Abstract

This study discusses the contribution of pedicab drivers in increasing sharia tourism in the city of Padangsidimpuan through the support of several stakeholders such as the Government, Academicians, Businessmen, and Civil Society or better known as the Quadruple Helix. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach where the purpose of descriptive is a formulation of the problem that directs research to be able to explore social situations that will be studied broadly, thoroughly, and in depth. The results of this study indicate that the contribution of tourist pedicab drivers in the development of sharia tourism in the city of Padangsidimpuan with the support of the Quadruple Helix role can be seen from the launch of the tourist pedicabs which are a form of effort to increase the attractiveness of tourists to travel to the city of Padangsidimpuan. With the existence of these tourist pedicabs, tourist visits to the city of Padangsidimpuan have also increased after a decline due to the impact of the pandemic in 2019. In addition, tourist pedicab drivers are also provided with training and understanding by experts on the rules that apply when bringing tourists to destinations. -existing tourist destinations and these are in accordance with the provisions of the Shari'a. Not only tourist pedicab drivers, the government, businessmen, and the community there also work together in providing facilities that support Islamic tourism activities. So with this it is hoped that the sharia tourism sector in the city of Padangsidimpuan can continue to develop in the future. Keywords: Tourist Pedicab, Sharia Tourism, Quadruple Helix

Abstract

The main purpose in this study is to determine the quality of the human resources of Bumdes Mutiara Sgahara Eduwisata Salt in Bunder Village, Pademawu, Pamekasan. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were collected directly by the researchers from interviews with Bumdes Employee who played a role in managing salt tourism in Bunder village. This study applies indicators of the quality of human resources, namely knowledge, skills, and abilities. From the results of the discussion it can be concluded that the role of human resources is very important in relation to the success of a planning program that has been prepared. These results are expected to be useful as material for consideration for an institution in order to produce quality human resources.

Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of brand image, brand trust and electronic word of mouth on food purchasing decisions using ShopeeFood services in Palembang City. The sample in this study were 108 consumers who were obtained through a sampling technique using quota sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire which is distributed to all consumers and the data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that brand image and brand trust had a positive effect on purchasing decisions, while electronic word of mouth had no effect on food purchasing decisions using ShopeeFood services in Palembang City. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perusahaan mana saja yang memiliki indikasi kebangkrutan di sektor pariwisata dan transportasi, yang keduanya mengalami keterpurukan pasca merebaknya pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 51 perusahaan yang terdiri dari 20 perusahaan yang terdaftar di sektor pariwisata dan 31 perusahaan yang terdaftar di sektor transportasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pada sektor pariwisata rata-rata berada pada kategori bangkrut, hanya terdapat 6 (30%) perusahaan pada kategori aman dengan spesifikasi 4 perusahaan pada kategori sehat dan 2 perusahaan pada kategori sehat dengan ancaman kebangkrutan dari total 20 emiten. Sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 14 (70%) perusahaan berada dalam kategori bangkrut. Demikian juga sektor pariwisata rata-rata masuk kategori bangkrut. Jumlah perusahaan di bidang pariwisata sebanyak 31 perusahaan, hanya 4 perusahaan yang termasuk dalam kategori sehat. Sedangkan 28 perusahaan sisanya berada dalam kategori tidak sehat (bangkrut). Artinya, sebanyak 90% mengalami kebangkrutan sementara hanya 10% sisanya yang mengalami kondisi sehat.

Abstract

Shopee is one of the largest marketplaces in Indonesia that provides several payment features, such as Shopee Paylater, Spinjam and Affiliate.This feature is also used to attract shopping interest for Shopee users without worrying that there is no cost to buy something. The existence of several payment features in the Shopee application makes it easier for consumers to shop for whatever items they want. PThis study aims to determine the effect of featuresShopee Paylater, Spinjam and Affiliate for consumers who make transactions on the Shopee marketplace. This research focuses on students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung State Islamic University who have accounts and are registered as Shopee Paylater, Spinjam and Affiliate. The method used in this research is qualitative methodwith a case study approach that uses source triangulation as the main data with in-depth interviews as well as observation and documentation as additional data. The results of this study indicate that these three features are the main choices for consumers for transactions. Based on data and analysis, Shopee Paylater is used as micro business capital, Spinjam is used for personal needs, and Affiliates tend to be used to earn income through marketing creative content products that include links uploaded on social media. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and determine the effect of influencer marketing and product quality on the purchasing decision of Erigo Apparel products. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 100 people. The population in this study was respondents who had active social media accounts as well as followers of Erigo Apparel social media accounts and respondents had bought and used Erigo Apparel products. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 for Windows. This test uses two independent variables, namely influencer marketing, product quality and purchasing decisions as dependent variables. The results of this study are 1) Influencer marketing and product quality simultaneously affect the decision to purchase Erigo Apparel products. 2) Influencer marketing partially influences the decision to purchase Erigo Apparel products. 3) Product quality partially influences the decision to purchase Erigo Apparel products. Abstract

The aim of the study was to examine the effect of financing growth and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on profitability with Non Performing Financing (NPF) as moderation with a sample of 6 Islamic commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority during the 2011-2020 period. The analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that financing growth had a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA and ROE). CAR has a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA), but not significant on profitability (ROE). In addition, the research results also show that NPF is not able to moderate the effect of financing growth on profitability (ROA and ROE). Conversely, NPF moderates by weakening the effect of CAR on profitability (ROA and ROE). In other words, profitability is expected to decrease because the use of bank capital is not optimal due to the large NPF value. This research contributes to Islamic commercial banks to carry out financing effectiveness and carry out CAR efficiency so that performance can improve financial performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Corporate Social Resposibility disclosure on earnings management with the proxies Cash Flow of Operation (CFO), Production Cost (PROD), and Discretionary Expense (DISR) in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in the 2017–2021 period. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The number of samples in this study was 10 companies, so the total sample was 50, which were selected using the purposive sampling method. The results showed that the disclosure of Corporate Social Resposibility had no effect on earnings management with the proxies Cash Flow of Operation (CFO) and Discretionary Expense (DISR), while the disclosure of Corporate Social Resposibility had an effect on production cost (PROD). Abstract

The Sunan Ampel religious area is one of the places labeled as halal tourism in Indonesia, especially in Surabaya. Halal tourism is a vehicle or entertainment for the community in which there are religious elements from tombs to entertainment venues with an Islamic atmosphere. Of course halal tourism must guarantee the halalness of the entire halal tourism area, from location to consumption products. Halal in Indonesia has been regulated by the government through laws to government regulations and clerical fatwas. Law No. 33 of 2014 is one of the regulations that contains matters relating to halal certification and regulates the obligation of halal certification for macro and micro businesses throughout Indonesia. Street vendors are included in micro businesses that should be mandatory for halal certification, but according to observation data and observations made at street vendors in the Sunan Ampel religious area, there are still many street vendors who do not understand or do not understand halal certification. As evidenced by the ingredients that are still vague because they do not know the clarity of the ingredients used, starting from the unclear slaughter process, naming products that still contain kufr and falsehood, the hygiene of some traders that has not been guaranteed in accordance with the rules of the existing regulations in Law. Abstract

Penyerapan dan penyaluran dana zakat yang baik memberi manfaat besar untuk kesejahteraan pada masyarakat dan pada pertumbuhan perekonomian sehingga minat muzakki menjadi perhatian utama untuk mencapai target yang optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah sosialisasi dan transparansi pengelolaan dana zakat berpengaruh terhadap minat muzakki membayar zakat di LAZIS Al-Muhajirin yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Gresik Kabupaten Gresik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif asosiatif. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 1.330 donatur yang didapatkan dari penyebaran kuisioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 yang dihasilkan dari metode Random Sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (Uji T) sosialisasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap minat muzakki dan transparansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat muzakki, tetapi secara simultan (Uji F) sosialisasi dan transparansi berpengaruh posittif dan signifikan terhadap minat muzakki. Sehingga secara parsial, apabila sosialisasi meningkat maka minat membayar zakat akan meningkat, dan apabila transparansi meningkat, maka minat membayar zakat akan meningkat, dan secara simultan, apabila sosialisasi dan transparansi meningkat, maka akan meningkatkan minat muzakki.
