programmed with routine activities that can uphold the improvement of supervisory competence, which is related to the support of academic supervisors.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that (1) the state of society in general has not fully perform prayers in themosque, making it difficult to inculcate the habit of public prayers for students, (2) The trend behavior of primary schoolstudents in general are playing around and joking, so unruly to order in worship, and (3) the students made up of diverseenvironments and habits at home, there are familiar congregational prayers some are not used to. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the depth of the measures applied in the habituation efforts Integrated Islamic Elementary School(SDIT) Darul Fikri Argamakmur in public prayers in the students and the achievements seen from the behavior of thestudent prayer. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive approach. The collection of data through observation,interviews, and document analysis. Testing the validity of the data through continuous observation and triangulation ofsources and methods. Presentation of the results and analysis of data using interactive models, include: data collection, datareduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The efforts of habituation publicprayers in Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Darul Fikri Argamakmur done by incorporating activities habituationcongregational prayers in the curriculum as a basic framework of routines and learning, and establish measures such asscheduling clerk prayer pilgrims, making Kultum schedule, schedule security officer, complete the facilities of the mosque,providing infaq box, and make a deposit program rote. (2) The results achieved by Integrated Islamic Elementary School(SDIT) Darul Fikri Argamakmur in public prayers familiarize students is 80% of parents are satisfied with the increase inreligious discipline their children.

Abstract

Abstract: Subyek research,testing hypothetkal done using stratifled random sampling technique by using a questionnaire to obtain data x1,x2 and y the data taken from the the value of the ist half-year student report cards 2014-2015 lessons. As for the techiniques used in data collction are using the questionnaires,observation,intervlen and documentation.Research data were collected and analyzed using product moment correlation analysis and analysis of the double regesi hypothesis, testing reseanah is conducted showed no effea of pedagoalcal competence and motivation of Islamic rellgious education teachers secra together on learning achievement student problem was evidenced by the results of the calculation stastisik on taraf significanded of 1% indicate that r count larger than r table is: 058470.413 The of its significance was tested using the F test and obtained Fn of 9575, F table = 4.10 become aritmeticf table, Which means significance regression equation so that the variable pedagogic and motivation of Islamic religious education teachers have a posive and significance effect on the variable student achievement in clumps lesson eye study Islamic religion in mts al-Azhar pagaralam.
