Abstract

Humans as social beings cannot be separated from interaction with others, especially in fulfilling their daily needs, in economic activities, buying and selling transactions have a large enough portion to be discussed and studied, at the beginning of its development, buying and selling that occurs is still traditional, along with the times, found a medium of exchange called money, either in the form of metal or fiat money, the existence of money makes it easier for humans to make transactions. Innovation in the economic world, especially the banking world, is always dynamic, one of the emerging products is the sharia card or sharia credit card. The Indonesian Ulema Council through the National Sharia Council then provides direction through its fatwa No. 54 regarding sharia cards, in its fatwa sheet one of the arguments used is fiqh rules that discuss urf, so this study aims to discuss the relationship between the emergence of sharia card products and the urf argument that be included. Have the needs of the Islamic economic community in Indonesia reached the urf level and explain the mechanism of the sharia card contract listed on the DSN-MUI fatwa sheet No. 54. This research is a qualitative research based on library research with the main reference being turast books based on ushul fiqh and qawaid fiqhiah. After reviewing and paying attention to the concepts of urf in the two branches of science above, it was found that the needs of the community which were the main reason for the birth of this sharia card product had not yet reached the level of urf or habit, it only reached the level of مَا تَعُمُّ بِهِ الْبَلْوَى which is a condition where the use of credit cards in transactions has become common, but the results of this study do not necessarily result in this fatwa being automatically invalidated, because in its reference, DSN-MUI includes arguments and other rules that aim to strengthen sharia principles that apply to sharia cards. or Islamic credit card. This research is expected to be an example of studying fatwa sheets issued by DSN-MUI, so that it can become additional knowledge for those who want to study a fatwa. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia has caused changes in consumer behavior, from buying in person to buying through online. This change in consumer behavior makes companies change their sales system. Nacific is a company that implements an online product purchase system. Therefore, the researcher aims to examine the variables of social media marketing and brand ambassadors on Nacific's interest. The method used in this research is a quantitative survey research, with multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling technique. Researchers collect research data by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are consumers and potential customers of Nacific. Research data processing techniques are classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the influence of social media marketing and brand ambassadors on purchase interest was 46.3%. The results of testing the research hypothesis show that social media marketing and brand ambassadors have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on Nacific's purchase interest. Social media marketing and brand ambassadors have a positive and significant partial effect on Nacific's purchase interest. Meanwhile, the brand ambassador has no positive and partially significant effect on Nacific's purchase interest. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the factors that determine the acceptance of mobile banking among Islamic bank customers by using the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model and two other additional variables, namely perceived risk and cost. By using SmartPLS 3.29, the empirical findings of this study show that performance expectations, business expectations, and facilitating conditions have a significant effect on the intention to use mobile banking. The empirical findings of this study also show that intention has a significant effect on the use of mobile banking. Abstract

Sharia insurance investment funds consist of money donated by participants and deposited into the tabarru fund by the fund manager, namely the insurance business. Part of the participants' investment funds will be invested in sharia securities that are guaranteed to be halal. The sum insured is the entire amount of money that will be issued or paid by the insurer (insurance company). When the insured (policyholder) submits a claim according to the risk promised in the policy agreement or insurance program, the money is disbursed. This study intends to determine the effect of investment funds and coverage costs on sharia life insurance income at Bumiputera Syariah Life Insurance. This research is a quantitative research that uses secondary data as a data source. Using Eviews version 9, conventional assumption tests and hypothesis tests were used for data analysis. According to the findings of the study, both the variable investment funds and coverage costs have a large impact on Islamic life insurance income. Abstract

Currently, halal products are one of the factors considered in the marketing process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the level of consumer awareness of halal food and cosmetic products in general which are modernized by religious beliefs. The research was conducted in Bogor City and Regency. SEM-PLS analysis was used in data analysis in this study. The results of the study explain that the factors that influence public awareness of halal products are factors of halal certification, halal exposure, and religious beliefs. While the factors that have no effect are health reasons. Religious belief as a moderating variable will increase the awareness factor of exposure to halal food and health causes. Religious beliefs do not reinforce or absorb the belief factors that influence people's awareness of halal food. keyword: halal, halal awareness, religious belief, halal food, halal cosmetics.

Abstract

Original Local Government Revenue is a source of financing for the Local Government, one of which is obtained from Local Taxes. Local tax revenue changes every year due to various factors. Batu City is a tourist city that has the potential for high local tax revenues because of many entertainment facilities, hotels, restaurants, and billboards. However, the emergence of the covid pandemic has led to many new policies such as tax relaxation, which also applies in Batu City. This study aims to determine the effect of Entertainment Tax, Hotel Tax, Restaurant Tax And Advertising Tax on Original Local Government Revenue in Batu City. The type of research used is quantitative research using secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Batu City and Performance Accountability Reports of Government Agencies of Batu City Regional Finance Agency for 2013-2020. The sampling technique in this study is the Saturated Sampling technique by using the entire population obtained. Hypothesis are tested in this study using multiple linear regression models. The results of the study indicate that the Entertainment Tax, Hotel Tax, and Advertising Tax have an effect on and contribute to Original Local Government Revenue in Batu City. Meanwhile, the Restaurant Tax has no effect and does not contribute to Original Local Government Revenue in Batu City. Abstract

Independence is not depending on others, both in terms of actions and economics. Pesantren is the oldest ancestral heritage and is a place for cadre of leaders. As KH. Hasyim Asy'ary, KH. Wahab Hazbollah, KH. Saifuddin Zuhri, KH. A. Wahid Hasyim and other Kyai who made extraordinary contributions to the Indonesian nation. So that the pesantren is not only equipped with knowledge about the afterlife, but is also balanced with the provision of world knowledge. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to apply the principles of Islamic economics (qowaid fiqhiyyah and its SWOT analysis in achieving the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools at Nur El Falah Islamic Boarding School Serang Banten and Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Kwagean? The research method in this thesis is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and field research. In obtaining data, this research uses library research, observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study concluded that economic independence at the Nur El Falah Islamic Boarding School, Serang, Banten, was not maximized, around 40 percent running productive waqf. While only relying on cash waqf through a digital system platform (waqf via digital). Meanwhile, at the Fathul Ulum Kwagean Islamic Boarding School in fostering the economic independence of the pesantren by maximizing the pesantren business unit with the pattern of Syirkah and mudharabah and the results are to support the development and development of the pesantren. Abstract

This research is to find out whether the bonus given by PT. HNI-HPAI is in accordance with the ju'alah contract. The method in this study is a descriptive analysis method from personal studies on various information such as websites, desktop sites, and other social media. The research shows that PT HPAI adheres to a Multilevel Marketing business work system based on Islamic sharia. There is an element of service in the MLM system, meaning that a distributor sells goods that do not belong to him and he gets a wage from a percentage of the price of the goods and if he can sell according to the target he gets a bonus or gift set by the company. Bonuses or gifts in Islam are called al-jualah. Sell ​​is a wage or gift that has been promised to someone because he has done a job and the wage/gift can be given because the work that has been determined has been completed. According to the DSN fatwa NUMBER 62/DSNMUI/XII/2007 regarding the al-jualah contract, there are 5 conditions that must be considered by multi-level marketing companies, especially sharia-based MLM. PT. HNI-HPAI as a company that adheres to the MLM work system has met the requirements of the DSN fatwa. Keywords: MLM, ju'âlah, HNI-HPAI

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to understand and analyze the influence of fintech financing on the performance of MSME’s in Palembang City. The population in this study is all MSME’s in the city of Palembang which amounts to 163,291 units. Sampling in research using nonprobability sampling techniques with purposive sampling and snowball sampling approaches. The study used a sample of 50 respondents. The analytical technique in this study is descriptive analysis using simple regression. The results of this study are that fintech financing has a significant effect on the performance of MSME’s in a positive direction. This means that the use of fintech as a source of support for micro, small and medium enterprises will improve their business performance. Keyword: fintech financing, MSME’s performance, finance ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan fintech terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh UMKM yang ada di kota Palembang yang berjumlah 163.291 unit. Pengambilan sampel didalam penelitian menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil pada penelitian ini yaitu pembiayaan fintech berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM dengan arah positif. Artinya penggunaan fintech sebagai sumber pembiyaan bagi usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah akan meningkatkan kinerja usaha mereka. Kata kunci: pembiayaan fintech, kineja UMKM, keuangan

Abstract

This study aims to measure the Zakat Literacy Index (ILZ) of the Kuningan Regency community using the Simple Weighted Index method, which focuses on measuring a person's level of understanding and literacy on the object of zakat. Literacy and understanding of zakat is an external aspect that can determine a person in making decisions in paying zakat. The results of this study indicate that the Zakat Literacy Index (ILZ) of the Kuningan Regency community gets a value of 83.12 which is counted in the high literacy category. The highest indicator in this study is the variable knowledge of zakat in general with a score of 94.03. And the lowest indicator in this measurement lies in the variable knowledge of digital payment zakat with a score of 51.35. Keywords: Literacy, Measurement, Zakat Literacy Index
