Abstract

The development of information technology has penetrated the world of tourism, one of which is the need for websites as a medium for finding tourist attractions and planning trips. One tourist site that has an official website is the Betawi Cultural Village Setu Babakan, a tourist place where visitors can find things related to Betawi culture such as traditional houses, arts, and food. based on a User Acceptence Test study for visitors to Setu Babakan, the website has not been maximized in providing detailed information related to tourist attractions, and does not yet represent the Betawi culture. For this reason, a website redesign is required using the usecase diagram method. The results of this study are in the form of usecase diagrams, wireframes and website user interfaces.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) which is growing rapidly nowadays, SMP MAKNA BAKTI JAKARTA PUSAT wants the application of information technology in a structured governance process in schools. One of the problems currently faced by SMP MAKNA BAKTI JAKARTA PUSAT is that the assessment process conducted by teachers is still done manually and is less effective. Constraints also occur when the subject teacher has finished assessing and must submit to the homeroom teacher. Constraints faced include delays in the collection of grades by subject teachers, and the length of time required for the homeroom teacher to recapitulate grades. And it is difficult for students to see the results of learning done by asking or waiting for confirmation from the subject teacher. The author intends to make a web-based information system application in the form of e- report cards. With the existence of a web-based information system, it is expected to be able to help in efficient management of entity data and a more structured assessment system for better implementation. In the design of the e-report system information on SMP MEAN BAKTI uses PHP programming language, with the use of MySQL database. The method used in this study is Sequential Linear

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in terms of transaction volume and value has raised environmental concerns because of the potential for packaging waste it generates. Single-use shipping packages often result in piles of waste from cardboard, plastic and seal tape after the product is received by consumers. On the other hand, the customers of e-commerce products are also reported to be uncomfortable with shipping packaging which is often considered excessive. This problem gave birth to an innovative solution in the form of reusable shipping packaging for e-commerce product. This solution certainly considered interesting and promising, nevertheless, the scientific studies that address this issue are still limited. Therefore, this study aims to explore e-commerce shipping packaging, particularly in terms of its identifying attributes and seeking possible patterns. The findings are discussed using a descriptive analysis approach. As a result, it is found that several companies have launched products and services related to reusable e-commerce shipping packaging, and there are indications of certain patterns that are interrelated between these packaging attributes. This study hopes to contribute to the academic literature in the field of e-commerce reusable packaging, which is considered still in the infancy period.

Abstract

Covid-19 disease is still ongoing. It is necessary to do intensive research related to age, sex and congenital diseases so that management can be better planned. The research was conducted using data from Indonesian Navy personnel and their families, retired Indonesian Navy and their families. This study used k-means clustering for data grouping of Indonesian Navy personnel based on age, sex and congenital disease characteristics. The results of the k-means cluster clustering show that the k = 2 cluster has not been able to provide an explanation of the relationship between age, sex and comorbidity with the risk of death due to Covid-19. However, in the cluster with k = 3, it turns out that deaths due to Covid-19 are related to old age, men, even though there is no congenital disease. Meanwhile, using the k = 4 cluster, it is increasingly clear that deaths due to Covid-19 are closely related to old age, both men and women, with comorbidities.

Abstract

Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V) communication is a specific type of communication on Vehicular Ad Hoc Network (VANET)  that attracts the great interest of researchers, industries, and government attention in due to its essential application to improve safety driving purposes for the next generation of vehicles. Our paper is a systematic study of V2V communication in VANET that cover the particular research issue, and trends from the recent works of literature. We begin the article with a brief V2V communication concept and the V2V application to safety purposes and non-safety purposes; then, we analyze several problems of V2V communication for VANET related to safety issues and non-safety issues. Next, we provide the trends of the V2V communication application for VANET. Finally, provide SWOT analysis as a discussion to identify opportunities and challenges of V2V communication for VANET in the future. The paper does not include a technical explanation. Still, the article describes the general perspective of VANET to the reader, especially for the beginner reader, who intends to learn about the topic.

Abstract

Electrical energy is an important foundation in world economic growth, therefore it requires an accurate prediction in predicting energy consumption in the future. The methods that are often used in previous research are the Time Series and Machine Learning methods, but recently there has been a new method that can predict energy consumption using the Deep Learning Method which can process data quickly for training and testing. In this research, the researcher proposes a model and algorithm which contained in Deep Learning, that is Multivariate Time Series Model with LSTM Algorithm and using Teacher Forcing Technique for predicting electrical energy consumption in the future. Because Multivariate Time Series Model and LSTM Algorithm can receive input with various conditions or seasons of electrical energy consumption. Teacher Forcing Technique is able lighten up the computation so that it can training and testing data quickly. The method used in this study is to compare Teacher Forcing LSTM with Non-Teacher Forcing LSTM in Multivariate Time Series model using several activation functions that produce significant differences. TF value of RMSE 0.006, MAE 0.070 and Non-TF has RMSE and MAE values of 0.117 and 0.246. The value of the two models is obtained from Sigmoid Activation and the worst value of the two models is in the Softmax activation function, with TF values is RMSE 0.423, MAE 0.485 and Non-TF RMSE 0.520, MAE 0.519.

Abstract

In general the lecturers performance evaluation is a routinity of a College institute for improving internal quality on an ongoing basis as well as the improvement of the status of accreditation. Performance evaluation activities specifically lecturer at STMIK Lombok funded on each period, that is the end of each semester, the lecturers assessment process performed by the students. The results of this performance assessment will be use to improve the performance of evaluation material and any lecturer who was elected as a lecturer with the best performance will be given the award. To assist in the assessment process, a system that capable to support the decision of the performance assessment of lecturers needed. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the performance of Lecturers by students at STMIK Lombok. The decision-making process aided by a computerized decision support system in expectation that subjectivity in decision-making can be minimised. Decision support systems can be used as a tool for evaluating the performance of the lecturers, so hopefully it can help the policy makers in decision-making, to get objective information about the performance of lecturers based on specified criteria.

Abstract

Nowadays, online games is the media for interaction with another people in the world. In this game, players are presented in the virtual world. This virtual world displayed on a graph of realism that have various shapes fact as houses, roads, walls, fences, etc. Players in this online game will also be given an avatar of the identity and the realization of the players in the virtual world. Virtual world in the online RPG game certainly require a lot of graphics realism in the viewport windows virtual but certainly not to display the virtual world as a whole. This is because the views of the players who became avatar certainly made equal to the real-world view of the player. In presenting part of the virtual world certainly requires clipping of the map which is a manifestation of the virtual world. Clipping technique used to use Cohen-Sutherland algorithm. This algorithm makes clipping as nine areas where the viewport window will be the main focus in the map and displayed on the screen viewport. This would blur the eight other areas that cannot be seen directly in the viewport. This study provides a view of the same players as in the real world that is played online games can provide a real experience to his players.

Abstract

At present, many are found in a hospital, the number of inpatients is not balanced with the number of medical staff, especially in the nursing service on duty 24 hours to monitor the patient's condition one by one. As a result of these limitations, the possibility of negligence of the guard officer is very possible, especially in monitoring the condition of infusion fluids in patients. In the task of monitoring the condition of the patient's intravenous fluids, nurses usually have to go back and forth and check the condition of the infusion manually at any time that has been previously estimated. On the basis of this reality, in this final assignment a monitoring system for intravenous fluids was made in real time and centrally that can control the infusion fluid volume of patients based on ATMEGA32 microcontroller with proportional-derivative control method and can provide information about the condition of the patient's actual infusion fluid to medical personnel or guard officers centrally using cables that reconnected and function as a means of communication between the microcontroller and the computer. This tool uses a light sensor to detect the height of the infusion fluid and convert it to liquid volume at ATMEGA 32. If the liquid reaches the minimum volume, then the information from the sensor running or detecting infusion fluid will be processed through a microcontroller and sent to a computer that functions as a monitor or LCD.

Abstract

Lombok Institute of Information and Computer Management (STMIK) is one of the colleges in Central Lombok. In Higher Education there is a set of subjects given to participants in a period of education called the curriculum. Because the curriculum in each tertiary institution is different, a system that can equalize or convert courses is needed. Especially in supporting all lecture activities which in Higher Education must have a conversion system for equalizing subjects along with the number of effective semester credits takes up to two days, the head of study program is required to be able to produce or which is often referred to as a conversion term, both for advanced students and transfer students. The process of converting courses has not resulted in a decision that is a fast and appropriate decision for transfer student lectures. Based on the description above, the author intends to make a design entitled "The Design of Information Systems Conversion for Transfer and Advanced Students (Case Study of STMIK Lombok)".
