Garbage is one of the complex problems faced by developing countries and developed countries in the world, including Indonesia. Waste problem is no longer just a matter of cleanliness and the environment, but has become a social problem that has the potential to cause conflict. Untung Java Island has an area of 40.10 ha, geographically the island of Untung Jawa is located close to the mainland of Tanjung Pasir and Greater Jakarta. As a tourist attraction, Untung Jawa Island cannot be separated from the problem of garbage or waste. Some garbage is on the coast. The method used to solve the problem of waste utilization is counseling method, discussion method and simulation method. The basic thing offered to help solve the problem is through the activities of fostering and mentoring the local community of Untung Jawa Island, which is packaged with the name of the activity of Utilizing Trash Can in Various Angles to Grow Environmental Awareness and Cleanliness. Of the 50 family heads in kelurahan fortunately in Java, most of the responses were positive with results that did not care for 4 people or 8%, it was normal for 18 people or 36%, Caring for 15 people or 30%, Very concerned for 13 people or 26%.Keywords: Waste, Waste Utilization, Counseling, Discussion, Simulation

This Community Service aims to add insight and develop youth creativity in managing the youth organization at hamlet 11, Pengasinan village, Bogor district which is business-oriented by utilizing assets in the surrounding environment. Besides providing insight to youth the importance of the activities of the control function of all activities related to the economy and business and encourage community leaders to take an active role in supporting the work program of Youth Organization. Community Service Activities carried out from 8 - 10 November 2019 were carried out using mentoring, counseling, practice and training methods to explain comprehensively from the management side of the optimization of financial and business activities. The results of the assistance and counseling in this Community Service activity were management experience and knowledge gained by youth participants of youth organization at hamlet 11, Pengasinan village, Bogor, West Java. That are 1. Optimization of assets for business, 2. Strategic role of the community, 3. Business concepts, 4. Production factors, 5. Business & entrepreneurship, 6. Identification of opportunities and risks. The participants were very enthusiastic and responded intelligently to the discussions. So that with the increasing understanding of Finance and Business, it is expected to be applied in carrying out business activities in the Youth Organization in the environment of hamlet 11, Pengasinan, Bogor, West Java.Keywords: The community services, Youth Organization, Optimization of financial and business

The provision of legal aid is one way to realize access to justice for the poor given by the state on the mandate of the constitution. Several regulations regarding legal aid have been issued by the state through the law and implementing regulations. The most explicit statutory provisions governing the provision of legal assistance are Law No. 16 of 2011 concerning Legal Aid. But the facts in the community, the regulations that have been made have not been effectively implemented so that the meaning of access to justice is biased. The ineffectiveness of the application of legal aid in Indonesia is an interesting legal issue to be followed up immediately to make effective the provision of legal aid in order to realize access to justice for the poor. Based on the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that was signed between the Faculty of Law at the University of Pamulang with the District of North Serpong, then as a follow up is the implementation of Community Service (PKM) in all sub-district in the Serpong Utara District, one of which is Lengkong Karya Sub-District. This is one form of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which is an obligation of the academic community of Pamulang University. Lack of socialization and access to information on free legal assistance for the poor among the increasing number of people who are in conflict with the law, either because they are victims, perpetrators, or witnesses of criminal cases, such as murder, theft, etc., or become parties to civil matters such as divorce, inheritance, land disputes, etc. So that this legal counseling activity is very urgent to do in order to guarantee the rights of the poor to legal assistance in accordance with the mandate of Law No. 16 of 2011 concerning Legal Aid. This journal is a mandatory output from PKM that has been conducted in accordance with PKM Edition XII guidelines. PKM activities have been carried out on 9-11 October 2019. Located in the Lengkong Karya Village Head Office, with staff members from the Lengkong Karya sub-district and other community groups, such as women who are administrators of Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK). There are two stages of the method of implementing PKM; First, the preparation stage which contains surveys and preparation of activity material; Second, the implementation phase is carried out using two methods, namely counseling and discussion.Key Words: Legal Aid, Access to justice

Effective learning can be achieved if the teacher is able to analyze the learning problem and solve it. One of the solutions to this problem is through research based on the creation of educational products. Based on the situation analysis, it was found that the teachers at Nurul Hidayah Foundation had not been maximized in conducting research that produced educational products as solutions to learning problems. This difficulty is felt because teachers still do not understand how to conduct research that produces educational products. This situation has an impact on the ineffectiveness of learning undertaken. Based on that, community service is carried out with the aim of providing socialization and mentoring to teachers in developing educational scientific products with elementary and junior high school teachers in the Nurul Hidayah Foundation. The activity was carried out using lecture, discussion and workshop methods. The results obtained are the teacher is able to understand and implement how to register problems, identify problems, determine problems, and determine the topic of research based on educational products.Keywords: educational scientific products, research paradigms, problem identification

This Community Service is titled Improving Insights and Motivation of Entrepreneurship for Students of SMK Nusa Bhakti, Pengasinan, Sawangan, Depok. The purpose of community service activities is to provide counseling and lectures and questions and answers on the importance of entrepreneurship and motivation to students in building strong human resources in preparation for competing in the world of work for students of Vocational High School (SMK) Nusa Bhakti, Pengasinan, Sawangan, Depok. This service activity method takes place from September to December 2019 and consists of three stages of activity. The first stage is the preparation phase by conducting a survey of partner locations, participant activities and preparation of material, the second stage is the implementation which includes giving lecture training material on motivation and entrepreneurship, making a business plan, calculating the cost of goods sold, and others. The third stage is the interalai evaluation to find out how much in the participants' understanding of the material provided, mentoring the trainees independently by going directly to the place of business of the trainees. The conclusion of this dedication activity is that the students of Nusa Bhakti Vocational School are enthusiastic in accepting new knowledge and actively conducting questions and answers on how to motivate themselves and increase entrepreneurial insight in entering the workforce.Keywords: Motivation, Entrepreneurship, Vocational High School (SMK)

The problem that occurs in the partners precisely the Benda Baru Pamulang community is the lack of waste utilization that cannot be managed creatively. Therefore through the recycling of waste (recycle) can provide economic value and use value as well as to reduce the volume of waste. This community service was held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, on 1, 2 and 3 September 2019, which took place at the Al Hidayah Ta'lim Assembly, Pamulang Regency RT. 005 Ex. New Object Kec. Pamulang Tangsel. This activity received a good response from the congregation of Al Hidayah Assembly Council Pamulang Regency Benda Baru Pamulang, South Tangerang. With this activity, the pilgrims from Al Hidayah Pamulang Regency Benda Baru were enthusiastic to use used goods to become more useful goods and have economic value.Keywords: Used Goods, Community Economy

An increasing number of populations, lifestyle changes and an increase in consumerism escalated the total amount of waste generated. It was estimated that 85,000 tons of waste were produced daily in Indonesia in which 40% were domestic waste. Waste generated in urban areas had generally been finished in the landfill without being processed before. This condition has raised various problems at landfills in Indonesia.The Mabad 65 complex is located in Rempoa, Ciputat, South Tangerang. South Tangerang City is one of the buffer zones of the Capital of Jakarta which has developed into a high-density residential area. At this time, the domestic waste generated by all residents of Mabad 65 is transported by garbage officers to be moved at the TPS before finally being transported to the landfill without being sorted and processed before. The majority of residents have not made efforts to reduce their waste generation.Based on the existing condition in the Mabad 65 Complex, it is felt necessary to educate residents about the zero-waste lifestyle. The method used in the community service was counseling. The participants were Mabad 65's residents and RT RW administrators in the Mabad 65 Rempoa complex. The counseling program was carried out on Monday, December 9, 2019.The results of this community service activity were the residents as well as the RT RW administrators became more concerned about the problem of waste in Indonesia, especially about the landfill capacity and the importance of reducing and processing waste at the domestic waste source of waste. Residents also understand how to minimize household waste generation by using the 3-AH method, which is to prevent, to sort and to process. Moreover, residents were also enthusiastic about the source scale waste management program that brought economic opportunities. The trouble faced by the RT RW administrators was the governance system of the waste bank program.Keywords: zero waste lifestyle, do mestic waste, solid waste treatment

Children are the new generation who will continue the ideals of the struggle of the nation and human resources for national development. In addition, children are the nation's assets where the future of the nation and state rests on their shoulders. For this reason, children need to be directed, guided, instilled in their overall values in the form of character and given knowledge so that they have competitiveness with the abilities and desires they have on the basis of noble character. This is because every child has a character that can be directed and potential that can be developed. The potential or ability of a true child has existed since he was born on this earth, but will grow and develop with the guidance in learning. Therefore, learning must be a child's priority to be considered. Learning is an effort to find new things, which have not been known before. The government has provided educational facilities to provide a place for Indonesian children to learn. Schools are formal institutions whose job is to organize education where children as the next generation of the nation will learn to gain knowledge. However, learning is not focused on formal education in schools, but learning can be done anywhere, in informal institutions, nature, playing environment and so on, as well as in TPQ or TPA as an informal educational institution that organizes education and teaching in the field of religion. Through the learning process children will be able to develop the potential that exists in their respective individuals. Learning is also very important for children so they can adapt and solve problems both related to friends and the environment, as well as problems that will arise in their lives as adults. It is hoped that Indonesian children can grow and develop with good education and have a personality in the form of good character so that they can work for Religion, and the Nation. The importance of instilling the value of character is the background of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Pamulang University Economic Education Study Program to carry out community service in one of the informal educational institutions namely TPQ and TPA Almuhajirin, with the title "The importance of instilling mind and character from an early age in TPQ, TPA Almuhajirin , Sawah Village, Ciputat District, South Tangerang City ". With this activity it is hoped that the students of TPQ and TPA Almuhajirin will be more motivated to learn and be more confident in their abilities and potential. So that in the end they can grow into the next generation of quality people, have good morals, in time they can boast within the scope of their families and communities.Keywords: children, character, early age

The purpose of PKM activities is to help solve the problems of partners to become independent and lead to a productive economy by utilizing corncob waste. The PKM partner is corn farmers in Desa Saentis which is ± 25 km or 40 minutes from UMN Al-Washliyah. The partner priority issues are ; (1) aspects of production, including; a) partners do not have the knowledge and skills in processing corncobs; b) partners never to training processing corncobs from the government or the private sector; c) partners don’t have the appropriate technology to process corncobs into handicraft items. (1) aspects of production, including: a) Focus Group Discussion on the potential of corn waste into handicraft items; b) the use of appropriate technology in the form of grinding machines and hacksaw to make handicrafts from corncobs; c) Benchmarking partners corn cob crafter; and d) training to design handicraft made from corn cobs. Output targets include: 1) grinding machines and hacksaw; 2) enhancing partner skills in the production of handicraft items made from corn cobs; 3) design of handicraft made from corn cobs such as tissue boxes, decorative lamps, placemats.

On 2,3,4 December 2019, we had successfully carried out Community Service activities at the Bina Karya Workshop located at Jalan Jagakarsa 1 No.10 Rt.005 / 02 Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. The Purpose of Community Service Activities is to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Also expected from the results of this activity is that universities can contribute to the development and application of science to the community, especially in the target people in Loka Bina Karya. The method used in this activity is training of fostered citizens to develop creativity from the results of homemade products. The result of community service obtained is the increase in knowledge of the target people. The knowledge gained by fostered citizens in community service activities is expected to be able to provide motivation and provision of knowledge for fostered citizens in the future.Keywords: training, development, creativity
