Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan elemen utama dari sebuah organisasi. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan peningkatan kinerja yang baik dalam sebuah organisasi, salah satu cara yang dapat ditempuh pihak adalah dengan melakukan pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Secara pragmatis, program pelatihan dan pengembangan memiliki pengaruh positif baik bagi individu maupun organisasi. Analisis kebutuhan pelatihan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang perlu dilakukan secara sistematis untuk menemukan adanya kesenjangan antara pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap seseorang yang dibutuhkan oleh organisasi yang dapat ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan. Analisis kebutuhan perilaku ini nantinya akan membantu organisasi dalam menggunakan sumber daya secara efektif dan mencegah kegiatan pelatihan yang tidak perlu.

Abstract

Iklan merupakan salah satu bentuk penyampaian informasi mengenai barang atau jasa dari pelaku usaha kepada konsumen, informasi di dalam iklan dapat dipergunakan sebagai panduan bagi konsumen dalam memilih dan membeli barang dan jasa dengan tepat. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran iklan yang dilakukan Gojek terhadap perilaku konsumen yang ada di kota Tangerang. Dalam pengambilan data pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan kuesioner yang mana diberikan kepada responden yang berada di kota Tangerang dengan jaminan kerahasiaan, anonimitas dan kenyamanan yang menggunakan skala Likert yang dibagikan kepada 100 responden. Dalam melakukan pengambilan data terhadap penelitian ini penulis menyadari bahwa responden dalam penelitian ini belum tentu bisa memahami kalimat-kalimat yang konkirt yang ada dalam kuesioner oleh karena itu, maka penulis juga bertindak sebagai guide. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa elemen periklanan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pembelian konsumen adalah manfaat produk yang merupakan manfaat yang diperoleh konsumen dengan menggunakan produk tersebut sehingga dapat menarik perhatian konsumen, menarik minat konsumen, menimbulkan keinginan terhadap produk dan pada akhirnya membuat konsumen memutuskan untuk membeli produk tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to explain the effect of electronic money on inflation and how much influence it has on the Indonesian economy. In this study the authors used a quantitative approach. The variables used are inflation, electronic money, exchange rate, money supply (M1), and BI interest rate. Result: The previous money supply (LQMprev) and the interest rate (BI Rate) were the main factors affecting inflation. In this result, e-money and exchange rates are not the main components driving inflation. Based on SPPS processing using regression, e-money and exchange rates do not have a significant effect on inflation in Indonesia, but LQMprev has a significant effect on inflation. From the results of this study it is still too early to analyze the effect of e-money on inflation because it is still relatively new in Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of technology and information plays an important role in economic development. Advances in technology and information continue to encourage economic development, especially in business activities. The type of business that is currently being favored by the community is the culinary business by opening a restaurant business. The high level of community activity and demands for speed and time efficiency make the restaurant business considered a big opportunity at this time. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of go-food, grabfood and shopeefood applications in increasing consumer loyalty to restaurant business owners in the city of Tangerang. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and different tests that function to determine whether there are differences in consumer loyalty to restaurant business owners in the city of Tangerang after and before using the Go-food, Grabfood and Shopeefood applications. In accordance with what has been tested, it is found that the price, number of orders and length of operating hours simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty and it is found that there are differences in loyalty after and before using the Go-food, Grabfood and Shopeefood applications.

Abstract

Conflicts that occur in an organization can hinder achieving the desired goals, therefore conflicts need to be managed properly so that their impact can be minimized. This study aims to describe conflict within an organization, what factors cause conflict, approaches to conflict resolution, and the impact of conflict on organizational performance. The type of research used is a literature study. From the results of the research that the author did, namely (1) conflict can be interpreted with 3 meanings namely positive, neutral, and negative meanings, (2) the factors that cause conflict can come from external and internal factors of individual organizations. Internal factors can be personality differences, stress, decreased productivity and so on. While external factors can be in the form of communication problems, limited resources, sexual harassment, and so on, (3) the approach to dealing with conflict requires leadership skills. There are eight conflict handling approaches namely, deliberation, third party intervention, confrontation, bargaining (bargaining), compromise, mediation, conciliation and consultation, and increasing resources, and (4) an individual's performance can be hampered due to conflict, but Not all conflicts have a negative impact, conflict can have a positive impact if it can be managed properl

Abstract

Human resources are the main element of an organization. To meet the need for good performance improvement in an organization, one of the ways that can be taken is by conducting training and human resource development. Pragmatically, training and development programs have a positive influence on both individuals and organizations. Training needs analysis is an activity that needs to be carried out systematically to find any gaps between the knowledge, skills and attitudes of a person needed by the organization that can be improved through training. This behavioral needs analysis will later assist the organization in using resources effectively and prevent unnecessary training activities.

Abstract

The purpose of the research in this thesis is to analyze the influence of leadership style, job satisfaction and motivation on employee performance at XYZ restaurants. The analytical method used by the author in conducting this research is to use quantitative research with a population of 83 respondents who are XYZ restaurant employees. In carrying out the data collection, it was carried out by distributing questionnaires in which there were several statements. in this study the variables are divided into several parts including leadership style (X1), job satisfaction (X2) and motivation (X3) as independent variables, and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable. To measure the magnitude of the influence on these variables, the authors use the method of linear regression and multiple regression analysis. From the results of the analysis it was found that there were significant and simultaneous effects on the variables of leadership style, job satisfaction and motivation on employee performance at XYZ restaurants

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the factors that influence the loyalty of OVO users in Grab. The analytical method used by the author in conducting this research is to use quantitative research as many as 311 respondents who are OVO users in Grab. In conducting data collection, it was done by distributing questionnaires containing several statements. in this study the variables are divided into several parts including Consumer Satisfaction (X1), Price (X2) and Information Quality (X3) as independent variables, and Consumer Loyalty (Y) as the dependent variable. To measure the magnitude of the influence on these variables, the author uses the method of multiple regression analysis. From the results of the analysis it was found that there were significant and simultaneous effects on the variables of customer satisfaction, price and information quality, and consumer loyalty.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the sale of paper and printing machines which will increase greatly in paper demand is increasing every year. therefore the employee's performance is an important factor in increasing the sales of the company so that it can compete with other competitors. To maintain the necessary motivation employee performance so employees can work maximal.This purpose of study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, communication on the motivation and impact on employee performance PT. XYZ. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. XYZ, Tangerang Cipondoh many as 43 people. The analysis technique used is the path analysis (path analysis) .Data obtained from questionnaires distributed to all employees PT. XYZ totaling 43 people to measure transformational leadership style, communication on the motivation and performance of employees by using a Likert scale. From the analysis of the data obtained showed that the Transformational leadership style, communication to motivation and significant influence simultaneously on employee performance.

Abstract

COVID-19 caused many significant impacts on various businesses in Indonesia. This outbreak was first announced by the government in early March in 2020 and as a result online transportation companies also have the impact of a decrease in services due to the outbreak. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image gojek on consumer loyalty when the covid 19 effect takes place. The analytical method used by the author in conducting this research is to use quantitative research with a population of 150 respondents which is a community that lives in Karawaci, Tangerang. In carrying out the data collection is done by distributing questionnaires in which there are several items of statement. in this study the variables are divided into several parts including Brand Image (X) and Consumer Loyalty (Y) as the dependent variable. To measure the magnitude of the effect on these variables, the authors use the linear regression analysis method. From the results of the analysis it was found that there is a significant and simultaneous influence on the brand image of the object of consumer loyalty
