Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of hypno-pressure (SP6, LR3, GV20, EX-HN3) in reducing the dysmenorrhea pain level and anxiety levels suffered by adolescent girls. The research method used was true experiment with pretest-post test control group design. The results there was a significant difference in the intervention group, namely a decrease in the dysmenorrhea pain level with a p-value of 0.001 and a decrease in the level of anxiety with a p-value of 0.001. The average decrease in the dysmenorrhea pain level in the intervention group was 4.18, and the average decrease in the level of anxiety in adolescent girls was 5. In conclusion, hypnopressure treatment can reduce the dysmenorrhea pain level and anxiety levels suffered by adolescent girls. Key Word : Hypnopressure, Anxiety Level, Dysmenorrhea Pain Level

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of implementing primary care with electronic medical records (EMR) on the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction. The study used a retrospective design with secondary data from the Quality Department of Rumah Sakit Advent Bandung, with a sample of 150 inpatients selected through simple random sampling. Univariate analysis used the frequency distribution, and bivariate analysis used the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results showed that before the implementation of primary care with EMR, 92.7% of nurses provided good-quality nursing care, and 72.7% of patients were satisfied with the services. After the implementation, 98.0% of nurses provided good-quality nursing care, and 76% of patients were satisfied with the nursing services. There was a significant impact of implementing primary care with EMR on the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction, with a p-value = 0.0001 (p<0.05). In Conclusion, there is a significant relationship between the implementation of primary care with electronic medical records (EMR) on the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to make a formula for butterfly pea flower drink and analyze the effectiveness of giving butterfly pea flower drink (clitorea ternatea) to reduce menstrual pain in adolescent girls. This research uses a true experiment design with a pretest - posttest design. The results there was a significant difference between the intervention group and the control group, namely a decrease in the dysmenorrhea pain level with a p-value of <0,05 in the intervention group with given at a dose of 50 mg/Kg BW although at a second dose of 25 mg/Kg BW. From the statistical results, it was found that the greatest reduction in pain was in the intervention group with a dose of 50 mg/kb BW, p-value >0.05. The conclusion, Giving butterfly pea flower drink (clitorea ternatea) at a dose of 50 mg/kg BW and a dose of 25 mg/kg BW is effective as an effort to reduce menstrual pain in adolescent girls.
