Digital start-ups have grown rapidly in Indonesia which reached 1.190 total start-ups according to the MIKTI start-up mapping in 2021. However, this growth aligns differently with the success rate since 95% of the start-ups fail. The high failure rate of start-ups indicates that the risk faced by a start-up is high. Therefore, many companies implement risk management because it can help maintain its risk and protect its value. Concerning that issue, the researcher wants to know the level of risk management awareness and implementation in start-up company. To answer that question, the researchers conducted quantitative research and collected the data using non-probability and purposive sampling techniques. The number of respondents is 51, which are CEO/Founder of Digital Start-up in Indonesia. The data collection used an online questionnaire with a close-ended question with three parts: respondent demographic, risk management awareness variable, and risk management implementation variable. The method analysis used is a descriptive to get an overview about risk management awareness level and the implementation. This research shows that the risk management awareness level of digital start-up CEO/Founders is high, but the risk implementation still needs to be fully implemented. Knowing the factors that influence Gen Z's interest in investing in sharia is important to answer Gen Z's concerns about financial problems in the future. The increase in Sharia shares is an opportunity for varied and promising investment choices in the future, especially supported by the characteristics of Gen Z who are easy to learn new things and are familiar with the internet and the applications offered. This study aims to find out what factors influence Gen Z's interest in sharia investing. Obtained as many as 95 samples online. The data was processed using SPSS 26 with the results of Adjusted R2 of 0.412 and the results of the t test which concluded that the results of H1 and H3 were accepted, and H2 was rejected. The training variable has a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and a coefficient of 0.067 the Knowledge variable has a sig value of 0.039 <0.05 and a coefficient of 0.136. So it can be concluded that in order to increase the interest of Gen Z, it is necessary to conduct training and increase knowledge about sharia investment, so that Gen Z who will be the next generation of the nation can feel financial freedom.

This study aims to identify the factors that influence the absorption of female workers in the formal sector, the factors that affect the absorption of female workers are used as independent variables while the absorption of female workers is the dependent variable. This research attempts to look at the effect of education, working hours, and the status of married women on the absorption of female workers in the formal sector from ten urban districts in the province of West Nusa Tenggara from 2019-2021. This study uses secondary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of West Nusa Tenggara province. The analytical tool used is panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results of this study are education has a positive and significant effect on the absorption of female workers in the formal sector of 0.3240401 units, the working hours variable has a positive but not significant effect of 0.0057071 units, while the status of married women has a negative effect on the absorption of female workers in the formal sector of 6.59833 units

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada korelasi antara pekerja PT Generali Life Insurance Indonesia dan faktor-faktor seperti beban kerja, remunerasi, dan disiplin kerja. Teknik kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan asosiatif digunakan selama penelitian. Penggunaan survei dan kuesioner memungkinkan pengumpulan data yang diperlukan. Peserta dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja PT., Generali, dan ada sebanyak 178 peserta secara keseluruhan. Populasi penelitian digunakan sebagai sumber sampel, dan ada total seratus orang yang menanggapi survei tersebut. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk melakukan analisis pada data. Dengan nilai p sebesar 0,012, temuan menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas karyawan berpengaruh secara positif oleh tekanan terhadap produktifitas karyawan. P-value sebesar 0,022 menunjukkan bahwa jumlah tenaga kerja yang dilakukan oleh karyawan mampu mempengaruhi produktivitas. P-value untuk hubungan antara kompensasi dan produktivitas karyawan adalah 0,000, sedangkan p-value untuk hubungan antara disiplin kerja dan produktivitas karyawan adalah 0,764.

This study aims to determine the effect of ratings and online customer reviews purchasing decisions online on Marketplace , a case study on Al-Washliyah Labuhanbatu University students. The method used is a quantitative method. The sample used was 79 respondents who had used the Shopee application to shop online. The technique used is non-probability sampling by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination. The partial test results show that the Rating variable (X1) and the Online Customer Review (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable (Y). The t value2.066 the variable X1 and the t value for thecount variable X2 is 3.915 while the ttable 1.992 (tis > ttable). The simultaneous test results show that variable X1 and variable X2 have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable (Y). The fcount value is 17.992 and the ftable (fcount > ftable). The test results for the coefficient of determination show that the R Square value is 0.667, meaning that all X variables contribute 66.7% to Y. While the remaining 33.3% is explained by other factors outside of this study. Keywords: Rating, Online Customer Review, Purchase Intention.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on (1) the effect of liquidity on tax aggressiveness and (2) the effect of profitability on tax aggressiveness. The object of this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019 – 2021. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study was 189 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2021. The research sample consisted of 24 manufacturing companies. Sampling technique is to use purposive sampling technique. The Data used in the form of secondary data from the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Hypothesis testing of this study using multiple linear analysis method with liquidity and profitability as independent variables, and tax aggressiveness as the dependent variable. Data processing with the help of SPSS application version 24 for windows. The results showed that liquidity has no significant negative influence on tax aggressiveness, but profitability has a significant positive influence on tax aggressiveness.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor harga, pemasaran, dan kualitas produk—yang mempengaruhi pilihan konsumen dalam membeli smartphone Oppo. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang tidak memasukkan probabilitas, dan sampelnya berjumlah seratus orang. Informasi yang terkumpul dilakukan melalui serangkaian uji statistik antara lain Uji Instrumen Penelitian, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Hipotesis, dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi yang kesemuanya dilakukan dengan Paket Statistik Sosial Program komputer Sciences (SPSS) versi 25.0. Menurut temuan investigasi yang dilakukan untuk tujuan penelitian ini, (1) Keputusan pembelian yang berkaitan dengan Smartphone Oppo dipengaruhi oleh Harga. (2) Promosi tidak berdampak pada pilihan konsumen untuk membeli smartphone Oppo. (3) kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap pilihan konsumen untuk membeli Smartphone Oppo.

At the moment, Indonesia is developing and implementing renewable energy. This can be seen from the establishment of several new renewable energy generator programs in Indonesia, such as the geothermal power plant program in Garut and the floating solar power plant in Purwakarta. The Indonesian government has pledged to achieve a 23% renewable energy generation group by 2025. To make this possible, all parties, including the government, business actors, and the community, must cooperate. As a result, the purpose of this research is to identify the factors that influence household consumers' intentions to use rooftop solar panels in Bandung. This study employed a questionnaire method that was distributed online in order to collect data from 132 participants. Findings of this case study, by using TPB as a conceptual framework, it has been able to explain the determinant factors of the intentions of households in Bandung. Informative advertisements and reviews from trusted public figures/influencers can increase the intention of households to use rooftop solar panels.

The emergence of covid-19 in 2019 until the present days indirectly changed the lifestyle of people in Indonesia. As a result of the covid-19, it changed people's consumption patterns. People more choose fast and easy save food. Therefore, they can still stay at home to fear the covid-19. One of the examples of fast food is frozen food. The advantages of frozen food were easy to cooking, saving, and durable. The aims of this research is to analyze the effect of brand image, store image, and location to products purchase loyalty in Prima Freshmart retail market as the company of PT Charoend Pokphand. The researcher used quantitative approach. The data analysis technique of this research used simple regression analysis. This research used purposive sampling with the consumers of Prima Freshmart Sengon Store who have been buying the product more than twice, it got 100 respondents. The results of this research showed that brand image and location of the store has significant effect on product purchase loyalty, while store image has no significant effect.

The recent increase in the price of fuel oil has had an impact on society. In addition to people's anger, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) were also affected, causing an increase. The price of fuel oil (BBM) is a determinant of prices for other commodities. So, if the price of fuel oil (BBM) rises, the price increase will be followed by price increases in other sectors as well. This study aims to determine the impact of rising prices for fuel oil (BBM) on nine basic commodities (sembako) in Cilimus District. The data used in this study is to distribute questionnaires to traders and employees who are willing to fill in the Cilimus traditional market. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The results of the study show that the impact of rising prices for fuel oil (BBM) on nine basic commodities (Sembako) is seen from several indicators and respondents' responses including: a negative impact with a percentage of 100% it can be concluded that the increase in fuel prices (BBM) has a negative impact on nine basic commodities (sembako) in Cilimus sub-district.
