Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of food quality, service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on Top Yammie's restaurant behavioral intention. The analytical method used by the authors in conducting this research is to use quantitative research with a total sample of 100 people who are respondents who are people who eat at Top Yammie restaurants. In carrying out the data collection is done by distributing questionnaires in which there are several items of statement. in this study the variables are divided into several parts including food quality (X1), service quality (X2) to customer satisfaction (Y), and behavioral intention (Z). To measure the amount of influence on these variables, the authors use the path analysis method (path analysis). From the results of the analysis it was found that there was a significant influence both partially and simultaneously on food quality variables, service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on Top Yammie's restaurant behavioral intentions

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the sale of paper and printing machines which will increase greatly in paper demand is increasing every year. therefore the employee's performance is an important factor in increasing the sales of the company so that it can compete with other competitors. To maintain the necessary motivation employee performance so employees can work maximal.This purpose of study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, communication on the motivation and impact on employee performance PT. XYZ. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. XYZ, Tangerang Cipondoh many as 43 people. The analysis technique used is the path analysis (path analysis) .Data obtained from questionnaires distributed to all employees PT. XYZ totaling 43 people to measure transformational leadership style, communication on the motivation and performance of employees by using a Likert scale. From the analysis of the data obtained showed that the Transformational leadership style, communication to motivation and significant influence simultaneously on employee performance.

Abstract

Millennial generation economy behavior is very different from previous generations. Both generation X or even further generations. Generations before millennial save money for the future. While the millennial generation save money for certain purposes. Savings are more short term. So it's easier to spend money on savings and tend not to be ready for future savings. Millennials often spend money beyond their capabilities, the more limited the goods, the more 'stylish' they feel if they can upload it to social media.This study wants to find out whether the purchase decision will then be followed by a repurchase decision on products that are classified as not cheap to satisfy the lifestyle of the generation. The analytical method that researchers use is multiple regression. The purpose of this study is to see whether there is an influence of price fairness on the repurchase intention of high end make up and skin care millennial generation?The results revealed that price fairness had a significant effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

Education is an important factor in the development and progress of a nation. The development of the current education sector is marked by the many businesses that are engaged in the field of educational support services (Private Tutoring Institutions). This study aims to find out how the influence of tutor competency, course price level and learning achievement on customer loyalty through satisfaction in the Private Tutoring Institution “Master Privat”. The object of the study was the students and parents of Master Private’ students as many as 100 respondents. The method of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires. Then the data is analyzed using Path Analysis techniques with software Lisrel version 8.80 and SPSS version 22. The results showed that tutors' competency, price and learning achievement, each had a partial and significant direct effect on satisfaction. Tutor competency, price and learning achievement have a simultaneous effect on satisfaction. And the final result is the competence of the tutor, price and learning achievement influence on customer loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable

Abstract

COVID-19 has caused many significant impacts on various businesses in Indonesia. This pandemic was first announced by government on March 2020 and as the result, Indonesia Composite Index moved toward down trend. To investigate this matter, this result applied event study and non-parametric test (Wilcoxon Signed Test) on observed IHSG from December 2019 to March 2020. The result confirmed that indeed after announcement, IHSG significantly decreased and loss almost 50% from initial value in December 2019. This research also suggests that this event cannot consider as Black Swan event because IHSG moved gradually decrease since February 2020. This research also offers some contingency plan and risk management concept to overcome this pandemic crisis.

Abstract

Coffee Industry has been grown since 1980. Recently coffee industry entered 3rd wave coffee generation which elaborate more on the taste of the coffee. Most of 3rd wave coffee products focus on user experience on unique flavor of the coffee beans. Coffee has become a craft beverage and life style for the consumer. Base on this new trend then new concept of coffee café are growing in 2015. Many business owner and young generation start their coffee café business base on the following trend. In Indonesia, there are a lot of coffee café that offer 3rd wave product along with 2nd wave coffee products. Based on financial approach, NPV and payback period are the most common methods to address business feasibilities in long run. However, what is usually miss by financial method is entrepreneurial spirit and also several “factors” that cannot be expressed in numerical value. This research has a goal to applied financial theory in real world study. The result from thisresearch is only forecasting based on untested assumption and still lack of accuracyand open for further improvement.

Abstract

The need for cell phone use can be said to be a necessity that cannot be avoided anymore in this day and age, both its use in communicating in business needs, personal needs to social relations with others. The importance of maintaining customer loyalty is very significant to the survival of a company, to maintain customer loyalty many variables that can influence it. This study examines the effect of service quality, customer satisfaction, perceived switching cost on customer loyalty of "X" mobile operator users at a university in West Jakarta. In this research, it was founded that was a positive and significant effect service quality, customer satisfaction, perceived switching cost on customer loyalty of "X" mobile operator users at a university in West Jakarta.

Abstract

COVID-19 caused many significant impacts on various businesses in Indonesia. This outbreak was first announced by the government in early March in 2020 and as a result online transportation companies also have the impact of a decrease in services due to the outbreak. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image gojek on consumer loyalty when the covid 19 effect takes place. The analytical method used by the author in conducting this research is to use quantitative research with a population of 150 respondents which is a community that lives in Karawaci, Tangerang. In carrying out the data collection is done by distributing questionnaires in which there are several items of statement. in this study the variables are divided into several parts including Brand Image (X) and Consumer Loyalty (Y) as the dependent variable. To measure the magnitude of the effect on these variables, the authors use the linear regression analysis method. From the results of the analysis it was found that there is a significant and simultaneous influence on the brand image of the object of consumer loyalty

Abstract

A dynamic business environment that includes entrepreneurs must adapt in order to gain competitive advantage. One thing that must be considered is the entrepreneurial orientation and innovative capacity to increase competitive advantage in companies engaged in the creative industry. The method used is by distributing questionnaires to 30 entrepreneurs who run creative industries in the fashion sector in Tanah Abang Market in order to be sampled. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation and innovative capacity directly and positive influence the company's competitive advantage.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is determine the factors that influence user intentions on gopay and determine the factors that most influence user intentions on gopay. This research was conducted on 50 respondents in Tangerang and Jakarta who have experience using the gopay application. User intention factors that will be carried out in the research include Applicable, Flexible, Controllable, Effectiveness, Usefulness, Benefits, Compatibility, Recommendation, Reuse Intention, and Pay More. With the factor analysis test, a group of factors is formed which is the TAM factor. Using ranking values from factor analysis can identify the factors that most influence the use of gopay.
