The use of water reservoirs is increasingly diverse but the aims still to save clean water, making the competition between water reservoir producers in Indonesia more competitive. That is added with the emergence of various brands of new water reservoirs that are produced and circulated throughout Indonesia. Moreover, the types of water reservoirs that appear are also increasingly varied. The number of brands of water reservoirs in Indonesia with various types of marketing affects consumer buying interest in the water reservoir itself. This study aims to determine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth and Brand Image on Buying Interest. By using associative methodology and in taking the sample using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study note that Electronic Word of Mouth and Brand Image simultaneously and partially affect Purchase Interest. The company should maintain and further improve the supporting factors in order to form a Brand Image that has a positive influence on buying interest from consumers. The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic makes many MSMEs have to lose money and go out of business, whereas in Indonesia the most important joint that sustains the wheels of the country's economy is MSMEs. In addition to the pandemic, the challenge of MSMEs is rise of the digital economy movement is very rapid for making MSMEs demanded to understand information technology. The covid-19 pandemic is increasingly encouraging human activity through the internet network. One of the simplest steps to build a brand through TikTok social media. In 2020 number of downloads amounted to 63.3 million both in the Apple store and the play store the best-selling application is TikTok. Indonesia is the downloader of the application amounting to 11% of the total downloads of tiktok application, with tiktok MSME actors can build their product brand, considering it does not require a lot of cost and energy. The potential of the wider market and the future business will also be a consideration because tiktok social media is widely used by millennials who have high consumptive power. This study uses qualitative descriptive, uses literature studies quoted from book journals as well as relevant websites. The purpose of this study is to encourage MSMEs to have a good brand so that they can compete with other products, and through social media, especially TikTok, the MSME market segment can be wider internationally. The current teaching profession is very promising in terms of income, especially for those who have obtained a professional diploma. The government provides additional income or allowances for public and private teachers through a teacher qualification certification program. The government is trying to improve the professionalism of teachers, but in reality, there are not a few teachers who view from the wrong point of view that the professional allowance is a teacher's right and a government obligation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial technology, and lifestyle on financial behavior in kindergarten teachers in the Sukolilo District, Surabaya City. Determination of the sample using the slovin method with purposive sampling technique resulted in a total sample of 74 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Partial square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, financial technology is not significant to financial behavior, and lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior.

This study aims to determine the effect of "The Influence of Brand Image on Purchase Decisions Supported by Green Marketing and Brand Ambassador Variables on Moringa processed products and the Effect of Green Marketing and brand ambassadors on Brand Image". The type of research used is quantitative research and is included in explanatory research which in this study aims to explain the relationship of a variable with other variables to test hypotheses. Researchers also use questionnaires to obtain the data needed in the study. To obtain data, researchers used questionnaires which were distributed to consumers who know and become consumers of Moringa. The results in this study indicate that the brand image variable has a significant or positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions. The green marketing variable does not have a positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions. The brand ambassador variable has a significant influence on the consumer purchasing decision variables. The green marketing variable has a positive influence on the brand image variable. The goal of this research is to look into the impact of Operating Costs on Operating Income (BOPO) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on the Financial Performance of Islamic Commercial Banks, which is measured using one of the profitability ratio indicators, Return on Assets (ROA). This study employs a quantitative approach by employing explanatory research, which tries to examine the theories and hypotheses that exist in this study in order to determine whether they strengthen or weaken earlier theories and hypotheses. The study relied on secondary data, specifically information gathered from the ojk.ac.id website. This research uses monthly time series data from the Financial Services Authority from 2019 to 2021, with a sample size of 26 months. Multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis were employed in this study's regression model (MRA). The findings of this study revealed that BOPO had a considerable impact on ROA, although CAR had no such impact, and that NPF, as a moderating variable, was able to moderate the impact of BOPO and CAR on ROA.

Economic needs sometimes become one of the sources of problems in household life, but they can be solved if the family is built by good financial management. This research aims to demonstrate practices of household accounting by studying the life of muslim family. The type of this research is qualitative using a case study approach. Informants of this research were household units of muslim family. Data analysis in this research used reductions, displays, and inferences. The result of this research discloses that the conceptual framework of household accounting Islamic is found in muslim families under the method of recording cash basis. The practice of household accounting can be built in accounting cycles starting from transaction documents, recorded into general journals, conducted the posting into ledgers, prepared adjusting journals, and financial statements including activity, and financial position statements. COVID-19 pandemic is a phenomenon that has made all economic sectors down, and thats including the banking sector. This pandemic makes credit risk will increase, therefore the problem in this research its about causes of bad credit in People's Business Credit (KUR), and how are the efforts of BRI Rungkut Surabaya Unit in resolving and minimizing bad loans during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study using qualitative research with a descriptive approach, informed by informants from BRI KUR Rungkut officers and KUR debtors as well as data on bad credit financial reports. The results showed that bad loans at BRI Unit Rungkut Surabaya were caused by external factors in the form of business risks, natural and non-natural disasters, and bad faith from customers. Internal factors in the form of overcrediting, analysis errors, and feelings of pity. The steps to resolve and minimize bad loans carried out by BRI Unit Rungkut Surabaya are in accordance with the regulations given by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The purpose of this study was to determine the most efficient order scheduling technique on CV. Davero Jaya Shining Indonesia to reduce delays in order fulfillment. The suggested scheduling approach is based on a priority rule system that includes the following criteria: first come, first served, lowest processing time, longest processing time, and earliest due date (first come first served). Davero Jaya Cemerlang Indonesia uses the SPT technique in its manufacturing process, according to their company CV. The company decided to adopt this technique because it seemed reasonable from a consumer's point of view. The downside of this technique is that it often causes delays in completing client orders. Based on the results of data analysis and debates that have been given, the FCFS technique is the most superior method among others. Considering the fact that the findings of the FCFS method effectiveness measure are consistent with the current criteria, which include minimum average completion scores, maximum utility, minimum average delay, and minimum average labor force in the system. Therefore, the researchers gave suggestions to the company CV. Davero Jaya Cemerlang Indonesia to use the FCFS method as an alternative production scheduling method. With the application of the FCFS method in CV. Davero Jaya Cemerlang Indonesia is expected to be able to help resolve production scheduling problems that have been happening so far. This study aims to find out how significant the difference caused by the covid-19 pandemic is on the Profitability (ROA,ROE,NPM) of the Kompas 100 company.In this research, using descriptive comparative with quantitative approach and using secondary data. The population includes companies listed on the Kompas 100 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, then selected using purposive sampling technique, obtained a total of 46 companies that meet the criteria. The profitability uses (ROA, ROE, NPM). Then the ratio was tested differently using the Wilcoxon sign rank test with the help of SPSS 22.The results showed that there was a significant difference in profitability ratios which included ROA, ROE and NPM at the Kompas 100 company between the period before and during the covid-19 pandemic. Production is a process and the provision of goods and services in accordance with the wishes, Needs and benefits for the community. In general, production has factors namely capital, labor, land and organization. The production proces plays a role a a determinant of the level of human welfare. In this study, focuses on roof tile production in Karang Penang Sampang. Tile is an object made of soil that serves as the roof of the house to protect it from the sun and rain. Basically, sosial capital is an interaction that has norms, network and trust between individuals and other individuals or groups. Sosial capital is also related to the marketing process, because in marketing there i social interaction in various ways online (sosial media) and offline (face to face). Socio-economics is also explained by an economic thinker, namely Imam Al-Ghazali which started from a concept of Islamic welfare function. Welfare (maslahah) has a purpose for the good of the world and the hereafter.Imam Al-Ghazali main idea is a common welfare stated in the maqasid sharia. The approach used is a case study namely research that explores a phenomenon in time and individual or group activities, and collect detailed information using various data collection procedures. This case study is very relevent to the function of social capital for producing roof tiles and empowering technology as a modern tool to market roof tile in Karang Penang Sampang.
