Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs based on data from the Bogor District Education Office, regarding Elementary School Teachers in Cluster IV, Pamijahan sub-district, Bogor Regency, turns out that the performance of elementary school teachers is still low. This is shown from the average results of the performance evaluation of elementary school teachers in Cluster IV Pamijahan sub-district by the Bogor District Government in collaboration with the Bogor District Education Office in 2016 showing that the performance of elementary school teachers in Cluster IV Pamijahan sub-district Bogor Regency is relatively low at an average of 41 72%. If this problem does not get attention and is left by educators including the principal, then the quality of the learning process will remain low, making it impossible for efforts to improve the quality of education to achieve significant results. This study aims to determine and find the relationship between the principal's leadership and teacher's self-efficacy both together and partially with the performance of teachers in Cluster IV Pamijahan sub-district. This study uses correlational research methods to solve problems. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers in Cluster IV, Pamijahan sub-district, Bogor Regency with a total of 283 people. The sample in this study was taken with Stratifield Proportional Random Sampling totaling 166 respondents from 34 public elementary schools in Cluster IV Pamijahan sub-district. Data collection techniques for all variables using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using correlation analysis, multiple correlation, regression, multiple regression and coefficient of determination with the prerequisite test analysis is the normality test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded: (1) Based on the results of the test of the significance of the correlation shows that t arithmetic > t table (2.268> 1.981) Thus the research hypothesis which states there is a relationship between the leadership of the school principal and the performance of elementary school teachers in group IV Pamijahan District is proven to be true. (2) Based on the results of testing the significance of the correlation shows that t arithmetic> t table (2.767> 1.981) Thus the research hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and the performance of elementary school teachers in cluster IV Pamijahan District tested the truth. (3) Based on the results of the significance test of multiple linear regression equations, Fcount is 3.78 while Ftable for denominator 2 and numerator 109 for confidence level α = 0.05 is 3.08 which means the value of Fcount> Ftable (3.78> 3, 08). This shows that Ho was rejected, meaning Ha who stated there was a positive relationship between the principal's leadership and the teacher's self-efficacy together with the teacher's performance was acceptable Keywords: Teacher Performance, Principal Leadership and Teacher Self-Efficacy

Abstract

The principal is an important leader at the school level. They have many functions of daily work at school to improve the teaching and learning process. However, the reality is that many school principals are apparently too busy with all the daily responsibilities in managing and running a school. This gives the impression that the principals must give a lot of attention to becoming instructional leaders because this can help a lot both in the teaching and learning process which can lead to the quality of education. In addition, the school is an organization that has certain objectives that must be achieved. To achieve this goal, the climate of the school organization is very important. On the basis of the above, it is clearly seen that job satisfaction of a teacher is determined by at least two supporting variables, including the leadership of the school principal and the school climate. Based on these ideas the researcher is interested in conducting a study conducted to reveal two variables that are significantly related. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of instructional leadership style and school climate both partially, and together with the teacher's job satisfaction. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach. The unit of analysis in this study was the Public Elementary School in Pamijahan sub-district, Bogor Regency, while the respondents consisted of PNS SDN teachers in Pamijahan, Bogor Regency. Based on the results of a simple regression test, from the calculation results obtained t count of 2.786 while the table at the level of confidence α = 0.05 with dk = 48 is equal to 2.010. Based on the results of testing the significance of the correlation shows that tcount> ttable (2.786> 2.010). Thus the research hypothesis which states that there is a positive influence of instructional leadership (X1) on teacher job satisfaction (Y) is proven true. From the calculation results obtained t count of 3.832, while t table at the level of confidence α = 0.05 with dk = 48 is equal to 2.010. Based on the results of testing the significance of the correlation shows that t arithmetic> t table (3,832> 2,010). Thus the research hypothesis which states that there is a positive influence of the school climate (X2) on teacher job satisfaction (Y) is proven to be true. Furthermore, based on multiple regression tests Based on the results of the significance test of multiple linear regression equations obtained Fcount of 7.199 while Ftable for the denominator 2 and numerator 47 for the level of trust α = 0.05 of 3.20 which means the value of Fcount> Ftable (7.199> 3.20) . This shows that Ho was rejected, meaning Ha who stated there was a positive influence of instructional leadership and school climate together on teacher job satisfaction was acceptable. Abstract

This study aims to explore ways of effective economic learning in Madrasah Aliyah Sahid, given the importance of effective learning to produce outputs that are expected in accordance with the expectations of Madrasah Aliyah Sahid. In this study the researchers tried to find what steps were taken by the teacher to create effective learning specifically economic lessons both from the methods used by the teacher, the learning model how it was implemented in MA Sahid and how the evaluation was carried out at this institution, and the driving factors, inhibiting factors in effective economic learning activities at Madrasah Aliyah Sahid. Abstract

This study aims to examine the management of waqf-based blokchain technology in increasing nadzir productivity and sustainable development goals policies. The method used is a qualitative analytical method with content analysis and data sources is a fact that occurs in waqf management based on blockchain technology taken through observation, interviews and literature review. The results of the study found that the management of Waqf by using blockchain technology was able to increase the income of waqf funds because it guaranteed the transparency between waqf and nadzir. This year the Indonesian Waqf Agency is in the process of blockchain technical towards increasing productivity this year and going forward. Obstacles BWI applies blockchain technology in Indonesia due to the lack of waqf human resources with expertise in technology. In realizing blockchain technology in its data institutions, the results of the National Coordination Board of Indonesia Waqf Board results were delivered by the Deputy Chairman of BWI, Imam Teguh Saptono. First, improve waqf literacy through various innovative programs. Like waqf to campus / school programs, including waqf material in the religious education curriculum and sermon themes. Second, building a national waqf information system that is integrated and easily accessible to the public. Third, utilizing information technology and financial market developments such as fintech, crowdfund, blockchain in collecting waqf. The fourth recommendation is the acceleration of the certification of waqf assets in the context of protecting national waqf assets. Fifth, increase professionalism and nadzir capacity through nadzir certification programs. Sixth, revitalizing the role of BWI as a national waqf nadzir institution. The seventh recommendation of the results of the National Coordination Meeting for Endowments in Indonesia, encouraging the acceleration of the revision of Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning endowments, and structuring or making BWI regulations as needed. Eighth, arrange BWI public service standards and improve the quality of BWI's human resources towards maximum public services. The ninth recommendation is to increase the synergy between BWI and the Ministry of Religion in advancing national representation. Tenth, improve coordination and synergy with law enforcement and waqf stakeholders in the context of protecting waqf assets. The eleventh recommendation is to carry out a memorandum of agreement between BWI representatives of districts, cities, provinces and BPN, districts, cities, provinces. The last recommendation is to appeal to individual nadzir to convert to nadzir legal entities. Productive waqf management using blockchain can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of waqf management from two sides. First, if waqf and Nazhir are connected to a blockchain system, then the donation transaction can be done with a high level of transparency. Secondly, if blockchain based waqf can reach global waqf waqf, then it is very possible for waqf from one country to represent in another country, especially a country that needs development funding. Abstract

This study aims to explore inclusive financial policies in the perspective of Islamic economics. The method used is a qualitative method with a literacy study and mass media analysis approach. Hasilnuya, Indonesia (BI) as the monetary authority believes the NSFI program as the main way to improve financial literacy in order to increase the ability of individuals to manage their finances. The banking sector as the majority of financial services activities in Indonesia is a front liner for the program. The strategies used in achieving financial inclusion goals include five pillars, namely financial education, increasing financial eligibility, supporting regulations, increasing intermediation facilitation, and policy reforms covering customer protection, banking agents, and phone banking. Going forward, the financial industry needs to map the potential of the community and business sector as targets of the financial inclusion program. For this reason, a comprehensive partisanship and strategy from the financial industry is needed to expand access to services for the community, especially in preparing products that can meet the savings and investment needs of the community. Abstract

This study aims to reveal the influence of the Commitment of Corporate Leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2) to the effectiveness of employee work (Y). The research method used was a survey method. The sampling technique uses stratified random sampling. The research sample amounted to 48 respondents. The trial results of the research instruments show that the reliability of the Likert scale instrument of organizational culture is 0.917, work motivation is 0.792, and work effectiveness is 0.854. Analysis of the data used is regression analysis. The conclusion of the research results revealed: (1) There is an influence of the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company to the effectiveness of the work of employees. From the analysis results obtained a regression coefficient of 3,336 means that the influence of the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company amounted to 33.36%. (2) There is a positive influence of organizational culture on work effectiveness. From the analysis results obtained a correlation coefficient of 3742 means that there is a positive influence of organizational culture on work effectiveness by 37.42%. (3) There is a positive influence of the Commitment of the Company's Leadership Tasks and organizational culture together on work effectiveness. From the results of the analysis obtained a regression value of 14.58 means that there is a positive influence on the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company and organizational culture together on work effectiveness is 14.58%. Abstract

In the learning process, the methods used in the classroom by teachers is not the same between one another teacher. sometimes, a lot of teachers who generally just do learning methods have still minimal preparation, where teachers mostly just entered the classroom, explaining the material, then assign tasks, just about it without knowing the sense that raged within the student. In this case to resolve the issue there is a relatively new method and is still rarely known by educators, the method with hypnoteachingyang in which to discuss about how to become an active and creative teacher provides instruction through the subconscious of a student, sehgga authors were interested to examine more the associated application that is still minimal by teachers in the school, therefore, the authors conducted a study to take the title "Application Of Hypnoteaching Method in Efforts to Improve Brain Intelligence Of Students (Detailed Analysus Of Mina Grade IV Students in Al-Azhar School 27 Cibinong)”.In preaparing this paper the author used descriptive analysis method that aims to describe the phenomenon in school. uthor of direct observation in the classroom to observe a method that teachers in elementary shools Islam Al-Azhar 27 Cibinong, conduct interviews in writing to the student to teacher in classroom teaching. Based on the research results and observed by the author hypnoteaching methods that teachers in SD Islam Al-Azhar 27 cibinong very good, because the teachers are doing the learning method in accordance with the principles of the method hypnoteaching. Abstract

The main objective of a country's economic development is an effort to improve the welfare of its people. Various indicators of development success have been offered. Starting from GDP and per capita income, human development index (HDI), people's welfare index (pledge) and economic welfare index (Eurostat). In the perspective of Islam, the various indicators still have weaknesses because they only display worldly statistics, they have not touched the aspect of ukhrawi (afterlife). On that basis, Islam introduced the concept of maqasid al-shariah or benefit as an indicator of the success of development. The benefit to be achieved includes the safeguarding of five basic elements of human life: faith (monotheism), soul, reason, descent, and wealth (wealth). Abstract

ABSTRACT Teachers' perceptions of sex education are key points in developing an appropriate sex education model for children to prevent sexual abuse. This study aims to determine teachers' perceptions about sex education, sexual harassment, and prevention of sexual harassment in the revolutionary era 4.0. The study was conducted in 5 SDNs and 5 MIs in Bogor Regency and obtained 124 teachers as respondents who were taken randomly. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study are (1) In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, an understanding of sex education for children is needed as one of cultivating character in children so that they can be responsible for themselves and protect and avoid themselves from sexual violence. However, teachers 'perceptions of sex education are still taboo to discuss, so that teachers' understanding is limited by focusing on the boundaries of the relationship between men and women, and information related to sexual education that is conveyed to students is not systematic, situational in nature, not evenly distributed to all students; (2) teachers' perceptions of sexual harassment in the form of physical violence, psychological violence and unpleasant sexual violence against children; (3) teachers' perceptions in preventing sexual harassment by deepening children's religious values, recognizing physical or behavioral differences between boys and girls, recognizing children's family members, fostering student's courage, teaching the limits of genitalia, then teaching boundaries association of children. Abstract

ABSTRACT Unemployment and a weak entrepreneurial spirit are serious problems in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge, study program, semester level and gender on interest in entrepreneurship among FEBI INAIS students. The method used is a quantitative study with multiple regression analysis of dummy variables. The research sample was 133 FEBI INAIS students. The results showed: there was a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial knowledge, a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial knowledge, study programs, semester level, and gender on interest in entrepreneurship in FEBI INAIS students.
