Community Service (PKM) is an integral part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which in its implementation is inseparable from the other two dharmas, and involves all academic community members: lecturers, students, education staff and alumni. Through PKM the academic community can be present in the midst of the community. Seeing the location of the campus which is not far from the location of Serpakan Parakan South Tangerang, it has become an obligation for Pamulang University (Unpam) to participate in helping various problems faced by the community both near and far. The use of air conditioning machines for the home is not an exclusive thing, but it is almost the general public to use a cooling machine for convenience. Therefore the engine cooling system maintenance becomes an important thing. PKM with the title: "Counseling Household Split Air Conditioning Care" To Warag Communities in Parakan RT 009 / RW09 Pondok Benda Pamulang Tangerang Selatan - Banten "in general went smoothly and in an orderly manner. The visitors were enthusiastic in listening to the explanations and demonstrations given. The enthusiasm of the visitors continued when the questions and answers surrounding the demonstration. This PKM activity was considered effective because the level of visitor interest was quite high in the engine maintenance system.Keywords: counseling, engine cooling, maintenance

This community service activity aims to transfer knowledge on how to maximize operationalization and become a member of the media. Open stalls and Online Business Training in order to increase sales of products and services offered by utilizing open stall applications. The method used is in the form of presentation of material in the form of presentation theory and practice to become a member and market the product. The method of activity used is in collaboration with Karang Taruna and looking for problems in the place so that it can provide the right solution in motivating members who are business people in Karang Taruna. After the analysis, we provide training in the form of materials and practices that aim to develop the ability to increase marketing via bukalapak media (online) for members of Karang Taruna Lingkungan The results of the activity showed that prior to the implementation of the PKM, the members of Karang Taruna Lingkungan were not familiar with the terms related to product marketing via online media, but after the implementation of the activities the Karang Karanguna can understand the basics of operating and becoming a member of the media. Open simple stalls. PKM activities play a positive role in increasing the knowledge and skills of participants in creating an Online Business account.Keywords: PKM, Online Business, Open Stalls

Learning is the main activity in the education process at school. Learning is a conscious effort to change attitudes and behavior. Motivation is needed in an effort to achieve behavioral change. Motivation is one of the factors that drives students to want to learn. Learning motivation can support to be intrinsic motivation (motivations of circumstances that come from within the students themselves that can encourage them to take action to learn) and extrinsic motivation (conditions that come from outside the individual students who encourage them to carry out learning activities). One effort to provide motivation with a more diverse delivery method for students of SMA Muhammadiyah 8 Ciputat with the Motivation Seminar method where the resource persons will help provide material briefings and discussions with students about good and effective learning processes in order to improve quality and achievement. One of reason, we choose SMA Muhammadiyah 8 in Ciputat accordance to contribute growth with the vision, mission and goals of the school.Key word : Learning, Motivation, Time Management

Family financial management (financial planning and control) is another shape of financial management application. Knowledge of financial management is not only required for the enterprises, but also important to apply for others forms such as family, household or individual (as employee). Not only companies that absolutely must manage their finances well, each individual must also be adept at managing his finances so that income and expenses can run in a balanced manner. Lack of knowledge about financial planning is a serious problem for Indonesian at this time, even most people do not manage their finance properly. So that why mostly the families do not have an emergency fund for emergency purposes. An established family is the dream of the whole family, but to achieve financial stability is not easy, because not all families have a large income. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Cirebon Batik has a significant role in the development of the National Economy. MSMEs Batik Cirebon is a growing and developing economy based among the people who has the potential to be upgraded the backbone of the country's economy, because batik is one of Indonesia's proud garment products. Cirebon Batik MSMEs has experienced financial problems including financial management. Education is one way to make MSMEs aware of the importance of financial management. Based on the National Survey of Indonesian Financial Literacy conducted in 2013, it is known that the level of financial literacy of Indonesian people which is classified as well literate is only 21.8% sufficient literate is 75.69% less literate is 2.06% and non-literate is 0.14 %. The main purpose of the National Financial Literacy Strategy is to realize Indonesian people who have a high level of financial literacy so that people can choose and utilize financial products and services to improve welfare. Based on this phenomenon, given the importance of financial literacy for the community especially for students, it is necessary to hold a community service related to financial literacy among students at Al Mubarak High School. The method used is an interactive seminar or education in the field of finance to students in order to manage finances intelligently, so that the low knowledge of the financial industry can be overcome and not easily fooled into investment products that offer high returns in the short term without considering the risks. The results of this dedication activity are that students become more educated with regard to financial literacy and the use of financial institution products and services, which begin with interactive seminars and continue with directed discussions between presenters and students consisting of 69 AL Mubarak high school students, as well as introduction to products and services from financial institutions. The importance of financial literacy for students is expected to make individuals wiser and smarter in managing their assets so that they can provide benefits in supporting individual finances both in the short and long term.Keywords: financial literacy, financial institution, students

Village tourism is one of the community empowerment programs to maximize the potential of a village to improve the welfare of its people. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation, and study of documents. Community empowerment is done by optimizing the village tourism program to be a tourism commodity based on the local potential of the community so that the household economy of the local community can improve. Untung Jawa tourism village has provided a change for the community especially in increasing the knowledge and economy of the community. Therefore the community empowerment program in the Tourism Village can be used as a reference in other community empowerment activities. Continuous Development Improving the Quality of Human Resources in Facing Global Competition as a Tourism Area, Community-Based Economic Empowerment on Local Potential Against Household Economic Improvement. The development of community-based tourism objects or community based tourism is the concept of developing a tourist destination through the empowerment of local communities, where the community contributes to the planning, management, and voting in the form of decisions in its development. The booming production of bananas in Giriwaringin Village, Maleber District, Kuningan Regency gave an idea for some residents to use bananas. Lots of bananas, processed into delicious snacks that are sale of bananas. However, the sale of bananas produced still does not have good quality so they cannot compete in the market. This service is titled Development of Banana Jam Starter Entrepreneurship in Giriwaringin Village, Maleber District Kuningan Regency West Java The purpose of this community service is to Provide Entrepreneurship Development for Banana Jam Starter Products in GiriwaringinVillage, Maleber District, Kuningan, West Java Regency. The method of implementing this service is carried out in several activities, namely by involving many parties other than the residents of the village of Giriwaringin also involving parties from the subdistrict starting from the sub-district, and sub-district staff in the Maleber sub-district, Kuningan regency, West Java Province. The conclusion of community service (PKM) is that in general community service activities can be carried out well and received a warm welcome and support from the village of Giriwaringin in terms of place, infrastructure and accommodation facilities, as well as enthusiastic residents of Giriwaringinvillage to produce banana jam.Keywords: Entrepreneurship Development, Banana Jam Products

Pengabdian ini berjudul Menjadi Enterpreneur Muda yang Memiliki Jiwa Leadership Untuk Menghadapi Masa Depan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu mengelola peluang menjadi jiwa enterpenur muda, memberikan cara yang baik menjadi leader, membuka parakdigma anak-anak yatim piatu terhadapa keefektifan berkreativitas, meningkatkan hasil pertanian melalui koperasi yang sudah berbasis komputerisasi, memberikan semangat dan motivasi bagi anak-anak yatim-paiatu dalam menjalani kehidupan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dalam bentuk penyampaian materi enterpreneur dan leadership. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah peserta kurang mengerti apa itu enterpreneur dan leadership. Peserta juga belum mengetahui bagaimana menjadi enterpreneur dan jiwa leadership.Kata Kunci: Enterpreneur, Leadership

Kedaung areas, Pamulang, South Tangerang, Banten, have a majority of the population as an entrepreneur. This area around 3 hectares with the population almost 1500 people that consist of junior high school graduated reached 85% and the majority is women. People in this areas were ensnared by loan sharks which caused by a lack of knowledge about managing finance and how to access to financial institutions, in addition the people in the community lack of understanding and skill about administration and recording or book keeping and taxation matter (especially taxes for a small business or Small Medium Enterprise), the tax is embedded in the daily activity because every citizen has the rights and obligations of taxes in the form of participating in the national development and also NPWP or taxpayer identity number is a common requirement when citizens dealing with private agencies or government institutions (with bank institution, public servant institution, etc.) Therefore this Community Service Activities (called PKM) was conducted with the participants who as entrepreneurs or others who in the Kedaung areas, Pamulang, South Tangerang, Banten. The method used in the form of requesting and collecting information from societies about existing problems and then given presentation and explanation about finance management and banking institution knowledge with an in-depth understanding of the material on how to manage to finance, access to banking institution, recording and book keeping and taxation and continued with feedback in the form of questions or input from participants and followed up by the PKM team with giving in theory or implementation. Community Service activities produced an increase in knowledge for finances and access financial institutions/banking, administrative/financial records, and taxation. The Community Service activities were expected to provide inspiration and motivation for the lecturers/researchers who would carry out the same activities, the knowledge provided could benefit the community, academics, and families.Keywords: Finance, Bookkeeping, Taxation, Kedaung Areas, Community ServiceActivities
