This study aims to determine the effectiveness of educational technology in improving the quality of life and compliance in hypertensive patients. The research method is quasi-experimental, with a research design before and after educational interventions. The results showed that the majority of respondents aged >50 years were ten people (83.3%), female sex was eight people (66.7%), with high school education status were six people (50%), respondents had a history of hypertension numbering ten people (83.3 %), and the maximum BMI value is 25.1-27 of 7 people (58.3%). In conclusion, educational interventions with flipcharts can improve quality of life scores and enhance adherence to hypertension treatment, with attentive listening and dialogue built within health facilities and in community spaces that can facilitate decision-making about strategies to promote life improvements. This study aims to determine the effect of yoga movements combined with aromatherapy (aromayoga) to reduce the weight of injectable birth control acceptors. The method used was true experimental with a pre-post test with a control design approach on 36 injectable birth control acceptors who experienced weight gain after injectable contraception, carried out 14 times in 2 months with a duration of 30 minutes. The analytical test was carried out using the Independent t-test analysis. The results showed a difference in the average weight loss in the intervention and control groups of 8.29 (p-value = 0.035) after two months of intervention. In conclusion, Aromayoga therapy affects losing weight, a side effect of injectable birth control. Keywords: Weight, Injectable Birth Control, Aromayoga Therapy

This study aims to determine dietary restrictions in pregnant women on the incidence of chronic energy deficiency (KEK) at the Sumbersari Health Center. The qualitative method with an exploratory phenomenology approach was analyzed using the Collaizi method. The results showed five themes related to food taboos for pregnant women: knowledge of pregnant women, types of food taboos for pregnant women, cultural background, family and social environment perceptions and efforts of pregnant women to prevent SEZs from occurring. In conclusion, food restrictions in pregnant women are one of the triggering factors for KEK, which are influenced by the culture that is owned by the family and passed down from their ancestors. This study aims to determine the role and function of the nursing manager at the puskesmas. The method used is a case study with a situational analysis of data obtained through interviews and document studies. The stages start from assessment, problem identification, problem analysis, problem priority setting and making a plan of action. The intervention starts with drafting guidelines and self-assessment, hiring experts, outreach and evaluation. The study results indicate that the nursing manager's role and function can be improved by developing guidelines and self-assessment referring to the literature, which includes three main managerial roles and five management functions with an average self-assessment value of 95%, which can be implemented. In conclusion, the role and function of the head of nursing are vital in supporting nursing governance and improving nurse performance. Keywords: Management Function, Nursing, Manager, Role

This study aims to identify instruments for measuring fatigue in SLE to manage this problem to improve quality of life. The method used is a narrative review by searching the EBSCO CINAHL and Pubmed databases with the keyword measurement instrument for fatigue, systemic lupus erythematosus. The results showed that there were 58 articles (CINAHL) and 27 articles from Pubmed, but only five pieces fit the focus of the study, which measured fatigue in SLE patients. In conclusion, Functional Assessment for Chronic Illness Therapy-Fatigue (FACIT-F), Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS), and fatigue pro are fatigue measurement instruments that can be used in SLE patients. This study aims to identify fatigue instruments in preschool children with leukemia. The method used is a narrative review by tracing articles on the CINAHL and Pubmed databases. The results showed that as many as five pieces followed the research focus. The researchers found that the Parent Fatigue Scale (PFS), Child Fatigue Oncology (FO-a), PedsQL, and Childhood Cancer Fatigue Scale were fatigue measurement instruments that could be used in preschoolers with leukemia. In conclusion, the fatigue instrument in preschool children with leukemia can be used by health workers to measure the severity of fatigue to improve the quality of life and child development. This study aims to determine the effect of deep breathing exercises on blood glucose levels in diabetic DM patients. The method used is the narrative review, by searching for articles on the Pubmed and Google Scholar databases. The results showed that deep breathing exercises had a positive effect on blood glucose control in DM patients, increased relaxation, and reduced anxiety or stress. Increased peace helps reduce the hormone cortisol related to blood glucose levels. In conclusion, deep breathing exercises can lower blood glucose in DM patients. This therapy can be combined with other treatments, such as the spiritual aspects of marital therapy or spiritual mindfulness. Keywords: Deep Breathing Exercise, Diabetes Mellitus

This study aims to explore the adaptation experiences of parents to eradicate stunting in the Gowa Regency area, especially in Pallantikang Village, Gowa Regency. The method used is qualitative research using a phenomenological design. The results of this study indicate that there are three themes related to parents' adaptation experiences to eradicate stunting in the Gowa Regency Region, 1) mothers provide food based on the age of the toddler; 2) mother's parenting style based on the toddler's needs; 3) the mother maintains the health of the toddler. In conclusion, the ability of mothers to adapt to changes that occur in toddlers is very influential in efforts to overcome stunting. Parents' adaptation in efforts to eradicate stunting has a huge role and influence on the growth and development of toddlers. Keywords: Mother's Adaptation, Exploration, Stunting Alleviation

This study aims to see the relationship between attitude, distance to health services, and parental support with the willingness to the HPV vaccine in adolescents. This research method is cross-sectional. The results of this study show that attitude (p=0.000) [PR= 2.234, 95% CI 1.512-3.300] and parental support (p=0.028) [PR=1.549, 95% CI 1.041-2.306] have a significant relationship with willingness to vaccinate HPV. Meanwhile, the distance from home to health services (p=0.151) [PR=0.729, 95% CI 0.464-1.145] had no relationship with willingness to vaccinate against HPV. In conclusion, adolescents with good parental attitudes and support are more likely to be willing to vaccinate against HPV. This study aimed to determine the level of knowledge of hypertensive patients about medication adherence. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that most of the 37 research samples were aged 51-65 years (59.4%), women (54.1%), a high education level (14%), self-employed (35.1%) stage two hypertension at the time of visit (86 .48%), many sufferers have a lack of knowledge (56.8%), and patients are not compliant in treatment (74.1%). In conclusion, most hypertension sufferers who seek treatment at the Internal Medicine Outpatient Unit at the Guido Valadares Nacional Hospital Dili Timor Leste have a poor level of knowledge, and most are also disobedient to their hypertension treatment.
