Abstract

 Industri UMKM merupakan pendorong kegiatan ekonomi nasional, terutama penyerapan tenaga kerja pada Pandemi Corvid 19. Permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM adalah pola evaluasi kinerja dan perolehan dana kredit, dimana pemantauan kinerja terlihat melalui Laporan Keuangan, berperan juga sebagai dokumen untuk meperoleh pendaaan eksternal. Hampir semua UMKM menghadapi permasalahan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, dimana hal ini terkait dengan Tingkat penguasaan Informasi Teknologi. Dengan evolusi Sistem Informasi, maka menurunkan biaya administrasi dan mempercepat pengambilan keputusan, termasuk perhitungan biaya produksi yang lebih tepat, karena hal ini meningkatkan sustainable dan existence industri UMKM.Dalam meningkatkan kemampuan para UMKM, maka kami sebagai tenaga pendidik di Institut Ilmu Sosial dan Manajemen STIAMI Jakarta mengadakan pelatihan terhadap Industri UMKM. yaitu laundry di daerah Bekasi. Agar pelaku usaha laundry ini bisa menyususn Laporan Keuangan sebagai salah satu syarat peminjaman modal di Bank atau Lembaga keuangan lainnya.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had such a huge impact on various aspects of life globally, including the world of education. This has resulted in students from elementary school to university having to study from home or what is known as online learning. Of course, this learning is not easy to implement, especially for elementary school (SD) students. In contrast to junior high school students or higher, elementary school students are seen as the most difficult to accept online learning for several reasons, including: 1) difficulties in using gadgets and lack of concentration in learning, 2) lack of motivation to do online learning, 3) difficulties in learning. understand the lessons given by their teacher due to limited space and time to get the opportunity to ask the teacher. The English language learning in this activity is carried out face-to-face. Learning is carried out for approximately 6 months using 2 teachers. In addition to focusing on teaching English, the activity also provides knowledge to students in mastering the use of technology, such as cellphones and laptops. The results of learning English to elementary school students at Perum. Kresna Asri Wagir during the Covid-19 pandemic was very helpful for students and parents who had been experiencing difficulties in learning English.

Abstract

Society is currently starting to decline in the practice of the Quran, especially in the Pangkalbalam hamlet. This is evidenced by the low number of TPA students from year to year. This community empowerment activity is carried out with the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that the activity was carried out for 4 days at Shiyaul Haq TPA with teaching by the service team and participants from children in Pangkalbalam Village, the material presented included basic reading of the Quran, Tartil, Tajwid, and Recitation. The advantages of this activity are that it really helps the running of Al-Quran learning activities at the TPA, the material presented can be absorbed and practiced, and the activities run smoothly until the end of the activity. While the drawbacks, there are still students who arrive late, there is noise or students are chatting with their sidekick typing the delivery of material, and there are still those who have not had time to recite the Quran because the time that is carried out is still lacking.

Abstract

Shrimp culture is one of the lucrative fisheries agribusiness businesses to develop. However, in recent years there have been many crop failures in shrimp farming due to disease. The purpose of this society service is to provide counseling about the application of biosecurity in shrimp farming operational. The results of the service show that the service participants who are workers in the ponds of Manunggal Setia Makmur Corp. was very enthusiastic about participating in the program presentation. In addition, after presentation of the material and interactive dialogue with the presenters, the workers at this Manunggal Setia Makmur Corp. also immediately applied the concepts they got from this counseling event to his work in the shrimp pond. The conclusion obtained from this society service event is that most of the employees in Manunggal Setia Makmur Corp. still has not applied the concept of biosecurity to its shrimp culture operations. On this occasion the author provides education and examples of the application of practical biosecurity concepts in intensive shrimp farming activities.

Abstract

Undang-undang nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa atau dikenal dengan Undang-undang Desa beserta peraturan turunannya telah merubah dan mendorong pola kemandirian di desa. Dalam pola pengaturan tersebut, salah satunya adalah tentang pengelolaan keuangan desa yang menjadi titik tumpu akuntabilitas keuangan di desa.  Akan tetapi, pola pengelolaan keuangan desa sebagaimana diatur oleh Permendagri 20 tahun 2018 sebagai pengganti Permendagri 113 tahun 2014, belum dapat menjangkau secara detail pada pengelolaan keuangan Bumdes/BUMDesa, hal ini dikarenakan kewenangan Bumdes yang terpisah dari desa sebagai kekayaan yang dipisahkan membuat pola pengelolaan keuangan Bumdes tidak sama dengan pengelolaan keuangan desa.  Pengaturan Bumdes sendiri saat ini masih menjadi domain Kementerian Desa dan Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia No 4 tahun 2015 tentang Pendirian, Pengurusan dan Pengelolaan dan Pembubaran Badan Usaha Milik Desa.Pada saat ini, Bumdes merupakan salah satu roda penggerak dan ujung tombak bukti kemandirian desa dalam men-generate pendapatan desa yang tentunya sebagai sebuah organisasi modern berbasis masyarakat desa, sudah selayaknya Bumdes memiliki basis pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Berdasarkan pengabdian masyarakat di Bumdesa Sinergi desa Sidowayah Kabupaten Klaten, diperoleh hasil terbuatnya sistem keuangan yang akan digunakan Bumdesa Sinergi dan pengaplikasian sistem masih dilakukan secara luring tetapi hal tersebut sudah membantu Bumdesa Sinergi dalam proses pencatatan keuangan.

Abstract

The development of progress in the world of education, especially mathematics, requires reliable students who are not only able to solve mathematical problems. However, they can further develop their higher order thinking skills, such as creative, critical and reasoning thinking. These abilities must be continuously honed and trained by familiarizing students with questions that do not only remember. Students should be able to develop their mathematical literacy by working on HOTS (higher order thinking skill) questions. Currently we are entering the digital era known as the industrial revolution 4.0, in the 21st century the challenges and competition in the future will be very tight. There are four skills needed in the 21st century, known as the 4Cs, namely communication, collaborative, critical thinking, and creativity. The use of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions as a learning instrument is an effort to improve students' critical thinking skills as one of the skills needed in the 21st century.

Abstract

The dominance of the use of plastic bottles, glass bottles, and cans in various types of products has been increasingly consumed by the public. This has an impact on environmental pollution because inorganic waste that accumulates will take a long time to decompose naturally. Everyone should understand 3R from the beginning, namely reduse (reducing the use of materials that damage the environment), reuse (reuse), and recycle (recycling goods) according to Law No.18 of 2008 and PP No.81 of 2002 concerning waste management . Genuk 01 Elementary School students do not understand how to recycle recycled inorganic waste) into functional items that are esthetically valued at 71% while the amount of inorganic waste (plastic bottles, glass bottles, and cans produced by students in schools is 53%. The method used is the method of participation active through stages: 1) program socialization and material submission; 2) training; 3) utilization of results; and 4) monitoring and evaluation. The results of the implementation of the Genuk 01 Elementary School Education Program in Ungaran Barat District, Semarang Regency were able to increase the understanding of 3R by 21% (initially 71% to 91%); recycling ability increased by 35% (initially 59% to 94%); and the ability to produce functional products with aesthetic value increased 38% (initially 62% to 100%). A positive response from Grade IV students at SDN Genuk 01 in carrying out greening in front of the class by utilizing plant pots from used plastiik bottles which were the products of PkM.

Abstract

The community service program that is carried out aims to provide training as an effort to increase understanding of taxation, especially reporting and filling in the Annual Income Tax Notice (SPT) for individual taxpayers intended for PT BSI Pro employees. This training is aimed at realizing an understanding of the importance of taxes and the importance of citizen participation in creating a tax-aware society. An e-Filing Training was conducted to provide staff of PT BSI Pro to be able to fill e-Filing smoothly. The method used includes: question and answer, and simulation/practice of filling e- Filing. The results achieved were the staff of PT BSI Pro: (1) having an adequate understanding of filling e-Filing, and (2) having the ability to complete e-Filing.

Abstract

Higher education is a party that can be the driving force or driving force for the emergence of young entrepreneurs. This is because tertiary institutions will strengthen mental attitudes, provide academic support, and social support to students to become entrepreneurs. In addition, universities provide knowledge to students about the sciences of becoming entrepreneurship. One of the universities that is trying to create young entrepreneurs based on technology or technopreneurs is the Darmajaya Institute of Informatics and Business (IIB Darmajaya). Regarding the progress of entrepreneurship in the Darmajaya IIB campus environment, the lecturer team who is also a community service team submitted a grant from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education's DRPM (Entrepreneurship Development Program) 2019-2021 program. This program is used as one of the flagship programs at the Darmajaya IIB campus as a means of increasing interest and the number of young entrepreneurs. The method of implementing PPK (Entrepreneurship Development Program) activities, namely: Understanding of technopreneurship, provision of tenant skills regarding technopreneur skills and development teams, product prototypes, making business plans and initial product / service presentations, incubation process to complete products / services, product launching and become a starup company. The results of the PPK activities carried out were the formation of six best tenants, namely: Essa Solution, Recycle_Indonesia, Informatika Ganesha, Beauty Start, Kutilang, IGE.Net

Abstract

Corona virus diseases (COVID-19) have a negative impact on the country's economy, and Indonesia is no exception. This is evidenced by the increase in the poverty rate of 1.63 million people. Poverty alleviation can be done by involving the community such as involving people's business actors through the Women Farmers Group (KWT). However, the problem is the weak organizational function and the lack of education of KWT Sehati members on financial management and the difficulty of product marketing. These problems are answered in the M2ID (Management of Human Resources, Management of Finance, Innovation and Packaging, and Digital Marketing) program. The approach methods used in this activity include institutional approaches, discussion methods, participatory approaches, and providing training on the M2ID program. After the training, the average understanding possessed by members increased in understanding, besides that members began to be able to make sales not only offline but online sales and in the end were able to slowly build the Indonesian economy after COVID-19.     Keyword: Women’s Empowernment; Indonesian Economics Recovery; Kelompok Wanita Tani
