ABSTRACT Rachmat Murdani Mursal: "Investment in cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin as a model (a jurisprudential-analytical study)" Dealing with encrypted digital currencies is one of the contemporary issues in financial transactions, and one of the most important forms of dealing with these currencies is investing in Bitcoin. Many people invest their money in this field without knowing the risks that will affect them, as well as knowing the provisions related to it. This research aims to know the Shariah ruling on investing in the Bitcoin currency, its method, and its implications. In writing this research, the researcher took a descriptive and analytical approach, and the researcher found that investing in the bitcoin currency is not without notes and legal prohibitions, including: that investing in this currency did not meet the legal controls for investment, where there is deception, ignorance, risk, and harm, It was not compatible with the purposes of investment, such as: the purpose of saving and developing money, and the purpose of economic and social development. Investment in this currency has had very dangerous effects, such as monetary instability, tax evasion, and a decline in productive investments. The researcher recommends government agencies to address this currency (Bitcoin) and its sisters, and to establish a legal regulation that shows its issuance, the field of dealing with it, and its trading mechanisms. The researcher also recommends the Central Bank to work on issuing an official encrypted currency that is fully compatible with the purposes and controls of Islamic law. This study aims to find out how the implementation and the problems encountered in using Brizzi as a transaction tool for purchasing entrance tickets at the Kinantan Wildlife and Culture Park in Bukittinggi. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. This research is descriptive and emphasizes the analysis side. The method of data collection is by observation and interviews. The research sample was taken using the convenience sampling method with the acquisition of 200 respondents. The data that has been obtained will then be analyzed using a deductive analysis method. The results of the study found that not 100% of respondents agreed to a change in access policy at the Kinantan Bukittinggi Wildlife and Cultural Park, an average of 21% of respondents could not accept this change (not adaptive) this was because when respondents visited the Wildlife and Cultural Park Kinantan Bukittinggi coincided with network disruptions and the slow performance of serving officers. With this policy change, there has been a decrease in visitors to the Kinantan Bukittinggi Wildlife and Cultural Park, before the use of Brizzi in 2018 the number of visitors was 818,379 visitors, and after using the Brizzi card in 2019 the number of visitors decreased by 88,674 visitors so that the total visitors in 2019 was 729,705 visitors. Efforts are needed so that problems do not happen again on all sides, both from the network system and services, so that a deeper evaluation is needed by the relevant parties, both from financial institutions that have the system, the Kinantan Bukittinggi Animal and Cultural Park as managers and the government as policy makers.

The purpose of this study is to test the Influence of Product Quality, Product Design and Celebrity Endorsement on the Purchase Decision of the Honda Vario Matic motorcycle in Yogyakarta. This research is a type of quantitative research conducted in the form of a survey of consumers who have purchased a Honda Vario 150c c automatic motorcyclein Yogyakarta. This study is to analyze the influence of variables The influence of product quality, product design and celebrity endorsement on consumer purchase decisions. To answer research questions and test the hypotheses proposed, multiple linear regression analysis tools are used. The population in this study was all consumers who had made a purchase or who were going to buy a Honda Vario motorcycle as many as 112 people with characteristics (age, gender, income of respondents, occupation ) as subjects of the study. The results showed that 1). Product Quality has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision on the Honda Vario Automatic Motorcycle in Yogyakarta City, 2). Product Design has a significant positive effect on the purchase decision on the Honda Vario Matic Motorcycle in Yogyakarta, 3). Celebrity Endorsement has a significant positive effect on the purchase decision on the Honda Vario Matic Motorcycle in Yogyakarta, 4) Product Quality, Product Design and Celebrity Endorsement influence the purchase decision on the Honda Vario automatic motorcycle in Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of inflation, exchange rates, and Islamic mutual funds on stock prices in 2018-2021. The type of research in this study is quantitative research and data analysis techniques in this study using panel data analysis through Eviews. The results of this study indicate that Inflation, Exchange Rates, and Sharia Mutual Funds simultaneously have a significant effect on the 2018-2021 Stock Price. Based on the t-test in this study, it shows that inflation (X1) has no significant effect on the 2018-2021 stock price. And for the Exchange Rate variable (X2), it has a significant effect on the 2018-2021 Stock Price. Sharia Mutual Funds variable (X3) has no significant effect on the 2018-2021 stock price. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of the exchange rate, the money supply and the JCI on the Net Asset Value of Islamic Mutual Funds in 2019-2021. This research uses quantitative research and Time Series analysis through SPSS. As a data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the Exchange Rate, the Money Supply and the JCI have a significant simultaneous effect on the Net Asset Value of Islamic Mutual Funds 2019-2021. Based on the t test, it shows that the Exchange Rate (X1) has no significant effect on the Net Asset Value of Islamic Mutual Funds 2019-2021. The Money Supply (X2) has no significant effect on the Net Asset Value of Islamic Mutual Funds 2019-2021. JCI (X3) has a significant effect on the Net Asset Value of Islamic Mutual Funds 2019-2021. Tujuan peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran tentang kompetensi dan kompensasi pengetahuan sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Pada penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan seluruh karyawan PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia sebanyak 1.675 Karyawan. Penentuan jumlah sampel dari populasi tertentu dengan menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane untuk tingkat kesalahan 5% sehingga hasil perhitungan sampel diperoleh 323 responden untuk penelitian ini. Teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian didaptkan Terdapat hubungan antara kompetensi dengan kompensasi PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia Kabupaten Purwakarta. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia Kabupaten Purwakarta. Dan Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia Kabupaten Purwakarta.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability and leverage on the dividend policy of health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research is quantitative correlation research. The type of data used is quantitative data which is panel data. Data collection techniques using the documentation method. The population of this study consisted of 23 companies. The sample selection used a purposive sampling technique so that the research sample was 12 health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017 – 2020. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression with the Eviews program. The results of this study are profitability and leverage have a positive and significant impact on the dividend policy of health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

This research aims to prove “the level of effectiveness of tax collection for hotels, restaurants, street lighting and their contribution to PAD in Gresik Regency”. Quantitative descriptive is applied in this study. The object of research is “the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency of Gresik Regency”. The population in this study is “the Gresik Regency Government Financial Report 2016-2020”. The sample in this research is using “a report on the realization of the Hotel Tax, Restaurant Tax, Street Lighting Tax, and Local Revenue (PAD) budget realization reports in Gresik Regency in 2016-2020”. The sampling technique is using the purposive sampling method. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The collection method uses documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The research findings show that on average the effectiveness of collecting hotel taxes, restaurant taxes, and street lighting taxes in Gresik Regency is very effective and the average contribution of hotel collection and restaurant taxes is considered very less and street lighting taxes are considered moderate. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi Nilai Perusahaan, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif, verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini membahas Current Ratio, Return On Assets dan Dent To Equity Rasio sebagai variabel independent dan Nilai Perusahaan sebagai variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adlah seluruh emiten yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang termasuk dalam kelompok subsektor otomotif dan komponen yaitu sebanyak 13 emiten. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan ialah purposive sampling, Berdasarkan pengambilan purposive sampling pada penelitian diatas maka sampel yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Otomotif dan komponen yang memiliki kriteria pada tabel diatas yaitu sebanyak 8 perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan jenis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ialah Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Return On Assets berpengaruh dan sginifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Debt To Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Current Ratio, Return On Assets, dan Debt to Equity Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan subsektor otomotif dan komponen periode 2015-2021.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the determination of the portfolio with the Single Index Model which can provide optimal returns compared to determining the portfolio using the Random Model on the Kompas 100 Index stock on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 - December 2021 or vice versa. The population of this research is all issuers of shares that are incorporated into the Indeks Kompas 100 for the period 2017 – December 2021 with a selected sample of 30 companies. The research method used in this study is the paired sample t-test difference test. The results of the research and statistical tests show that the Single Index Model provides a more optimal return than using the Random Model.
