Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja tenaga honorer pada Kantor Balai Wilayah Sungai Sulawesi III. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dapat dikelompokkan ke dalam descriptive causal yang bertujuan menjelaskan pengaruh hubungan/kausal di antara variabel penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Honorer di Kantor Balai Wilayah Sungai Sulawesi III yang berjumlah 80 orang. Seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh (sensus). Artinya dengan teknik tersebut maka seluruh populasi dijadikan responden penelitian yaitu sebanyak 80 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui beberapa tahap yang dimulai dari observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan regresi linier beganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai honorer pada Kantor Balai Wilayah Sungai Sulawesi III, dengan besar pengaruhnya 56,1%.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the importance of human resource management in an organization in the covid 19 era. The method in this study uses research methods. From the explanation, it can be said that the importance of HR management in organizations in the COVID-19 era, namely human resource management, has three functions, namely operational functions, managerial functions, and functions to realize organizational goals in an integrated manner. The human resources department acts as a mediator between the organization, employees, and employers. To be able to prosper for both parties, they must carry out their functions as well as possible. The HR strategy that has been carried out during the pandemic and new normal uses three ways, namely running remote work, managing employee productivity, and upskilling for digital. One of the procedures used in developing the knowledge and skills of employees is training. While development is an educational process. Termination of employment is the last and unavoidable option from the impact of the covid 19 pandemic. Planning will provide effective and efficient results by following good HR planning in organizational goals.

Abstract

A growing local epidemic that has caused a health crisis and disrupted economic growth, especially in Indonesia, the spread of COVID-19 has created a sudden and sharp drop in revenue for companies in many industries, one of which is the property sector, which has been severely affected, causing consumers and investors delay or wait for the situation to improve to make purchases in the property sector. The research objective is to examine the effect of capital structure (debt to equity ratio) and profitability (ratio on equity) on firm value (price earning ratio). The population consists of 65 companies, a sample of 14 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using panel data regression analysis using the documentation method. The test results are obtained from software eviews 12. The results of the study are that the capital structure (DER) has a positive and significant effect on firm value. , profitability (ROE) has a negative and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of the liquidity ratio and profitability ratio baset on the cash ratio variable, loan to deposit ratio, how the condition of the profitability ratio basedon the gross profit margn variable, retuen on equity ratio at PT Bank Danamon indonesia, Tbk during 2011-2020. The type of research used in this research is descriptive reseach using a quantitative approach, the data used in this study was obtained from the annual report published by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, TBK during the years 2011-2020. Data collection techniques used are documentation study techniques, data analysis techniques used are liquidity ratio analysis, profitability ratio. The reults of this study show that financial performance conditions based on liquidity ratio (cash ratio and loan to deposito ratio) show very good conditions, profitability ratio (gross profit margin and return on equity ratio) show good conditions.

Abstract

Covid -19 has forced all industries to adapt in order to survive, especially in the retail industry. The retail industry can adapt if they do knowledge sharing so that all employees have the same knowledge. Retail need to provide a system that can help distribute knowledge to all employees. This system needs to be supported by technological advances to accelerate the process of distributing this knowledge. This explanatory type of research aims to determine the relationship and influence of information technology infrastructure (ITI) variables on knowledge sharing interest (KSI) variables in the Indonesian retail industry. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample of 173 respondents. The results showed that ITI and KSI had a strong relationship, namely 0.690 and an R-square value of 0.476, which means that ITI has a positive and significant effect on KSI.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of inflation, company size, debt to equity ratio and total asset turnover on the financial performance. The population of this study is the IDX Quality30 Index which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously inflation, company size, debt to equity ratio and total asset turnover affect the financial performance. Partially, this study show total asset turnover has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance. Company size and debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant effect on the financial performance while inflation has no significant effect on the financial performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa UPN Veteran Jawa Timur, Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa UPN Veteran Jawa Timur angkatan 2017 berjumlah 1.132 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 119 orang yang dihitung menggunakan teknik perkalian jumlah indikator, Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis quota sampling atau disebut juga teknik sampling berjatah dengan pendekatan Least Square (PLS), hasil penelitian bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap minat berwirausaha dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of internet package prices on the decision to purchase a prepaid sympathy card. (2) To determine the effect of internet package product quality on the decision to purchase a prepaid sympathy card. The sample used in this study were students and students of the Management Study Program, Sjakhyakirti University, Palembang. As for the number of respondents as many as 154 respondents, the data was obtained through a questionnaire while the method used in this method sampling was the incidental sampling. The analytical method used is a quantitative method. The analysis technique used in analysis Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS version 3. The results of testing the hypothesis show that the variables: (1) the price variable has a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable, as indicated by the t-count value is 2.703, then 2.703 >1 .97 This indicates that the t count is greater than the t table, then with a p value of 0.007, it is found that 0.007 <0.05. (2) The product quality variable has a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable, as indicated by the t-count value is 5.644, then 5.644>1.97. This indicates that the t-count is greater than t-table, with a p value of 0.000, then 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze The effect of social media promotion on Facebook and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Wilda Collection Store Rantauprapat partially and simultaneously. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 96 respondents using nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach with the criteria of visitors aged 18 years and over, visiting at least once, and active users of social media. The data analysis method used is the validity and rehability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis test through t-test and f-test, and determination coefficient test. Tests are carried out using SPSS assistance. The results showed that promotion using social media had a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. subsequent results show that word of mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The more often social media marketing is done, the higher the consumer's intention to buy. Keyword: Social Media Marketing, Word of Mounth, Purchase Intention, Purchase.
