The background of this research is that there are still teachers who show low performance. The problems that have been identified include teacher honorarium allowances. Therefore the aim of this study was to determine the effect of teacher honorarium allowances on improving teacher performance at the Al Amanah Islamic Education Foundation, Cibinong, Bogor. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed Teacher honorarium allowances (variable X) have a significant contribution and have a very high effect and the direction of a positive relationship to the variable increasing teacher performance at the Al Amanah Education Foundation, Cibinong, Bogor is 74.5% and 25.5% increase in teacher performance is influenced by other factors.

This research aims at how changes in people's habits during the Covid-19 pandemic in Kp. Segog, considering there are changes in habits that occur in society at this time. So that people are advised to wear masks, wash their hands and keep their distance and maintain a clean lifestyle. In this study, researchers tried to find steps in a clean lifestyle and inhibiting factors from changing habits in the kp community. Segog. The method used is a case study through interviews using a list of questions. Respondents for this study were people in Kp. Segog. The hope of this researcher can provide inspiration for the community, or for researchers and readers in general. As an additional reference that is used by the wider community. This study aims to find out how the role of parents in children's education in the Covid-19 era, explain the various barriers to online learning, and explain the various efforts of parents to overcome obstacles to online learning at home, given the importance of children's education in the Covid-19 era. produced a generation of ulil albab in the village of Sukajadi rt 03. In this study, the researcher tried to find out what roles parents had to play, the obstacles and also the efforts that needed to be made in the online learning process in the village of Sukajadi rt 03. Hope this research provides inspiration for other parents, or for researchers and readers in general, as an additional reference that is used by the wider community.

Home study led to a disintegration of the covid-19 spreading chain. In applying home learning systems, parents play a vital role in the student learning process during the current long-range learning system. So with home learning, it is the parents who become educators at home in place of teachers. This research aims to identify what can be problematic for parents in educating children during the covid-19 pandemic. The study involves a qualitative method that offers research interviews, observation and documentation. Among the problems of parents in educating children in the time of the covid-19, children are often in a changed mood, children are less disciplined, children are bored at home, parents need additional quotas to develop the activities of BDR, of course there is much work to be done in developing good communication to develop a good mood for children especially to carry out remote lessons, Guiding and providing motivation for children to be more disciplined, educating children, varying and innovative indoor activities so that they do not get bored quickly.

This is article aims to find out what methods are taken by teacher in teaching children during the Covid Pandemic 19. The method used in the case study is trough interviews, by interviewing R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, and R6. The results show that the learning method taken is DARING ( Method in the Network ) through social media which is widely used whatsapp by sending material through Audio, Visual, and Audio Visual. In particular the assessment taken not only from the values of assignments given by the teacher board, even the assessment of character can also be seen its development. Such as when taking daily tests students are prohibited from cheating both with books and mobile phones. Indirectly the role of parents also helped the council of teachers to assist the course of learning during the covid pandemic 19. In general the role of parents who appear is as a guide, educator, guardian, developer, and supervisor. Cooperation is needed between the two parties so that there are no misunderstanding in distance learning during the covid pandemic 19. Keyword :

The research was in the background by viewing the fact on the ground that many students are often bored and students tend to passively listen to the teacher's descriptions because the less attractive lesson material transmission and the lack of communication between teacher and student in the lesson, resulting in a lack of student's learning motivation. With that background, researchers are intrigued to examine whether the creativity of a teacher in Islam is affecting students' learning motivation. The research was conducted in Junior High School YPN Bojonggede Bogor. The population is 103 students while the sample is 35 students. The study implemented correlation methods with research instruments using angkets for the creativity of the islamic religious education teacher and student learning motivation. Data was analyzed using product moment correlation techniques. Research shows r calculated= 0.47 > r table= 0.344. Thus Ha is accepted and Ho rejected which means there is an influence in the creativity of teachers of Islam's education on students' learning motivation. So is the significance test with t test show t count 3.0590 > t table 2.0301. This means the influence of the creativity of the islamic religious education teacher on student learning motivation is a significant influence, while the contribution of the creativity of the islamic religious education teacher on the student's learning motivation is shown by KD (Coefficient of Determination) as 22.09%.

This study aims to determine learning with image media to improve early childhood social skills in class B in Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Albadariyah, Cimanggu 2 Village, Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency. The research uses varied and interesting image media so that it can motivate children's interest. This type of research is collaborative classroom action research using Kurt Lewin's model. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were nine children of Group B RA Albadariyah. While the object of this research is the application of image media to improve children's social skills. Technique of data collection uses observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive techniques and quantitative approaches. The indicator of success in this study is when the average social ability of children through picture media has reached 80%. The results of this study indicate an increase in children's social skills through image media. This is evidenced by an increase in the average social ability of children in pre-action by 55.5%, increasing to 63.8% in Cycle I, and reaching 94.4% in Cycle II.

Career planning is something that concerns the future in the long term. It must be planned in advance; to plan where someone wants to go and what he wants to achieve.The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of symbolic modeling techniques in the development of student career planning; to choose further studies that suit their interests and talents. The type of the research is qualitative research with observation, interview, and documentation methods. The research subjects were 5 students. This research was carried out based on the phenomenon at SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya, where there were students who were still confused about choosing further studies according to their interests and talents. The results showed that after being given symbolic modeling with videos, students experienced changes such as: (1) Students were able to understand their strengths and weaknesses in certain fields; (2) Students begin to be able to plan careers after graduating from school; (3) Students were able to prepare options for the next level of study. From these data the researchers concluded that symbolic modeling was effective in helping students at SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya in planning their careers.

Dalam perspektif Islam, dunia bukanlah tujuan akhir dari perjalanan hidup manusia. Karena itulah dunia ini tidaklah kekal, karena akan selalu ada kematian sebagai akhir dari kehidupan di dunia ini. Akan tetapi, dunia adalah ladang untuk kehidupan yang abadi dan kekal, yaitu di akhirat kelak. Visi seorang muslim adalah akhirat, yakni menjadikan dunia sebagai ladang amal terbaik untuk kebahagiaan di akhirat kelak. Begitulah Allah menegaskan, waladdârul âkhiroti khoirun lakaminal ûlâ, bahwa kampung akhirat itu bagimu lebih bik dari kehidupan yang pertama (dunia). Inilah paradigma yang harus kita tanamkan secara bertahap. bahwa tujuan pendidikan Islam sesuai dengan konsep siklus kehidupan dunia dan akhirat. Sehingga pendidikan Islam tidak hanya bertujuan mencetak manusia yang berilmu, tetapi juga beriman dan berakhlak. Pendidikan Islam tidak hanya mempersiapkan manusia untuk mampu mengarungi kehidupan dunia, tapi juga menyiapkan untuk kehidupan akhirat kelak.
