The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of incentives and work stress on employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic.The present study was carried out in PTPN IV KEBON TANAH RAJA. The sample in this study consisted of 51 employees.Data was collected using a questionnaire in accordance with the indicators of each variable used. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The results show that incentives and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic.The results of the t-test indicate that incentives and job stress have a significant effect on employee performance. The incentive factor has a more dominant effect on employee performance compared to job stress.

Collaboration is working together, especially to combine ideas. This follows the definition of collaboration, namely, as a network or distribution of information, resources, activities, and organizational capabilities in two or more sectors to achieve goals that cannot be achieved if working alone. This type of research is qualitative research with an analytical-descriptive approach. Collaborative planning between the village government and the community regarding the empowerment of MSMEs originating from the Cimarias Village Fund Allocation and funds from investors. The data collected comes from the results of interviews and observations consisting of primary data and secondary data. From the research results, it can be seen that the development of MSMEs carried out by the Cimarias village government consists of several things, namely: 1) Training for MSME actors; 2) Exhibition of agricultural products; 3) Provision of capital in the form of equipment, and 4) issuance of business regulatory licenses; and 5) Providing capital for small business actors.

The objective of the research was to examine analyze the influence of financial performance ( Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operating Cost against Operating Income (BOPO) to Return On Asset (ROA)) in Banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is using Explanatory Research which Quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling in which banking companies were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017-2019. In which for the 3 years observations period. The population observed is 10 banking companies with the samples are 30. The analysis was by using, multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that simultaneously, financial performance ( Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operating Cost against Operating Income (BOPO) influenced Return On Asset (ROA). But partially, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) is not significant effect on Return On Asset (ROA). with the samples are 30. The analysis was by using, multiple linear regression analysis. This research focuses on designing an integrator platform called OperBisnis. This research attempts to answer questions about what kind of facilities are needed to support the collaboration between MSMEs and other parties. The method used was a descriptive approach. The results of the formation of OperBisnis show several benefits that can connect various parties such as banking institutions, mentors, investors, business incubators and accelerators, and others and form the function of education to funding.

The bank is a financial institution whose function is to collect funds from the public. Commercial banks are also institutions that function to facilitate the flow of payment traffic. Every commercial bank must maintain the soundness of its bank to compete and provide full service to customers. The strength of the bank can be seen from the financial performance of the bank. Financial performance is one of the basic assessments of the company's financial condition that can be done based on an analysis of the company's financial ratios. The company's financial performance can be assessed through various variables. The financial performance of the banking sector, which is published through financial ratios, is grouped into liquidity ratios (LDR), solvency ratios (CAR and Leverage), operational efficiency (BOPO). The independent variables in this study are BOPO, LDR, and leverage. The dependent variable is financial performance. This study aims to examine the effect of Operational Efficiency (BOPO), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Leverage on Return on Assets (ROA) as a proxy for Financial Performance. The research population is all banking companies listed in the Bursa Effect Indonesia (BEI). The research object was all banking companies listed in the Bursa Effect Indonesia (BEI) in 2010-2014. Sample selection was made by purposive sampling. The analytical method used in this study was to perform quantitative analysis, expressed by numbers calculated using statistical methods assisted by computer technology, namely SPSS 20. The data analysis method used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. In performing multiple linear regression analysis, this method requires testing the classical assumptions to get good regression results. The hypothesis testing uses the individual parameter significance test (t statistical) and the determinant coefficient test (R2). The results showed that the BOPO, LDR, and Leverage. Variables significant effect on ROA as well.

This study aims to determine the effect of health risk tendencies and the focus of prevention on travel intentions on the history of comorbid individuals in the city of Padang during the COVID-19 pandemic with xenophobia as a moderating variable. The sample of this study was all comorbid individuals in the city of Padang using purposive sampling technique. The research data processing was carried out using the SmartPLS3 test tool. The results showed that health risk propensity had a positive and significant effect on travel intentions, the focus of prevention had no significant effect on travel intentions. Xenophobia as a moderating effect with a tendency to health risks and a focus on prevention also did not significantly affect the intention to travel.

This study aims to examine the effect of transactional leadership style and job satisfaction on employee performance, as well as the mediating contribution of organizational commitment, by using a total sampling technique of 50 employees, then the data analyzed by assisting of SPSS V 26, Mc. Excel, and PLS software 3.3. We found that transactional leadership has a negative but not significant on employee performance, negative and significant on commitment, while job satisfaction has a positive and significant on employee performance and commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant on employee performance. Transactional leadership on employee performance through commitment has a significant negative effect, while job satisfaction on employee performance through commitment has a positive and significant with the total mediation both effects categorized partial mediation.

Sumbawa Regency is a district in the Province of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Indonesia, where there are lots of local products, one of which is Semongkat Brand Gallon drinking water. Taken from natural springs from the mountains of Semongkat Tourism Village, Sumbawa Besar. The Objective is to significantly determine the effect of variables between brands and prices to the consumer’s decision in doing repurchased gallons of Semongkat mineral water in Sumbawa Regency. To find out which variables have the most significant influence on consumer decisions in repurchasing gallons of mineral water from the Semongkat brand in Sumbawa Regency, the type of research used is the associative one, which is a form of research aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. This research builds a theory that can function to explain, predict and control a symptom. The population in this study are buyers (housewives) who make the decision to repurchase Semongkat brand mineral water products with the choice of gallon water. The sampling technique used was quota sampling technique based on certain considerations from the researcher (Djarwanto et.all, 1993:119) . For the number of population p is not known with certainty. The number of samples to be studied is 30 people. The variables of this research are the brand (X 1 ), the price is (X 2 ) and the purchase decision is (Y) and therefore, data collection method used should be the method of random sampling, While the data collection technique should use a questionnaire. The analytical tools used in this research are Multiple Linear Regression Test and Statistical Test. The findings of this study are partial and simultaneous findings. There is an influence between the variables brand, price, on the decision to purchase gallon water from the Semongkat brand in Sumbawa Regency .

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, knowledge of tax regulations and tax counseling on e-commerce transaction tax payment compliance.The population in this study are e-commerce actors in the fashion sector who operate on Instagram social media accounts and are domiciled in Surabaya. The analytical model used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. This analysis model was chosen because this study was designed to examine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Based on the results of the analyis and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: Taxpayer awareness partially has a negative and insignificant effect on compliance with paying taxes by e-commerce actors. Knowledge of tax regulations partially has a significant positive effect on compliance with paying taxes by e-commerce actors. Tax counseling partially has a positive and insignificant effect on compliance with paying taxes for e-commerce actors.

This study aims to analyse 1) Does price have a positive effect on Tokopedia customer satisfaction?, 2) Does service quality have a positive effect on Tokopedia customer satisfaction?, 3) Does trust have a positive effect on Tokopedia customer satisfaction? In searching the data, questionnaires were used and distributed to Tokopedia e-commerce users, where respondents were domiciled in Greater Jakarta, especially in Jakarta and Tangerang. The sampling method of this research is purposive sampling, which the number of samples is 164 people. In this study, the data analysis method used was PLS-SEM. This study shows that service quality and trust have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, while price does not have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The results of this study can be a contribution to the Tokopedia company to maximize customer satisfaction from Tokopedia and also to develop strategies to increase Tokopedia customer satisfaction.
