Abstract

In the modern era, the leadership values and processes that must be passed by someone to become a leader has been changed. The evolution of mind and social life has changed the paradigm of modern humans in the view of the concept of leadership. To be a leader, a person must speak and train himself to have the character, abilities or qualities that should be owned by leaders. The Students who manage intra-school organizations (OSIS) are one of the forerunners of future leaders in the future and have an interest in driving change in their respective schools so that they become better. As a form of caring in building a leadership model that has integrity, Indonesia College of Economics conducts leadership training and coaching for OSIS administrators in SMA & SMK Negeri as well as the private sector in North Jakarta. The method used in this training consisted of lecture activities, question and answer sessions, discussion of case studies, by explaining the basic concepts of visionary leadership, participative leadership styles, change leadership and how to make decisions correctly. After this training, it is hoped that the student council officials will possess and demonstrate leadership motivation skills that are ready to challenge and can inspire students in their respective school environments.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah telah menjadi salah satu tulang punggung perekonomian Indonesia dan ASEAN. Presiden Jokowi Widodo memiliki harapan bahwa para pelaku bisnis usaha kecil ini dapat menjadi tumpuan utama dalam membangun keberlangsungan dan kemajuan bisnis di Indonesia. Dalam kondisi saat ini pemanfaatan sarana teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi dalam melakukan perdagangan secara elektronik adalah keharusan yang dilakukan oleh para pengusaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dalam upaya meningkatkan omset penjualan dan memberikan nilai lebih kepada konsumen. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk merubah para pelaku UMKM disekitar wilayah Rawamangun untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha kreatif yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi serta bisnis yang memiliki keberlanjutan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang secara mendalam mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, lebih khususnya pada perdagangan elektronik. Metode yang digunakan pada pelatihan ini berupa ceramah, praktik, tanya-jawab dan studi kasus dengan menjelaskan konsep dan strategi pemasaran digital, serta coaching yang efektif serta mendapatkan umpan balik dari para peserta. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan manfaat berkelanjutan bagi peserta dalam pengarahan dan konsultasi bisnis secara intensif dalam menjalankan usaha mikro berbasis online demi meningkatkan potensi kerjasama yang luas untuk membangun ekonomi rakyat. ABSTRACT Small medium enterprises (SME’s) have become the backbone of the economies of Indonesia and ASEAN. President Jokowi Widodo has hopes that these small business entrepreneurs can become the main foundation in building business sustainability in Indonesia. Currently, the use of technology, information and communication facilities in e-commerce is a must need to do by SME’s as an effort to increase sales turnover and provide more value to consumers. This community service activities aim to transform SME’s around Rawamangun area into creative entrepreneur that have high value of economic and business sustainability in order to improve skills and knowledge in depth regarding the use of information technology, especially through e-commerce. The method used in this training is in the form of lectures, practices, questions and answers and case studies by explaining digital marketing concepts and strategies, as well as effective coaching and getting feedback from the participants. These activities also provide ongoing benefits for participants in business direction and consultation intensively in running online based micro business in order to increase the potential for cooperation to build the people's economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi penjualan, electronic word of mouth, hedonic shopping motivation terhadap pembelian impulsif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu purposive sampling dengan sampel mahasiswa Stei Indonesia sebanyak 100 konsumen. Hasil menunjukan Promosi penjuala, Electronic word of mouth dan Hedonic shopping motivation secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif. Promosi penjualan dan hedonic shopping motivation secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif. Sementara electronic word of mouth secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsive.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of ownership managerial, institutional ownership, capital structure, growth company and profitability on the value of the company in the company manufacturers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research using 27 manufacturing companies listed on the Stock ExchangeIndonesia selected by using purposive sampling method during 2015 to 2018. This type of research is quantitative causality, which is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method of panel data with the help of tools Eviews 11 to process the data. The results of the study show that profitability has a significant positive effect on the value of company, the greater the profit obtained, the greater as well as the company's ability to pay dividends. That matter can give a positive signal to investors so that the stock will more desirable which will then increase the value of the company the.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of talent management on the formation of a learning organization and employee engagement at PT Hipernet Indodata head office. There were 60 employees participated as the samples. which data was collected using a questionnaire. The statistical analysis technique used is Path Analysis with smartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that Talent Attraction has a significant positive effect on Learning Organization, Talent Development has an insignificant negative effect on Learning Organization, Talent Retention has a significant positive effect on Learning Organization, Talent Attraction has no significant positive effect on Employee Engagement, Talent Development has insignificant negative effect on Employee Engagement, Talent Retention has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement, Talent Attraction has no significant positive effect on Employee Engagement through Learning Organization, Talent Development has no negative effect significant impact on Employee Engagement through Learning Organization, Talent Retention has no significant positive effect on Employee Engagement through Learning Organization.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance audit committee proxies, audit Fees and audit specialization on audit quality, as well as examine whether the client's business strategy can weaken the influence of audit committees, audit Fees and audit specialization on audit quality. This study used a sample of infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2017-2021 period as many as 12 companies with a total sample of 60 financial reports based on a purposive sampling method with certain criteria. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the SPSS Ver.26.0 application. The results showed that Good Corporate Governance , audit committee proxies and audit Fees had no effect on audit quality and audit specialization had a positive effect on audit quality. As well as business strategy is not able to weaken the influence of audit committees, audit Fees and audit specialization on audit quality. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan sektor infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2017-2021 sebanyak 12 perusahaan dengan total sampel 60 laporanʿkeuangan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan aplikasi SPSS Ver.26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Good Corporate Governance proksi komite audit dan Fee audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit dan spesialisasi audit berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas audit. Serta strategi bisnis tidak mampu memperlemah pengaruh komite audit, Fee audit dan spesialisasi audit terhadap kualitas audit. Abstract

The research investigates how religiosity, income, transparency, and digitalization affect the compliance of millennials in paying zakat in LAZ DKI Jakarta. The data was gathered from 160 DKI Jakarta residents who practice Islam, selected through convenience sampling. Primary data was collected through online surveys distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis involved descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results show that higher levels of religiosity and digital advancement have a positive impact on millennial zakat compliance. In contrast, income and transparency do not appear to influence compliance, suggesting that millennials prioritize zakat payment based on beliefs rather than financial status or the audit status of zakat institutions. The study recommends improving zakat literacy among DKI Jakarta residents to enhance their understanding and awareness of zakat responsibilities. Public interest statements The paper is highly relevant to the general public as it addresses the issue of zakat, which can provide social and economic benefits to the community. The research findings can serve as a valuable reference for the government and related institutions to optimize zakat as a tool for poverty alleviation and to enhance public understanding of its importance. Abstract

The goal of this study is to see how financial performance and company size affect share value in real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2015 and 2019. The population of this study consists of all Indonesian real estate and property companies. For data collection, the official website documentation of the Stock Exchange is used. The purposive sampling method was used to collect 19 company samples. According to the study's findings, the activity variable as a proxy for asset turnover and the firm size variable have a negative and significant effect on stock value, whereas the profitability variable as a proxy for return on equity and leverage as a proxy for debt to equity have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

The absence of medication errors is a sign of successful implementation of patient safety management, particularly safe treatment. The quality indicator data report at the Pharmacy Installation of a private hospital in Malang in 2020 showed a number of drug administration errors in the inpatient unit. This study aimed to explore the incidence and causes of medication errors in the inpatient unit. The study was conducted at a private hospital in Malang in August-September 2021. The study design was descriptive with data collected through focus group discussions (FGD) with five inpatient pharmacy staff, four inpatient nurses, and the head of the medical support. The study results indicated no clear regulation, especially the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for administering drugs to inpatients, which becomes a latent cause of medication errors. Hospitals need to develop SOPs for administering drugs to inpatients according to the 7 Pillars, followed by socialization to nurses in inpatients and periodic monitoring.

Abstract

The study delves into the influence of exogenous variables, specifically endorser promotions (X1) and brand attachment (X2), on the endogenous variable, repurchase intention (Y), mediated by brand commitment (Z). Conducted via quantitative methods and SmartPLS software, it targets Barenbliss consumers exposed to TikTok promotions. Primary data was collected through Google Forms and Excel. Findings reveal direct effects: (1) Endorser promotions positively impact repurchase intention, (2) Brand attachment lacks a direct effect on repurchase intention, (3) Endorser promotions positively affect brand commitment, while (4) Brand attachment does not directly impact brand commitment. Additionally, (5) Brand commitment positively influences repurchase intention. Indirect effects include: (6) Endorser promotions impacting repurchase intention through brand commitment, and (7) No indirect effect of brand attachment on repurchase intention via brand commitment. The study underscores the importance of bolstering endorser promotions on TikTok to enhance repurchase intentions. Strengthening brand commitment through high-quality collaborations fosters sustained repurchase intentions. While brand attachment's direct impact may be lacking, nurturing emotional connections with consumers remains vital. Integrating effective endorser promotions with strategies to cultivate brand attachment nurtures loyalty and fosters enduring consumer relationships.
