Abstract

In recent years, motorcyclists have experienced an increase in road traffic accidents. Factors causing accidents include human factors, infrastructure, and the environment. One of the efforts to reduce the accident rate is by increasing the knowledge of the riders which in turn can improve orderly traffic behavior. Still found base motorcycle taxi drivers who are not orderly in traffic. The high potential and number of motorcycle accidents, especially at base motorcycle taxis, requires prevention by implementing safety riding awareness. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of base motorcycle taxis about safety riding. Mitra is a base motorcycle taxi at Pasar Minggu Station. The method used is education about safety riding. Education discusses the number of vehicle accidents, the impact, the importance of safety riding and the obligation of riders to ensure passengers feel safe and comfortable. Traditional taxi bike riders are quite enthusiastic about the material presented and there is an increase in knowledge from 67% to 81%. The implementation of education about safety riding has a positive effect on public knowledge about driving safety.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to help village officials, in this case BUMDes, to study government regulations regarding the budget and the use of village fund funding allocations. So that village officials understand government rules regarding the allocation of use and sources of funds to be used by the village. And this activity also helps MSMEs to learn to promote their business services/products through marketing content with attractive designs and using web content as their promotional media. It is hoped that this activity will be a positive contribution to Cinta Mulya village, especially village officials and MSME actors in carrying out their functions and roles in managing internal and state-owned finance.

Abstract

Shoes serve to protect our feet from dust and dirt, shoes are one of the important aspects to perfect one's appearance. Armed with experience in making shoes, Mr. Misbah, a resident of Banjarsari village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency, Mr. Misbah started a business selling shoes with a conventional sales and marketing system. Until the covid 19 pandemic, which had to divert office activities to work from home (WFH) and the online learning process, resulted in a decrease in the number of shoe orders. Mr. Misbah couldn't help but have to close his shop temporarily because none of the orders came in. In the new normal era after this pandemic. Therefore, the Community Service (PKM) team helps our partner, Mr. Misbah, especially in finding alternatives to online marketing, including models and how to take photos of their products.

Abstract

Purworejo Village is one of the villages in Sanankulon District, Blitar Regency, East Java Province. Purworejo Village has natural wealth in the form of banana plantations managed by the Wijaya Kusuma Community Group. This banana plantation produces organic agricultural waste in the form of banana stems. Banana stems that accumulate and are not processed for too long will cause an unpleasant odor, and have not been utilized because of the lack of residents related to processing banana tree stump as Liquid Organic Fertilizer. One alternative that can be taken is that banana stems can be processed into Liquid Organic Fertilizer using the help of a decomposer or Local Micro Organisms as a decomposer of solid organic matter into liquid. From this alternative, it is hoped that banana stem waste can be minimized properly. In addition, it can also create new jobs for the people of Purworejo Village, thus helping to increase the income of the people in Purworejo Village. In this PHP2D activity, the community was given hands-on training and practice. There are several activities that include the presentation of materials, and the practice of making Liquid Organic Fertilizer by the PHP2D Himafis UNU Blitar Team to the people of Purworejo Village

Abstract

The Village government and village instituions formulate a development program or Village Development Work Plan (RKPDes) as an elaboration of the Village Metium Term Plan (RJPMDes). In this case, determining development work in a village still has several problems because there is no common ground in what development plans should be prioritized. The village government still makes decisions by way of decliberation with the village absence of certain aspects to be taken into consideration. A mechanism for determining work programs in a village using a way of receiving proposals or aspirations from the community from the level of the neighbourhood unit then the next hamlet level at a village meeting. From the deliberation process there are still decisions because they do not consider the needs or benefits that will be obtained by the community. Starting with the collection of observation data, interviews and literature study. The head of the Amikom Mitra Masyarakat team conducted interviews with village heads and village officials to find out the problems that existed in the community, then sampled the community as interview respondents and obtained information on the mechanism for compiling a work plan and how to formulate these problems that could be solved with a touch of information technology. Then the team looked for references in the form of research and service journal literature with the theme of the Village Development Work Plan. The nest stage is for team members to prepare aplications to be socialized by the village head and village officials, the head of the BPD and its members, PKK, head of RT RW, Karang Taruna, Linmas and local community leaders

Abstract

Inovasi dried flower merupakan kegiatan pengeringan bunga untuk menghilangkan kelembaban yang ada di dalamnya dengan hasil akhir berupa bunga kering yang dapat dinikmati keindahannya dalam waktu yang lama. Pengeringan dan pengawetan dapat dilakukan dengan metode alami maupun kimiawi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat  ini untuk membantu memecahkan permasalahan yang terjadi pada bisnis bunga potong untuk menciptakan produk baru dan  untuk lebih memperkuat sektor ekonomi lokal di Desa Pengotan, Bangli. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan Pelatihan dried flower diikuti oleh 45 orang, terdiri dari perempuan di Desa Pengotan, yang terdiri dari ibu rumah tangga, karyawati dan pengrajin anyaman bambu serta  mahasiswa yang mengikuti program merdeka belajar kampus merdeka (MBKM) di Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Ngurah Rai. Pelatihan dried flower dilaksanakan selama 2 (dua) hari secara offline dengan tetap memperhatikan protokol kesahatan. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan narasumber yang kompeten di bidang pengeringan bunga. Hasil karya peserta pelatihan berupa produk yang bernilai jual lebih baik, antara lain bucket bunga kering, corsace/bros, tatakan gelas dan hiasan ruangan. Hasil pelatihan juga diharapkan dapat mendorong pemanfaatan sumber daya alam lokal serta peningkatan penghasilan pendapatan perempuan yang berdampak kepada kemandirian ekonomi perempuan di Desa Pengotan.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan mengelola manajemen usaha yang berfokus pada aspek manajemen pemasaran dan komunikasi pemasaran yang berbasis IPTEK terhadap Kelompok Tani, yang terletak di Desa Cidokom. Sasaran program PKM ini adalah kelompok masyarakat yang produktif secara ekonomi (UKM). Tujuan program adalah untuk mengembangkan masyarakat yang mandiri secara ekonomidengan mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam salah satu dimensi proses bisnisnya. Mitra usaha dalam program ini adalah kelompok usaha budidaya tanaman hias. Analisis thematic dalam pre survey mendapatkan permasalahan mitra meliputi; Tata kelola keuangan yang tidak lancar, solusinya: mendukung pelaksanaan dan kelancaran usaha mitra PKM dari sisi penyiapan permodalan dan pengelolaan keuangan usaha dengan perancangan dan pelatihan manajemen keuangan (aliran kas), perencanaan usaha yang baik, dan efisiensi serta efektivitas dana usaha. Permasalahan kedua terletak pada melemahnya tingkat penjualan selama pandemic Covid-19, solusinya adalah meningkatkan ketrampilan mitra PKM dalam menunjang produktivitas, dengan pelatihan difusi inovasi teknologi pemasaran. Realisasi progam PKM dengan terjadinya volume penjualan dengan meningkatkan awareness, pembuatan e-katalog penjualan, alternatif sistem penjualan (konsinyasi) dan saluran pemasaran lainnya serta penataan pasar yang lebih luas menggunakan konsep digital marketing 5.0. luaran wajib dan luaran lainnya yang ditargetkan program PKM ini berupa: 1. Publikasi di jurnal ilmiah cetak atau elektronik di Jurnal Nasional ber-ISSN, 2. Artikel ilmiah dimuat di jurnal cetak atau elektronik Nasional, 3. Permodelan Manajemen Produksi, 4. Peningkatan daya saing Mitra Produktif Ekonomi dalam aspek Pemasaran, 5. Penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna IPTEK digital marketing pada UMKM. Rencana kegiatan dimulai dari merumuskan permasalahan, mencari solusi, merencanakan dan melaksanakan seluruh PKM serta mensosialisasikan hasil penerapan teknologi tepat guna ke seluruh anggota mitra.

Abstract

World economic conditions changed in early 2020, where the Covid-19 pandemic made several countries in the world experience recession. Indonesia has also experienced the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially small businesses or SMEs which are the main pillars of the national economy. The community service webinar entitled business and business dynamics in the new normal era is expected to provide an overview for employers as well as workers or employees who have experienced termination of employment and can take various business opportunities that can be used as solutions to survive. Community service activities in the form of webinars were attended by up to 350 participants from various elements such as entrepreneurs, academics, students, and the general public. The resource persons consisted of four people with backgrounds of entrepreneurs, professionals and academics who provided material exposures about the business world in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the development of the micro, small and medium enterprises sector to date has growed up to such an extent that it is almost equal to the number of those working in other formal sectors. In Java, the number of actors in this sector ranges from 37% to 43%, while outside Java it is even more between 40%-55%. Thus, it can no longer be said that the small and medium-sized business sector is only a temporary shelter for workers who have not been able to enter other formal sectors, but its existence is precisely as a growth motor for economic activity (urban) because of the large number of labor absorption. (equal to the number of workers in the formal sector). The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is no longer in doubt because they are proven to be able to survive and become the driving force of the economy. In 2011 MSMEs were able to make a significant contribution to state revenues by contributing 61.9% of gross domestic product (GDP) income through tax payments. In the field of taxation, the government has made special rules to facilitate MSME actors in paying their taxes, namely through PP. 23 of 2018. In this case, we help MSME actors to improve their abilities and understanding in the field of socializing the Tax Regulations. This activity was attended by 37 MSME business actors in Depok City assisted by the Depok Regional Government. After attending the training, participants were given the opportunity to discuss and consult. The results of the training and mentoring show that there is an increase in knowledge about MSME taxation that can be understood by participants and participants become aware of the new tax regulation, namely PP 23/2018 in order to increase their awareness of the importance of paying taxes.

Abstract

Social media exists and has become a part of human life. The presence of the internet and its development brings new ways of communicating in social life. Social media presents and changes the paradigm in communication in today's society. Communication in social media is not limited by distance, time and space. It can happen anywhere, anytime, without having to meet face to face. Even social media can seem to negate social status which often becomes a barrier in communication. Indonesia with a population of 256.4 million people, as many as 130 million people or around 49 percent of whom are active users of social media. According to research conducted by “We Are Social”, the social media that Indonesians are currently interested in are Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Based on the information contained in wartakota, Indonesia is the largest Instagram user community in Asia Pacific with 45 million active users out of a total global user of 700 million people. Currently some social media are not only used as a means of satisfying entertainment needs, in addition to being social media that is in great demand, especially Instagram, Instagram is also a social media that has enormous opportunities in business activities. For aspiring entrepreneurs, social media is a fairly effective marketing tool because it is cheap and can be seen by all social media users. This will certainly make it easier for sewing training participants at Balai Latihan Kerja Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Palembang who may wish to become entrepreneurs in the future.
