Abstract

This study aimed to build a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) User Location Detection Application and address information security for the public if they receive attention from unknown or undesired people. This application displays a map or location of people who communicate with others via mobile phones. The Application Development Methodology used the Iteration Method appeared in the database. Application testing used the black-box testing method, and the test results ran according to the expected function. The final result of this research was a telephone application that functioned by displaying a map on the phone screen of the call’s receiver. Therefore, without being asked, when the recipient picks up the phone, they connect to the map -in case something unwanted happens or when the callers merely want to exchange information with each other.

Abstract

The development of sophisticated technology for human life starts from the development of computerized technology, information and communication technology, and technology in the field of mechanics, especially robotics. Robotics technology is a form of technological change that creates innovations all the time. The purpose of this design was to implement the technology concept of the Raspberry Pi microcontroller in the form of military applications, household chores, industrial areas monitoring, and security maintenance that may cause high dangerous risks without the user going directly to carry out the activities. The method used in developing the concept of merging audio and video followed the MJPEG Streamer and Darkice method. The product was a robot that resembles a car made using wheels that moves in the direction the user wants via an Android control. The communication employs a Raspberry Pi server sent from the robot to Android by displaying a streaming screen on the application. The data obtained are in images and sounds generated from the camera on the robot.

Abstract

The assessment of tilawati jilid promotion refers to an activity performed to the students’ ability before they study the next jilid. This step is to determine the success of learning of the jilid. The research was carried out by applying the profile matching method to calculate the values by using the standard values. By using the Profile Matching method, the results were that 5 students were promoted to the next jilid and 2 students had to improve their ability. In the accuracy test, 7 test data were used based on the original test data and system test data. Based on the comparison, the 7 data had the same results as the original data. Therefore, the accuracy calculation obtained a rate of 100%.

Abstract

Reserves of fossil energy sources are starting to run low, so the government has launched renewable energy sources. The National Energy Policy (KEN) targets Indonesia by 2025 to use renewable energy sources of 23% of its energy needs. Because of this, the government has started opening places that have the potential for generating renewable energy, especially the areas where PLN electricity cannot reach, withincluding the southern coastal area of Kebumen.. The wind potential in this coastal area of Java Island meets the criteria for a Wind Power Plant. The purpose of this research was to analyze the wind potential in the southern coastal area of Kebumen. The specific purpose of this study was to determine the wind speed and the location and calculate the power generated by the wind in the southern coastal area of Kebumen to determine the potential of PLTB in Kebumen area. The stages of this research consisted of retrieval of secondary data, analysis using Excel, and power analysis using HOMER. Based on wind speed data from NASA, the southern coastal area of Kebumen is suitable for making PLTB, especially Buayan and Ayah, because the wind speed between 2016-2020 is 2.15 m/s. Then, the power produced annually in these places, based on the HOMER application, was 86.50 kWh/year.

Abstract

Indonesia has a poverty rate of 24.79 million. Kotawaringin Timur is inhabited by 27.4 thousand people with an income of less than Rp. 416,777/month. The provision must be right on target, and recipients of assistance must use the assistance following the rules determined by the government. This research is to formulate a conceptual model of the Neural Network Algorithm structure that can be used to predict the use of assistance funds. This research applies the Knowledge Discovery Data methodology with Neural Network Algorithm for classification. The research has shown that the application of the Neural Network Algorithm with feature selection can improve performance with values AUC=0.974, CA=0.977, F1=0.977, Precision=0.977, Recall=0.977. The level of performance value for accuracy of Neural Network Algorithm in classifying is the excellent classification category. The recommended Neural Network parameter models are Neurons in hidden layers 100, Activation ReLu, Solver Adam, Regularization, α = 0.0001, and a Maximal number of iterations 200.

Abstract

Multi-platform devices are becoming the standard technology in software development. However, the problem of multi-platform is that it must provide a single parent data source, so there is a good relationship between users of multi-platform devices and servers. REST APIs are the best choices that bridge the servers and multiple platforms. That way, the use of REST APIs will be very beneficial, both in terms of servers and platforms as consumption. This research planned to create a REST API architecture that can run in multi-platform with testing techniques using black boxes through postman software. As the basis for making REST APIs, it is better to understand the Architecture of REST APIs, especially REST APIs as a multi-platform device.

Abstract

Information technology can work with the execution of work to accomplish ideal and most extreme usage. To make government services advanced, the role of the government from the central to the regional levels is vital. The East Kotawaringin Regency Government utilizes the e-government system with the intention that all services to the community become easier and more transparent. This study examines the factors of the ease of use of village service information technology and the benefits obtained from village service information technology in terms of attitudes, desires, and real behavior by adapting the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study will suggest public services, particularly town organizations required by the local area in East Kotawaringin during the Covid 19 pandemic. Information examination was done in this concentrate on utilizing the Partial Least Square (PLS) strategy utilizing WarpPLS programming form 7. The outcomes show client comfort factors, saw helpfulness, perspectives, conduct expectations, and genuine conduct have a positive and huge impact on innovation in the town.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) have an important role in creating new jobs. Currently, MSMEs as one of the economic foundations are expected to be able to compete in the era of free trade, both in local and international. One of the strengths that are expected to be able to compete is by improving business processes and increasing information technology capabilities. The use of Information Technology (IT) changes the way in business processes in MSMEs. The current condition is that MSMEs are not ready to implement IT and its infrastructure. This study aimed to determine the quality of business process maturity and IT availability in small MSMEs. The method used in this research was the Business Process Orientation Maturity Model (BPOMM). The results of the analysis show that the maturity level is in the defined category with a final value of 5.36. The assessment of IT availability is 2.75 with the highest score is found in IT HR.

Abstract

Large and complex computer networks have a high risk of failure, so they require monitoring and mapping to maintain service availability. An information system must monitor and map computer networks so that supervision is not done manually and problem handlings can be done quicker. This study aims to design and implement a computer network monitoring-information system at the Department of Communication and Informatics of Kebumen Regency by utilizing the waterfall software development method. UML modelling language used in the design of computer network monitoring information system and implemented with the JavaScript programming language on Node.js runtime environment. This system utilizes the interval function in JavaScript and the system utility from Node.js to check the network devices. This system sends notifications of the network client status changes to registered users. Based on the test results, this system can monitor and provide notifications as well as a map of the computer network belonging to the Kebumen Regional Government, which is managed by the Department of Communication and Information Technology of Kebumen so that the process of handling computer network problems belonging to the Kebumen Regional Government can be carried out more optimally.

Abstract

Computer computer-based information systems at an institution are often built in stages and separately. Data integration between subsystems is not well connected. The results in differences in the data structures or the number of records between one subsystem and another so that the data presented is not aligned. This study aims to design and implement a RESTful Web Service so that other information subsystems can use employee data from the Management Information System. The four stages in this research are observing the information system currently running, analyzing the data integration needs, designing and coding the RESTful Web Service API, implementing and testing the response time.
