Abstract

This educational program to develop community motivation is based on collaboration between students studying real work in Siunggam Tonga Village, Padang Bolak Tenggara District, Mandailing Natal Regency. In this program, the most hoped for goal is to provide motivation and a high level of awareness of cleanliness on the part of the community in Siunggam Tonga. KKN Stain Madina Group 29 still needs hard work and direction from village officials or government to build a spirit of mutual cooperation in the community, because the community still has low awareness of cleanliness and how to build a village that is good and independent, comfortable and peaceful. The village government and KKN STAIN Madina have tried to carry out or establish several activities such as mutual cooperation, cleaning cemeteries, cleaning prayer rooms, renovating mosques and village offices and providing a little explanation about the importance of cleanliness and togetherness between one individual and another. With the participation of the STAIN MADINA KKN in this program and actively participating in every activity that has been held during the KKN in Siunggam Tonga village, many changes have emerged, especially in the sense of kinship and togetherness that is well established.

Abstract

Urban Farming is proposed as a solution for unused land (empty land), as well as allowing residents to increase productivity by managing unproductive empty land. The community service program (PKM) is implemented by STIE Indonesia Jakarta in partnership with PT Alif Tekno Farm (ATF). PKM was carried out in Kebon Baru, Tebet, South Jakarta, near the Ciliwung river. The priority of this community service is to empower unemployed individuals or communities while utilizing empty land in urban areas. This program uses precision farming technology with a Smart Nutrition Valve (KNP) tool that saves water, fertilizer, energy and labor. The commodity being developed is a short-lived fruit plant (65 days) which is suitable for lowland areas, namely melons. Training and mentoring is carried out by PT ATF from sowing to harvest. Furthermore, training and assistance in financial management and marketing of harvests was carried out by the STIE Indonesia PKM team. At the end of the program, the target community has independence in managing and developing sustainable urban farming.

Abstract

MSMEs are productive businesses managed by individuals, groups, households, or small business entities that are realized according to assets and / or sales profits per year. The culinary industry is a type of MSME that has a fairly broad market. One of them is a traditional snack business that is quite popular in the community with low prices and raw materials that are easily obtained is chicken sempol. Sales of chicken sempol are dominated by micro and small enterprises. An effective strategy by MSME owners is needed through the use of SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) and BOS (Blue Ocean Strategy) methods. SWOT aims to analyze the internal and external conditions of MSMEs, while BOS aims to improve product quality and innovation so that petitions can be minimized. This service activity will be carried out in October 2023, at MSMEs Cilok vs Sempol Goyang Senggol, Jl. Panji Tilar Negara, Kekalik, Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara. The results of the analysis show that it is necessary to evaluate product quality, flavor variants, and marketing strategies. Based on this evaluation, it becomes a strategy by MSME owners in considering it as a variable to be innovated in marketed products.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture is a student program as a form of community service with an cross-scientific and sectoral approach within a certain period of time. KKN which has been carried out at Posdaya Kasih Ibu with the theme Simple Mobile-Based Bookkeeping at Posdaya Kasih Ibu Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. The purpose of the program being implemented is to increase the understanding of small traders at Posdaya Kasih Ibu so that it is easier to compile simple financial reports for the businesses they run, because with the financial bookkeeping the traders can know exactly how much money is spent. received, the amount of money spent, profit, loss, Break Even Point (BEP), and the proportion of capital needed to develop the business. Seeing the condition of small traders who lack knowledge about making simple financial reports, it is necessary to provide guidance to small traders in preparing simple financial reports for the business they run. The method used by KKN implementers is to provide socialization, observation and interviews regarding increasing understanding of making simple financial reports.
