In imperfect information problems, board game is a class of special problem that differs from card games like poker. Several characters make it a valuable test bed for opponent modeling, which is one of the most difficult problems in artificial intelligence decision systems. In card games, opponent modeling has proved its importance on improving agents’ strength. In this paper, a method of building opponent models in imperfect information board games is introduced systematically. Formalized evaluation method of arrangement strength in board game in proposed. Risk dominance is suggest as the classified criterion of building opponent models and basing that, classified primary probability tables are built as opponent models. Last, Siguo game is chosen as the application for opponent modeling and shows its advantages in the experiments. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i3.4113

This article for the printed circuit board (PCB) CNC drilling machine dynamic character and rigidity analysis of Z-axis, With ADAMS motion simulation of the Z-axis program, come to the bit offset of the rig during the drilling process in the X-axis and Y-axis direction, and then use the quadratic elements of the completed prototype data test, the measured data and simulation data compare validation to identify the impact of the motion parameters of accuracy of ultra-high-speed electric spindle drilling. Using ANSYS on the overall structure (in particular, the structure of Z-axis) to optimize the structure analysis, the optimal structural parameters. This article both specific theoretical analysis, but also the experimental verification, through theoretical analysis and experimental validation of the Z-axis structure play an important role to improve the ultra-high-speed electric spindle dynamic accuracy and rigidity in the drilling process. In the paper two PWM control strategies of multilevel flying capacitor inverter is proposed. The study starts with a presentation of the Flying capacitor inverter and the two PWM control strategies (SPWM and Suboptimal PWM). Than a section which presents a brief recall of the triangular multicarrier PWM and the sinusoidal multicarrier PWM. A comparison between the two PWM control strategies based on the simulation results is made. The subjects of comparison are the root mean square rms of the output voltage and the total harmonic distortion THD. The obtained results have proved that the Suboptimal PWM is better than the SPWM. Simulations are carried out by PSIM program.

E-commerce is an emerging and convergence of numerous main information technologies in business practices. E-commerce is an online website where the sale or buys of merchandise ordered electronically. It gives a simple approach to sell items to customers. In the applications suffers payments issues; for example, electronic transactions utilizing Visas or debit cards, net banking, PayPal or different tokens have more consistency problems and are at expanded hazard from being focused than different sites as they suffer more outcomes if there is information loss or modification. An Enhanced High-Speed Key Transmission (EHSKT) Technique is proposed for secure and efficient payment transactions and avoids fraud activity. The proposed system works based UUID (Universally Unique Identifier) to generate a unique id for payment transactions. Proposed system generates Unique id have a combination of number, alphabets, & special character to avoid fraud users. The proposed design reduces the encryption, decryption time and key complexity. Based on Experimental evaluations, proposed methodology reduces 4.73 AD (Average Delay), 23.91 EC (Energy Consumption), 0.95 ET (Encryption Time), 0.85 DT (Decryption Time) and improves 59.8% (Throughput) compared than existing methodologies.

In order to ensure safety work of marine equipment, this paper introduces a kind of sink-float safety device which can match with marine equipment to realize protection work, and a fuzzy controller set up by fuzzy control algorithm. The data of the control system is collected by multi-sensor and filtered through the filter circuit. Under a 5 grade sea condition, the marine sink-float safety device can carry marine equipment, escaping from the harsh marine environment by diving to a certain depth. The simulation in MATLAB/Simulink shows that the control system could response fast and operate stably. Furthermore, it is able to control sink-float safety device efficiently and reach to the preset depth accurately. So we can guarantee the operation of marine equipment reasonably.

In order to digitally control the bonding force of a wire bonder precisely, this paper uses a DC solenoid as a force source, and by controlling the solenoid’s current, which causes the electromagnetic force, we can control the bonding force that capillary applies. The bonding force control system in this paper is composed of PC (Personal Computer) and hypogyny MCU (Micro Controller Unit), which communicate using a RS485 interface. The digital value of a given bonding force is given by the PC to the MCU. By comparing the sampling current of the solenoid, and through PID regulation, D/A converter of the digital potentiometer and the solenoid driver circuit, the half-closed loop control system of bonding force is accomplished. Tuning of the PID parameters is accomplished with fuzzy adaptive control theory and simulated by Matlab simulink. The control system is tested by comparing the desired bonding force and the force actually applied and examming the relationship between bonding quality and bonding force. Transportation is one of the main part of our daily life especially in Dhaka City where traffic jam, security, harassment of fare and other problems are big issue at conventional vehicle. A couple of year ago since 2016 the online maintain vehicle has introduced by “Pathao” and “Ubar” both have car and motor cycle ride share. The main purpose of this paper is to focus the facilities of IT on transport basis of security, transparent cash-on-delivery, hassle-free communication, reduce waiting time for the passenger and the impact of IT on Bangladesh economy.

the increased usage of smart phones has led to increase usage an internet based application services. These application requires different quality of service (QoS) and bandwidth requirement. WiMAX is an efficient network to provision high bandwidth connectivity and coverage to end user. To meet QoS requirement the exiting model used adaptive model selection scheme. However, these model induce bandwidth wastage as it does not considers any feedback information for scheduling. This work present an Adaptive Uplink Scheduling (AUS) by optimizing MAC layer using Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm (MOGA). The MAC scheduler use feedback information from both physical layer and application layer. Further, to meet QoS requirement of application and utilize bandwidth efficiently this paper presented an adaptive modulation selection scheme based on user application requirement using MOGA. Our model provides application level based QoS provisioning for WiMAX network. Experiment are conducted to evaluate performance of AUS over exiting model. The overall result attained shows AUS model attain good performance in term of throughput, successful packet transmission and packet collision.

Cassava is one of the main foods consumed by Indonesian people and main ingredients to make tapioca flour. In North Sumatera there is factory that produced tapioca flour to fulfill consumer demand. To be able to meet the needs of consumers and seize market share, the product must have a good quality. Product specifications are a reference for product quality and measured with 7 parameters. The seven parameters include whiteness, moisture content, spotness, ash content, thinness, residual screen, pH flour, which meets the Indonesian National Standard. In this research we use two parameters (whiteness and spotness) to determine the quality of cassava and help the factory to maintain their product quality. In here we use blob and edge detection method in image processing to detect spot and after that classified the cassava by using an ID3 algorithm.

The allocation of radio resources is one of the most critical functions performed by the Radio Resource Management (RRM) mechanisms in the downlink Long Term Evolution – Advanced (LTE-Advanced). Packet scheduling concerns itself with allocation of these radio resources in an intelligent manner such that system throughput/capacity can be maximized whilst the required multimedia Quality of Service (QoS) is met. Majority of the previous studies of packet scheduling algorithms for LTE-Advanced did not take the effect of channel impairments into account. However, in real world the channel impairments cannot be obliterated completely and have a direct impact on the packet scheduling performance. As such, this work studies the impact of channel impairments on packet scheduling performance in a practical downlink LTE-Advanced. The simulation results obtained demonstrate the efficacy of RM2 scheduling algorithm over other scheduling algorithms in maximizing the system capacity and is more robust on the effect of the cellular channel impairments.
