Abstract

The capital market always pays more attention to investment stakeholders, so the research aims to find strategies that can be applied when volatility occurs in the capital market. This research uses the literature review method to investigate appropriate strategies for dealing with volatility through a systematic approach by collecting, reviewing and synthesizing several relevant previous studies. With a focus on managing funds in storing assets through investment in the capital market. Highlighting the latest strategies, the results obtained through the Literature Review show the effectiveness of using strategies based on investment objectives and managing funds in accordance with the risk profile of each investor. Thus, this article provides insight for investors to make the right decisions in facing challenges and opportunities to deal with volatility in the capital market.

Abstract

Dengan kemajuan teknologi dan informasi yang pesat membuat Masyarakat untuk selalu berhubungan dengan dunia yang modern terutama pada internet. Digitalisasi menjadi gaya hidup masyarakat di era yang modern ini. Pemanfaatan teknologi digitalisasi ini banyak digunakan oleh para pelaku usaha terutama pada pelaku Usaha Kecil dan Menengah atau (UMKM). Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang ketat, para pelaku UMKM harus memiliki metode pemasaran yang mengikuti perkembangan di era modern ini. Salah satu bentuk pemasaran yang mengikuti era modern ini adalah jual beli menggunakan internet atau nama lainnya yaitu E-Commerce. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemasaran produk UMKM khususnya di bidang kuliner dalam platform E-Commerce di Tanjung Priok. Metode wawancara sebagai metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini dengan analisis kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan pemasaran menggunakan E-Commerce dapat meningkatkan hasil pendapatan dari pelaku UMKM dan produk yang dijualkan akan mudah diketahui oleh konsumen. Penggunaan E-Commerce ini akan dapat menghemat pengeluaran biaya untuk promosi dan meningkatkan transaksi penjualan. Pemasaran menggunakan E-Commerce ini yang akhirnya dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM Nasi Bebek Ayam Penyet di Tanjung Priok.

Abstract

BSI KCP Samatiga merupakan bank syariah yang masih berkembang dari segi kualitas produk maupun dari segi layanannya. Berdasarkan informasi yang didapatkan peneliti dari hasil observasi lapangan, masih banyak keluhan dari nasabah yang merasa kurang puas dengan layanan yang diberikan oleh Bank BSI terutama dalam hal atribut produk islami maupun pelayanannya. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk islami dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank BSI KCP Samatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Variabel yang digunakan adalah atribut produk islami (X1), kualitas layanan (X2), dan kepuasan nasabah (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan atribut produk islami berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,014 lebih kecil dari 0,05. 2. Kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dan 3. Atribut produk islami dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

Technopreneurship is something that really needs to be mastered in this day and age, this research aims to find out the comparison between various summarized journals which discuss Technopreneurship Teaching Material Development material in the Research Question (RQ). The method used in this research is System Literature Review (SLR), which works by taking several scientific articles that match the criteria for the research topic being studied. Articles were taken via Google Scholar between the publication years 2019-2024, where four scientific articles were obtained that were relevant to the research topic discussed. Then the four scientific articles were explained and method mapping was carried out, where the explanation was for RQ1, the methods used included: Qualitative Descriptive, Research and Development, Class Action Method and Research and Development Method, then for RQ2 the explanation was very influential because teaching materials were a supporting factor. in making it easier to understand entrepreneurship material.

Abstract

Value Added Tax (VAT) revenue is one of the significant sources of government income. VAT plays a crucial role in supporting the country’s financial sustainability and financing various development programs. It is a consumption tax levied on the value added at each stage of production and distribution of goods and services. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on VAT revenue in Indonesia from 1992 to 2022. The study was conducted in Indonesia using observation methods on the websites of the Central Statistics Agency and Bank Indonesia, along with literature review and documentation. A saturated sample was used, covering 31 years of time series data. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 26, including classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The partial results indicate that inflation has a negative and insignificant effect on VAT revenue. However, on the other hand, GDP significantly influences VAT revenue. This is due to increased productivity of goods and services in the economy, as well as an increase in the number of taxable objects (goods and services subject to taxation), leading to higher VAT revenue. Simultaneously, both inflation and GDP have a significant impact on VAT revenue.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived supervisor support, perceived coworker support, and perceived organizational support on job stress of employees of PT Mandiri Jogja Internasional. This study uses quantitative research methods and primary data in this study were taken using a questionnaire obtained by census on 68 respondents. In obtaining this research sample using classical assumption test tools and multiple linear regression analysis. The tests in the classical assumption test include normality test, muticolonierity test, and heteroscedasticity test while the multiple regression test includes the t-test. The results of this study indicate that perceived supervisor support has a negative and significant effect on employee work stress. There is a positive and significant influence of the perceived coworker support variable on employee work stress. Likewise, there is also a negative and significant effect of the variable perceived organizational support on employee work stress.

Abstract

North Sumatra is one of the provinces in Indonesia that has significant investment potential. There are numerous factors that deeply influence investment within the region. One vital component in driving the economic growth of a country is investment, which is crucial for increasing employment opportunities and income for the residents of North Sumatra Province. However, in recent years, the investment level in North Sumatra has experienced fluctuations. One suspected root cause of these fluctuations is the inflation rate and exchange rate. The research methodology employed in this study involves collecting data on inflation and exchange rates occurring in North Sumatra Province over a specified period. Subsequently, the data will be quantitatively analyzed using multiple linear regression method with the assistance of statistical data processing tool Eviews 9, yielding an R-squared value of 0.83. In other words, the inflation and exchange rate variables contribute 83% to the investment level in North Sumatra Province, with an additional 17% of variance not accounted for in this study. The research findings indicate that the exchange rate has a positive and significant impact, while inflation has a negative and significant impact on investment in North Sumatra Province during the period from 2001 to 2022. Abstract

High performance can be obtained by improving quality labor. The quality of the workforce can be seen from increased engagement work, increased job satisfaction, decreased stress, decreased number work accidents and the number of employee absences. The company prioritizes the welfare of employees so that they remain good servants to customers. The more employees who have high performance, the company's overall productivity will increase so that the company will be able to survive in global competition. Employees are also required to be able to complete the tasks within their responsibilities effectively and efficiently. Employee performance can also be measured through customer satisfaction and reducing the number of customer complaints and achieving optimal targets. This research aims to find out how much influence member welfare has on employee performance at PT.INDAH LOGISTIK CARGO, Pematangsiantar City, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was quantitative with a sample size of 41 employees. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, it shows that simultaneously member welfare and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.INDAH LOGISTIK CARGO, Pematangsiantar City. Judging from the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is stated that the welfare of members greatly influences employee performance. This can be seen from the partial or individual influence, and the smaller influence on employee performance

Abstract

The marketing aspect is one of the problems experienced by UMKM in Indonesia.Therefore, this research aims to find out how marketing strategies are implemented in increasing sales of Rumah Dodol Lembang and also the external and internal factors of Rumah Dodol Lembang. This research is descriptive qualitative research using primary and secondary data. Techniques for collecting data using interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that Rumah Dodol Lembang is a quality product that is different from other products, the price is set in accordance with the quality of the product, the distribution place is easy to reach, and the promotions are carried out online and in person. In terms of advantages (internal), it has quality products, products that are different from others, and already has Halal certification. In terms of product weakness, Rumah Dodol Lembang is that production is still relatively small. In terms of opportunities (external), Rumah Dodol Lembang products have competition that does not yet exist with similar products. The threats are the increase in raw material prices and the scarcity of bamboo packaging. Implementing a good marketing strategies Rumah Dodol Lembang can increase sales by up 20% / year.

Abstract

In this era of rapid technological development, it places demands on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to be able to provide innovation and creativity with the aim of creating competitiveness in the businesses they run. This article will provide critical research through the SWOT analysis process along with marketing and competitive strategies for Thai Tea Ce Es MSMEs as a case study. This research will focus on the sales analysis of Thai Tea Ce Es using SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Thai Tea Ce Es MSMEs. Apart from that, this research also uses marketing and competitive strategies to improve brand reputation, take advantage of market growth, build relationships with customers, and design a structured business plan. This research was conducted using descriptive research with a qualitative approach as well as observation methods and in-depth interviews with the owner of Thai Tea Ce Es. By implementing marketing and competition strategies assisted by SWOT analysis on business, it will certainly have a positive impact because it can increase competitiveness and also create business resilience for Thai Tea Ce Es MSMEs in facing market changes that continue to develop.
