Abstract

The trend of drinking coffee as a lifestyle does not only occur abroad. Now in Indonesia, the trend of drinking coffee has also become a habit that continues to increase the number of followers every day. Indirectly, this condition also increases domestic coffee demand. Based on the survey, the average domestic demand for coffee in the period 1984-2008 increased at a rate of 4.32% per year. Meanwhile, the average demand for coffee consumption increases in Asia and the Americas and Europe by 5-8% each year. The trend and increasing demand for coffee also opens up business opportunities to grow coffee. This study uses a qualitative method. This qualitative research uses 6 dimensions of customer satisfaction as the basis of the research. To get the data, it was done by interviewing three core informants in Kubo Kopi. The finding in this study is that the kubo coffee shop not only serves coffee, but also educates its customers who come to their shop. Education about coffee is not only in coffee shops, but baristas and owners also educate coffee plantations in Lampung Province. Thus, old and new customers feel different interests compared to other coffee shops. Besides that, baristas and old and new customers always maintain communication both inside and outside the shop. The education presented at the Kubo Kopi shop is also about manual brew coffee, here customers can also learn latte art for free. Baristas and owners do not hesitate to share knowledge with customers. Finally, their way to make loyal customers is by regularly holding coffee discussions with old and new customers at least once a month.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising and sales promotion on refrigerator brand awareness. This research is a quantitative study with the method used in sampling, namely the quota sampling technique by accidental sampling with a sample of 50 respondents who are housewives who live in the Kel. 30 Ilir Kec. Ilir Barat II Palembang City. Partial testing of advertising variables has a positive and significant influence on brand awareness. It states that refrigerator advertising is able to increase brand awareness. Partial testing of sales promotion variables has a positive and significant influence on brand awareness. It states that sales promotions carried out by the refrigerator brand are able to increase brand awareness. Simultaneously the advertising and sales promotion variables on brand awareness significantly affected the value of the determination coefficient of 0.636 which means 63.6% variations in brand awareness variables are explained by advertising and sales promotion variables while the remaining 36.4% are explained by variables not examined or included in the regression model

Abstract

Housing comes with the conveniences offered, the existence of a credit system, low interest offers, booking fees at low prices and so on to attract consumer interest. The Asri Residence Housing Office, located in Jakabaring, strives to attract customer buying interest so that the sale of housing units and properties is in accordance with the company's goals. advertisements designed by the company have not been right on target, it can be seen by frequently distributing such brochures to people who do not need a house. For today's all-digital era, marketing through social media should be maximized with interesting and regular posts. If advertisements are to be successful in influencing consumer behavior, they must first lead consumers through a series of acceptance stages. In addition to advertising to increase sales there is also a sales promotion. Sales promotion tools used by Asri Residence Housing include vouchers, gifts and discounts.

Abstract

Various factors that encourage an increase in student interest in choosing a campus as a place to study, efforts made by universities to attract students to study at Bina Darma University Palembang. The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of student interest in choosing Bina Darma University as a university in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a field research conducted at Bina Darma University. Sources of data are taken from primary data, namely direct field data and secondary data, namely data from research or other sources. The collection technique is observation, interview method, questionnaire method (questionnaire) and document recording. The population in this study were all students of Bina Darma University. The sample was taken using a random sampling method and set a sample of 100 respondents from Bina Darma University students. The analysis technique carried out in this study uses validity and reliability tests. The next analysis used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T test (partial), and F test (simultaneous). The results of the research on the analysis of the determinants of student interest in choosing Bina Darma University as a university in the era of the Covid 19 pandemic, namely there are several factors that influence them, namely personally, psychologically, socially, and culturally.

Abstract

This Covid-19 has had a bad impact on business and the economy, even business and economic uncertainty has become a very frightening specter for MSME actors. In order to maintain business continuity while at the same time saving the national economy, the government has implemented various socio-economic policy programs, including policy incentives and tax facilities that can be utilized by taxpayers. MSMEs are expected to boost economic growth and economic recovery. Through the empowerment of micro-enterprises, they can help people who have experienced layoffs and lost income because their businesses have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The government can provide grants for start-up businesses. Among them are through people's business credit and providing loan repayment relief for MSMEs. The National Economic Recovery Policy (PEN) will encourage the re-growth of micro, small and medium enterprises. The government can provide grants for start-up businesses. Abstract

The impact arising from the expansion of the internet network is the need for internet all the time. Many companies that provide internet services to users which is PT. Telkom Indonesia with its IndiHome product. IndiHome products in Bengkulu Province have a very low installation value through non-sales compared to other areas in Sumatra. Researchers will conduct basic research on digital marketing through social media and increasing brand awareness which will affect the increase in sales of IndiHome products through non-sales. This research has 3 variables, namely social media marketing, brand awareness and purchase decision. This research has conducted a survey to 164 people of Bengkulu Province with 18 research indicators. Calculation of survey results using the PLS method with the smartpls application. The results of the research are Social media marketing and brand awareness affect the purchase decision coefficient of determination of 0.771 or 77.1%. While the remaining 22.9% (100-77.1) was contributed by variables outside the study.

Abstract

Peran orang tua menjadi sangat penting dalam membimbing anak dalam pembelajaran dari rumah selain membantu anak dalam momen belajar juga akan membangun komunikasi yang intens dengan anak. Komunikasi yang intens ini akan membangun kreativitas anak lewat berbagai aktivitas bersama yang bermanfaat. Peran guru dan orang tua yang dapat memaksimalkan kegiatan belajar anak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran orang tua dalam membimbing anak pada masa pandemi covid-19 di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung Tulungagung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan pada tanggal 20 Agustus 2021 sampai 29 Desember 2021.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data ada 3 tahap yang digunakan yakni reduksi data,penyajian data dan verifikasi.Kemudian untuk pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:1). Peran orang tua sebagai guru dirumah rata-rata orang tua siap tetapi terkait pemberian contoh berperilaku/ bersikap dengan orang tua, tata krama,sopan santun,dan ilmu agama terkait guru disekolah. Orang tua lebih dipercayakan kepada guru karena guru bisa mengarahkan anak-anak dengan baik. 2).Peran orangtua sebagai motivator Keinginan orang tua agar anaknya memiliki prestasi untuk masa depan. Cara memotivasi anakpun beragam, tergantung bagaimana sikap orang tua kepada anak dan pola asuh yang dilakukan oleh orang tua. Rata-rata orang tua telah berusaha mencoba memberikan motivasi semangat kepada anak-anaknya dengan baik. Orangtua selalu memberikan dorongan dalam belajar giat dirumah pada masa pandemi covid-19. 3).Peran orang tua sebagai fasilitator rata-rata semua orang sudah bisa memberikan Fasilitas dengan belajar anak dengan nyaman. Cuma terkendala pada biaya kuota yang terbatas. Bagi yang bisa memenuhi fasilitas orang tua telah menyediakan tempat belajar yang nyaman, peralatan belajar lengkap dan HP ,sedangkan bagi orang yang tidak memenuhi kebutuhan dikarenaka faktor keterbatasan ekomomi yang mereka miliki. 4). Peran orang tua sebagai director Disini terdapat bagi tugas antara ibu dan ayah dalam mengarahkan anaknya. Ada juga yang memberikan pengawasan dari jarak jauh dengan membuka komunikasi jarak jauh atau vidio Call HP. orang tua yang tidak bisa melakukan pengawasan dikarena orang tua yang memiliki kesibukan pekerjaan, atau karena anak tidak tinggal serumah dengan orang tuanya dikarenakan suatu hal

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh siswa lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu untuk bermain saat pembelajaran, siswa dalam proses belajar-mengajar tidak bersemangat dalam mengikuti pelajaran, siswa cenderung pasif dalam menerima penjelasan dari guru. Selain itu, dalam mengerjakan tugas pelajaran yang diberikan guru siswa mengerjakan tugas tersebut asal jadi, tidak tepat waktu dalam mengumpulkan bahkan tidak mengerjakan sama sekali. Tujuan penelitiannya adalah untuk menganalisis motivasi belajar siswa Kelas V SDI Miftahul Huda Plosokandang Kedungwaru Tulungagung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kulitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitiannya siswa kelas V. Instrumn penelitian adalah angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Motivasi belajar siswa Kelas V SDI Miftahul Huda Plosokandang Kedungwaru Tulungagung Motivasi belajar siswa Kelas V SDI Miftahul Huda Plosokandang Kedungwaru Tulungagung dapat diketahui berdasarkan angket motivasi belajar siswa memiliki persentase 74% atau dalam kategori Tinggi. Hal ini mencerminkan bahwa siswa mempunyai ketekunan, ulet, minat yang sangat tinggi dalam berprestasi dan mandiri, sehingga kegiatan belajar dapat maksimal terlaksana dengan baik. Pengamatan motivasi belajar siswa memiliki persentase 83.57% atau dalam kategori Sangat Tinggi. Hal ini mencerminkan bahwa siswa mempunyai ketekunan, ulet, minat yang sangat tinggi dalam berprestasi dan mandiri, sehingga kegiatan belajar dapat maksimal terlaksana dengan sangat baik. Bentuk-bentuk kemandirian belajar siswa diantaranya mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan guru hingga tuntas, membuat PR dirumah masing-masing, menghafalkan perkalian dan rumus-rumus matematika dengan cara perpasangan dan hafalan surat-surat pendek secara berpasangan

Abstract

Learning is a process for someone to get a certain skill or competency achievement in accordance with their respective abilities, each student requires a process with different levels of ability. Good learning is learning that has been well planned and structured, in making a learning plan the teacher needs to see the abilities of each student so that the designed learning runs well. This study examines the effect of Ice Breaking and Quizizz on learning motivation, which has a strong relationship. For the results of the multiple regression test obtainedvalue Sig. For the variable capita selecta on learning motivation of 0.009> 0.05 and the value of t count 4.179 > t table 2,228, so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect. It is found that the significant value of the variable is 0.895>0.005 and the t-count value is 0.138 <2.228 so it can be concluded that there is no significant effectso that there is a relationship but not necessarily a significant influence

Abstract

Some problems in real life can be solved by using mathematics. The first step to solving the problem is to formulate or represent the problem in mathematical language. The process of formulating or representing into mathematical language is referred to as mathematical modeling. The implementation of mathematical modeling in the classroom is still relatively new and rarely applied in the classroom. However, based on the statements of several experts, it is explained that mathematical modeling can be taught, studied and suggested to be implemented in the classroom. The purpose of this research is to present the results of studies from several sources data related to the implementation and the role or importance of implementing mathematical modeling learning in the classroom. The research method used in this research was literature review. Furthermore, based on the study of several literatures, it is found that learning mathematical modeling is recommended to be implemented in the classroom because it has many positive effects on students. Some researchers explain that learning mathematical modeling is important to be implemented in the classroom because it can improve students motivation, creativity, and independence in learning mathematics. However, it also explains some of the weakness of learning mathematical modeling and recommendations for follow-up.
