Abstract

The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic makes many MSMEs have to lose money and go out of business, whereas in Indonesia the most important joint that sustains the wheels of the country's economy is MSMEs. In addition to the pandemic, the challenge of MSMEs is rise of the digital economy movement is very rapid for making MSMEs demanded to understand information technology. The covid-19 pandemic is increasingly encouraging human activity through the internet network. One of the simplest steps to build a brand through TikTok social media. In 2020 number of downloads amounted to 63.3 million both in the Apple store and the play store the best-selling application is TikTok. Indonesia is the downloader of the application amounting to 11% of the total downloads of tiktok application, with tiktok MSME actors can build their product brand, considering it does not require a lot of cost and energy. The potential of the wider market and the future business will also be a consideration because tiktok social media is widely used by millennials who have high consumptive power. This study uses qualitative descriptive, uses literature studies quoted from book journals as well as relevant websites. The purpose of this study is to encourage MSMEs to have a good brand so that they can compete with other products, and through social media, especially TikTok, the MSME market segment can be wider internationally. Considering that social media has eliminated geography, meaning that when it can go viral social media, everyone can see MSME products. Keywords: MSMEs, Branding, TikTok

Abstract

Mudharabah is a form of contract or agreement between two parties, namely investors (owners of capital) and entrepreneurs (managers of capital). In this contract, investors will provide capital and entrepreneurs known as business managers will use this capital to develop their businesses. The profit generated will be shared according to the agreement between the two parties, while the loss will be borne by the owner of capital (investor) but if negligence is caused by the manager of capital (entrepreneur), the loss will be borne by the manager of capital. Through mudharabah, MSMEs can get access to greater capital to develop their business. Even though there are risks for investors, on the other hand, business managers can execute their vision and develop their business with lower risk. This study uses descriptive qualitative, namely using literature studies cited from relevant books and websites. The purpose of this study is to encourage MSME actors to continue to improve the quality of their work so that they can become a forum for reducing unemployment in Indonesia and so they can compete in the global market. Lack of funds for MSMEs has become commonplace, but mudharabah is here as an alternative financing for development of MSMEs, so it is hoped that MSME actors will be smart in managing existing capital with this mudharabah financing. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of fintech adoption, digital payment systems, and consumer trust on the financial performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Using data from 400 MSMEs, the research employs multiple regression analysis to explore the relationships between these factors. The results reveal that fintech adoption has the strongest positive influence on financial performance, followed by digital payment systems and consumer trust. Additionally, consumer trust moderates the relationship between digital payment systems and financial performance, highlighting the importance of customer confidence in driving business success. These findings emphasize the need for MSMEs to embrace digital financial solutions and build trust with their customers to improve their financial outcomes. The study provides practical implications for MSME owners, policymakers, and industry leaders, encouraging the adoption of fintech and digital payment systems as crucial tools for achieving competitive advantage and financial sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peluang dan tantangan implementasi ekonomi syariah dalam layanan SPayLater Shopee di industri e-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan berbagai pihak terkait dan analisis dokumen terkait regulasi, fatwa, dan publikasi resmi Shopee. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan SPayLater Shopee memiliki potensi untuk diimplementasikan secara syariah dengan menerapkan akad Qardh dan menghindari riba. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang perlu dihadapi, seperti pemahaman masyarakat tentang ekonomi syariah, regulasi dan pengawasan, serta kompetisi dengan layanan PayLater konvensional. Strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut adalah edukasi dan sosialisasi tentang ekonomi syariah, pengembangan model layanan yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah, dukungan terhadap regulasi dan pengawasan, dan peningkatan kualitas layanan. Implementasi ekonomi syariah dalam layanan SPayLater Shopee memiliki peluang dan tantangan yang perlu dipertimbangkan dengan matang. Dengan strategi yang tepat, peluang tersebut dapat dimaksimalkan dan tantangannya dapat diatasi, sehingga layanan SPayLater Shopee dapat menjadi alternatif bagi masyarakat yang ingin bertransaksi keuangan secara syariah.

Abstract

Empowerment of the elderly plays a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life, particularly in aspects of health and independence. The elderly often face various challenges, such as physical decline, chronic diseases, and social limitations that impact their quality of life. Therefore, empowerment through health education and skills training is essential to improve the elderly's ability to manage their health independently. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of an elderly empowerment program focused on increasing health knowledge, disease management skills, and strengthening independence in daily activities. The program is implemented with a participatory approach, involving the elderly actively in every stage of the activity, from training to evaluation. Through health counseling, physical training, and social support, it is hoped that the elderly will be able to address their health issues and improve social interactions within their communities. The expected outcomes include increased knowledge about healthy lifestyles, the ability to manage personal health, and enhanced independence in daily life. This program is also expected to serve as an empowerment model that can be applied in various regions to sustainably improve the well-being of the elderly.

Abstract

The lack of Sharia economic literacy among rural MSME actors is one of the main reasons for their preference toward loans from conventional banks over Sharia-compliant financing. Limited understanding of the concept of riba (usury), Sharia contractual principles (akad), the easier access to conventional banking services, and the absence of structured Islamic financial education have further reinforced the dependence of MSMEs on interest-based financial systems. This study aims to analyze the level of Sharia economic literacy among rural MSME actors, identify the influencing factors, and formulate strategies to enhance awareness and access to Islamic financing in rural areas. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research is expected to contribute to the formulation of educational and inclusive policies that support the transition of MSMEs toward financing systems aligned with Sharia principles.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of teamwork in improving the operational efficiency and protectability of BMT branches. This study uses a qualitative descriptive technique, which is a process of observation as well as literature studies cited from relevant sources to gain in-depth insight into the role of teamwork in BMT branches. Mention relevant literature sources to provide a theoretical and contextual basis regarding teamwork, operational efficiency, and profitability. This literature will include relevant theories, models, and previous findings. The purpose of this review is to provide an alternative for workers or employees in improving operational efficiency and profitability of branches while maintaining teamwork as well as assessing how teamwork contributes to improving operational efficiency and profitability. With good teamwork, coordination between team members becomes more effective. This minimizes overlapping tasks and ensures that each team member clearly understands their roles and responsibilities. Good cooperation creates synergy, where the combined efforts of individuals produce greater results than if they worked separately. This helps the team to achieve common goals more efficiently. With this structure and approach, the research is expected to provide in-depth insights and practical recommendations.

Abstract

The market is an element of natural harmony, the market has a very important role in the economy. Al Ghazali views the market mechanism as evolving as a natural component. Al-Ghazalis rationale about the market mechanism, namely from demand and supply, according to Al-Ghazali, demand and supply occur under the power of Allah. This study uses a qualitative descriptive study using literature quoted from relevant book journals and websites. The purpose of this study is that humans will involve God in any activity without exception in the market because the market is not only a means for buying and selling but also a place for worship. This concept of monotheism has an important role in the market because monotheism teaches that God is one. And with this concept of monotheism, big profits are not a top priority for market participants because they will be more concerned with the afterlife than the world. If every human being has a strong faith, an Islamic market mechanism will be created and a fair market will also be created so that it will prosper human life.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of mudharabah financing in supporting MSMEs during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses qualitative descriptive that uses literature studies quoted from book journals and relevant websites. The purpose of this study is to provide alternatives for MSMEs in the face of the covid-19 pandemic and help the Indonesian economy as a whole. The result of the study show that  mudharabah financing with a revenue sharing system can relieve MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. With the financing of mudharabah MSME actors  get capital in the time of the pandemic crisis without being burdened with interest because the concept of Mudharabah is not only about profit sharing but also about for loss, where MSME actors as mudharib and Islamic banks as shohibul maal. Islamic banks with the concept of Mudharabah Muqayyaddah also give directions to MSME actors about businesses that have opportunities in the Covid-19 pandemic. So Islamic bank not only provide capital but also provide education to MSME actors.
