Abstract

Stunting is a health problem that is the focus of the government's health development program in 2015-2020 in addition to reducing maternal and under-five mortality rates, controlling infectious diseases and controlling non-communicable diseases. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of health education on balanced nutrition in preventing stunting in toddlers on mother's knowledge in the working area of ​​the Pagurawan Public Health Center in Batubara Regency in 2021. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a one-group pretest-posttest design approach. This research has been carried out from September 2021 to October 2021. Sampling using accidental sampling with a total sample of 48 mothers who have toddlers aged 1-5 years. The results showed that the results of the Paired Sample-Test test obtained a p-value of -0.001 < =0.05 then H0 was rejected, meaning that simultaneously there was the effect of Health Education on balanced nutrition in preventing stunting in toddlers on mother's knowledge in the work area of ​​the Pagurawan Public Health Center, Batubara Regency. year 2021. Suggestions in this study in the Working Area of ​​the Pagurawan Health Center in Batu Bara Regency play an active role in seeking information, especially for midwives in the Work Area of ​​the Pagurawan Health Center in Batu Bara so that mothers can gain knowledge about balanced nutrition in toddlers for stunting prevention. meaning that simultaneously there was the effect of Health Education on balanced nutrition in preventing stunting in toddlers on mother's knowledge in the work area of ​​the Pagurawan Public Health Center, Batubara Regency. year 2021. Abstract

Coronaavirus (Cov) is a family of viruses that causes various diseases, from the common cold to more serious illnesses. SARS CoV-2, the name of the virus that causes the disease known as COVID-19, is a new type of coronavirus, this virus has not been previously identified in humans. Corona viruses are zoonotic, which means they are transmitted from animals to humans. One way to reduce anxiety levels in Covid-19 patients is by providing knowledge. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and anxiety in covid-19 patients in the isolation room of Shafa Marwa Hospital of Haji Medan in 2021. This study used a descriptive correlation type with a cross sectional approach. The total population of the researchers was 70 people. The sampling technique was carried out by accidental sampling technique so that the sample size was 30 people. Power analysis used Spearman's Rho test. The results of the study using the Spearman`s Rho correlation test were obtained p = 0.000 <α 0.05. This shows that there is a relationship between knowledge and anxiety in covid-19 patients in the Shafa Marwa room of the Medan Hajj Hospital in 2021. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge and anxiety in Covid-19 patients in the Shafa Marwa room of the Medan Haji Hospital. It is hoped that nurses pay more attention to aspects of knowledge in Covid-19 patients to prevent anxiety in isolation rooms. Abstract

In the puerperium, there are usually wounds in the birth canal which are also called perineal wounds. Perineal wound healing if there is no infection will heal within 6-7 days. Based on the results of interviews, it was found that 7 out of 11 postpartum mothers had less knowledge about perineal care and wound healing took a long time. This research aimsJuan to find out the relationship between mother's knowledge about perineal wound care and Perineal wound healing belief in Limapuluh Village, Limapuluh Subdistrict in 2021. This research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach, data collection is carried out using a questionnaire, the research population is all postpartum mothers in the fifty sub-district fifty in July to September 2021, namely 47 mothers. The sampling technique in this study was carried out with a total sampling technique of the entire population as a sample. The results of the study found that from 47 respondents (100%) the majority of respondents' knowledge about perineal wound care was sufficient, namely 17 people (36.2%), fast wound healing as many as 29 people (61.7%). The results of the Chi-Square test (Pearson Chi-Square) at the 95% confidence level resulted in a P value of 0.000 (P <0.05) where H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. This shows that there is a statistically significant relationship between mother's knowledge about perineal wound care and perineal wound healing in Lima Puluh Village, Fifty District in 2021. There is a relationship between mother's knowledge about perineal wound care and perineal wound healing in Limapuluh Subdistrict, Lima Puluh Tahun 2021. Therefore, it is recommended for mothers to increase knowledge about proper perineal wound care.

Abstract

Primary dysmenorrhea is pain that arises from the first day of menstruation and will recover immediately after stabilizing the body's hormones. In addition to pharmacological therapy, one of which is to reduce dysminorrhea pain without drugs, namely by non-pharmacological therapy, one of which is Cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmanii), Cinnamon. (Cinnamomum burmanii) is a kind of spice-producing tree, the purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of Cinnamon Aromatherapy (Cinnamomum Burmanni) on Primary Dysmenorrhea Pain in Students at SMA Negeri 1 Air Batu in 2021. This study used a pre-experimental research type, one group pre and post test design, which involved one group of subjects, the population in this study were all female students of SMA Negeri 1 Air Batu class I with 28 female students, II 30 female students and III female students. 30, which has been collected as many as 80 students, the sample sample with the purposive sampling technique. So the number of samples in this study were 44 students, with the research technique using the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study have a significant effect of giving cinnamon aromatherapy (Cinnamomum Burmanni) on primary dysmenorrhea pain in students at SMA Negeri 1 Air Batu in 2021, with the value of statistical test results using the Wilcoxon test obtained p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). The conclusions in this study from these results prove that giving cinnamon aromatherapy (Cinnamomum Burmanni) can effectively reduce the level of primary dysmenorrhea pain in students at SMA Negeri 1 Air Batu in 2021, Suggestions for health education This study proves that cinnamon aromatherapy can reduce primary dysmenorrhea. Therefore, this research can provide information and the development of nursing science, especially the sexuality block of the benefits of cinnamon aromatherapy on primary dysmenorrhea.

Abstract

Breastfeeding gives a child the best start in his life. It is estimated that more than one million children die each year due to diarrhea, respiratory disease and other infections because they are not breastfed adequately. 2021 years. This study uses this type of research. The population in this study is mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months, namely as many as 25 babies at the Dalu Ten Health Center, Tanjung Morawa District in 2021, the total sample of the population. Data analysis used Wilcoxon test 95%. The results of this study are that there is breastfeeding for infants 0-6 months before breastfeeding counseling is given at the Dalu Ten Health Center, Tanjung Morawa District in 2021, the majority of mothers do not breastfeed their babies, the difference in breastfeeding for infants 0-6 months before and after breastfeeding counseling, with p value (0.005) < (0.05). The conclusion is that it can be concluded that these results prove that there is a significant effect of breastfeeding counseling on breastfeeding infants 0-6 months at the Dalu Ten Health Center Tanjung Morawa District in 2021. It is recommended that health workers further improve the quality of health services in providing breastfeeding counseling and improve regular understanding and information to the community in general about the importance of breastfeeding for infants 0-6 months.

Abstract

Population growth in Indonesia is a country with the fourth largest population in the world. According to the projections of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) there are many factors that influence mothers not to use implanted contraceptives, namely knowledge, IEC, husband's support, research objectives. This study uses a type of research using quantitative research. The population in this study are all women of EFA in the Lalang Village Health Center, Medan Sunggal District in 2021, as many as 54 people. The sample in this study is total sampling. Analysis of the data used Through the Chi-square test, conclusions are then drawn, if the P value <0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted. The results of the study, the knowledge factor was significantly related to the use of implants at the Lalang Village Health Center, Medan Sunggal District in 2021, with ap value = 0.026 (p < 0.05). The perception factor of children's values ​​was significantly related to the use of implants at the Lalang Village Health Center, Medan Sunggal District in 2021, with ap value = 0.005 (p <0.05). The husband's support factor was significantly related to the use of implants at the Lalang Village Health Center, Medan Sunggal District in 2021, with ap value = 0.007 (p <0.05). The KIE factor was significantly related to the use of implants at the Lalang Village Health Center, Medan Sunggal District in 2021, with ap value = 0.003 (p <0.05). The conclusion is that there are factors that have the most influence on the perception of children's values. Suggestions are expected from the results of this study to improve the midwife.

Abstract

School age (ages 5 to 14 years), is a period of rapid growth and development, increasing physical activity such as playing, exercising or helping parents at work. Good nutritional intake in terms of quantity and quality is needed so that children's growth and development can be optimal. The diet of school-age children tends to be high in snacks and low in fruits and vegetables. The purpose of the study was to determine the Effect of Nutrition Education on Knowledge and Practice of Bringing a Balanced Menu to Elementary School Children in Gonting, Huristak District Padang Lawas Regency in 2021. This type of research is Quasy Experiment with a pre-experimental design with One Group Pretest Posttest design, the population in this study is all elementary school children in grades V and VI as many as 123 people, the sampling technique is purposive sampling, data is taken using a questionnaire and analyzed by paired test t-test The results of the study were that the majority of elementary school children lacked knowledge of 17 people (56.6%), after being given health education about nutrition, 18 people (60.0%), paired t-test results were given p = 0.002 (<0.005), while before given health education, elementary school children still rarely brought rice as many as 20 people (66.6%) and after it was done it increased to often bring rice as many as 24 people (80.0%) the results of the paired t-test test were p = 0.000 (<0.005). Abstract

During parturition, mothers experience many physical changes such as the abdominal wall becomes loose, the vaginal opening becomes loose and the pelvic floor muscles become loose. At the time of delivery, the mother may experience perineal laceration. Perineal laceration is a tear that occurs in the perineum during labor. Postpartum gymnastics is very good for mothers after giving birth, exercises that are applied during the postpartum period are Kegel exercises. Kegel exercises are exercises to strengthen the pelvic muscles, this exercise can be done immediately after giving birth to speed up and recovery of perineal wounds. This study aims to determine the relationship between Kegel exercises and perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers at PMB Dince Safrina Pekanbaru in 2021. The type of research conducted is quantitative with approach cross sectional study. Sampling in this study used a non-random sampling technique by purposive sampling. The population in this study isare postpartum mothers at PMB Dince Syafrina as many as 38 mothers giving birth. Analysis usedare univariate and bivariate. The results showed that there was a relationship between Kegel exercises and perineal wound healing in postpartum women. Abstract

Diabetic cataracts appear as a result of diabetes mellitus. A person's likelihood of developing cataracts is 25 times higher for people with diabetes mellitus compared to healthy people. Diabetic cataracts are caused by changes in the pathway of sorbitol in the lens of the eye. This change in trajectory will then injure the osmotic cells to cause an image of opacity in the lens of the eye. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of diabetic cataract patients who were at the Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital Padang in 2018-2019. The population of this study were cataract patients who had a history of type 2 diabetes mellitus at the Islamic Hospital Siti Rahmah Padang in 2018-2019. Meanwhile, the sample used was 37 people. Univariate analysis is shown in the form of a frequency distribution table. The results of this study found that the most characteristic of cataract patients were the age group 56-65 years as many as 16 people (43.2%), female sex as many as 22 people (59.5%), blood glucose levels when <300 mg/dl as many as 22 people (59.5%), and had suffered from diabetes mellitus for >5 years as many as 20 people (54.1%). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the highest age is 56-65 years, the most gender is female, the highest blood glucose level is <300 mg/dl, and the duration of diabetes mellitus is <5 years

Abstract

Anemia is a state of decreased hemoglobin, hematocrit and red blood cell counts below normal values. Anemia occurs as a result of a deficiency of one or several essential food elements that can affect the emergence of these deficiencies. Around 54% of adolescent girls in the world experience anemia, while in Indonesia the prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls in 2015 was 28%. Data from the Madrasah Aliyah Public Health Center of Tembilahan Hulu in 2017 were 59 incidents. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors related to the incidence of anemia among adolescent girls in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Tembilahan Hulu in 2019. The research method was quantitative analytic with a cross sectional research design. The respondents were all female adolescent students in grades X and XI, the study was conducted in July 2019 The sample in this study were all teenage girls students in grades X and XI totaling 82 respondents. The sampling technique was random sampling with the proportional sampling method. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test, the measuring instrument used is a questionnaire and computerized data processing (SPSS). The results showed that there was a relationship between eating habits (p value 0.010), POR value = 3.638 (1.455-9.095), nutritional status (p value 0.009), POR value = 3.692 (1.477-9.231), menstrual pattern (p value 0.000), POR value = 20,667 (6.615-64,566), knowledge (p value 0.021), POR value = 3,235 (1,284-8,154). It is recommended to health workers, especially the Tembilahan Hulu Public Health Center, to check and give Fe tablets more often to adolescents at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Tembilahan Hulu and provide information and socialize about anemia so that Madrasah Aliyah Negeri schools make more efforts to improve health.
