Abstract

Environmental changes and global warming are also being felt in the tourism industry. The success of the tourism industry is highly dependent on the demand for tourism. International tourism is recognized as very vulnerable to crises or disasters. The main issues in this research are whether Green HRM is a predictor of environmental performance and whether the citizenship behavior of environmental organizations of employees acts as a mediator in the ecotourism industry in Bali, Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that affect environmental performance in the ecotourism industry in Bali, Indonesia. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a cross sectional and non-experimental approach. The research design is also descriptive and explanatory in nature because it does not only focus on the current condition of green HRM but also explains the relationship between variables, namely Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z) GHRM (X). The results of the study show that Green HRM is able to increase the OCB of employees in the Ecotourism Industry in Bali Indonesia. Green HRM has a positive and insignificant effect on Environmental Performance and Employee OCB has a positive and significant effect on Environmental Performance. Employee OCB is able to mediate the effect of Green HRM positively and significantly on environmental performance and the formation of environmental performance is more dominantly influenced by employee OCB.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, leadership style, Leader-Member Exchange, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on performance. This research was conducted at the Kendari Police Traffic Unit Police. The population used was 82 members of the Kendari Police Traffic Unit. Data collection is done through interviews. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression techniques. The analysis results show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, and leadership style has a positive but not significant impact on performance. It shows how leadership style is not related or not substantial to the version of members of the Kendari Police Traffic Unit. It is associated with the performance of members of the Kendari Police Traffic Unit, who need authoritarian support and cannot be involved in the decision-making process. Positive and significant compensation variables on performance. It shows that reasonable and proper assistance needs to be given to members of the Kendari Police Traffic Unit Police, and the need for employees will increase significantly. Leader-Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior affects performance

Abstract

The North Halmahera Regency Government has the responsibility to create the best and most competitive tourist attractions and creative businesses. Miti Island is an unregulated tourist destination and developed as a luxury product. This study proposes two problem formulations. First, what is the potential of the Miti Island Tourism Center that can be developed and developed in northern Halmahera Regency, and second, what is the strategy for developing the Miti Island Tourism Center for seawater tourism. Data collection used interviews and observations to obtain information. It is then processed and classified as component 4A. The purpose of this analysis is to identify tourism resources and development plans for Miti Island as a marine tourism product, as well as make recommendations that can have a positive impact on the health and economy of the people of Miti Island. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of this study identify the tourism potential of Miti Island as a 4A component. This provides tourists with convenient location, accessibility and additional services. The development strategy that can be used for marine tourism on Miti Island is as follows. Abstract

The Dukuh Penaban Traditional Village community initiated the construction of the Dukuh Penaban Lontar Library Museum in Karangasem Regency, Bali, to collect, store, preserve, and present the local community’s lontar works and empower the community at large. The goal of this study is to explain how the Dukuh Penaban Lontar Library Museum is being developed, promoted, and made to attract more tourists. Descriptive qualitative research was used for this project. This writing draws on interviews, observations, and documentation for its data. A plan for the growth and promotion of the Dukuh Penaban Lontar Library Museum has been developed as a result of this writing, which includes the following: Special interests are used to package products for tourist attractions; online media are used to promote them; homestays, restaurants, international-standard public restrooms, and souvenir shops are developed; directions are added; and human resources training is provided.

Abstract

This research will examine fwhat factors attract tourists to carry out marine tourism activities in the Sanur Tourism Area. Using a qualitative approach, which in this study also intends to understand the phenomenon that actually occurs in increasing tourist visits with marketing strategies in Sanur. Selection of informants is based on position, knowledge possessed and data obtained from sources by describing phenomena related to the topic. In research using purposive sampling method. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on the profitability of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The financial ratios used in this study are Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), as well as Return on Assets (ROA). With Time series data for the period 2018/1-2022/4. The method the researchers used was the quantitative method, using the NPF, FDR, and BOPO variables through the Classical Assumptions Test, Multiple Linear Regression, t-test, F-test, and R2-test. The data taken is secondary data from the financial statements of Bank Syariah Indonesia which are published by www.bankbsi.co.id to test the validity of the data. The results of the study showed that NPF and BOPO had a significant negative effect on ROA and FDR had a significant positive effect on ROA. Therefore, to increase the profit of Bank Syariah Indonesia, it is necessary to increase financing (increase FDR) with low risk (low NPF) and bank efficiency (lower BOPO).

Abstract

Revisit Intention in service industry especially in a tourism related business is considered as the catalyst of growth. During the COVID-19 pandemic, a lot of restaurants and other food and beverage service-related business experiencing a decrease in visitation. This research was conducted to identifying factors that might influence revisit intention to Mangkokku, a restaurant specializing selling rice bowl with Indonesian twist. Generation Z was chosen as the subject as their number keep growing. Five hypotheses were proposed with five independent variables, food quality, service quality, atmospherics, other customers and perceived value. Online questionnaires were distributed to 170 respondents and data analysis was carried out with IBM SPSS 25. The instrument was valid and reliable, but the partial hypothesis test had a very distinctive result. Perceived value was the only independent variable able to influence revisit intention to Mangkokku significantly. Future research must consider other factors and using a longitudinal data series for a more representative result. Restaurant owner must consider the unique value and view of Generation Z as they are the future of the service industry.

Abstract

The development of information technology, especially the internet, provides convenience in all fields, including in the field of marketing, which is known as digital marketing. That is a way of marketing by utilizing social media. By utilizing digital marketing, companies can maximize their promotions without being burdened with large costs and a lot of time, because they can reach a wider audience. This is of course very much needed by Agatis products as new products that are not very well known by the public. Utilization of SWOT analysis is also very much needed because it can analyze the internal factors and external factors of a product in its ability to dominate the market. From this study it was found that there was an effect of digital marketing on increasing sales of Agatis products, it's just that this effect is still small so that in the future it needs special attention to be developed.

Abstract

Organizations can achieve success through their resources, especially human resources. Therefore, employees become the driving force in making a real contribution to the success of the organization on an ongoing basis. Of course, only employees with optimal performance can achieve this success. However, to maximize employee performance, there must be a strategy to improve it, among others by creating employee organizational commitment. This study aims to find out how this strategy improves employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Bintang Samudra Utama Merak Banten Indonesia with a population of 76 employees while the sample used by the author, namely all the population was drawn into the sample with the Total / Saturated sampling technique. The PLS-SEM approach was used in this study. The results of this study indicate that intrinsic motivation, work discipline, and organizational commitment can be a driver in strategies to improve employee performance, either directly or indirectly optimally through organizational commitment. To be able to improve employee performance, it is necessary to improve intrinsic motivation and work discipline both directly and through organizational commitment.

Abstract

An organization can only be successful with the help of its resources, especially its employees. Therefore, employees are the driving force that truly contributes to the sustainable success of the organization. Of course, this success can only be achieved with optimally performing employees. However, to maximize employee performance, strategies are needed to improve it, specifically to create an organizational culture on the part of employees so that it has an impact on performance. This research aims to identify how such strategies can improve employee performance. The method approach that the author uses is descriptive quantitative with associative. This research uses PLS-SEM based methodology. The population and sample in this study were marketing employees of PT Surya Madistrindo Serang Banten Indonesia totaling 151 respondents, all populations were drawn into the sample with saturated / total sample techniques. The results showed that work discipline, organizational culture, and extrinsic motivation can be optimized directly or indirectly through extrinsic motivation. To be able to improve employee performance can be done by improving work discipline and organizational culture directly or through extrinsic motivation.
