<![CDATA[The research objective is to analyze the effect of customer experience on staying decisions at Swissotel North Jakarta, toanalyze the effect of hotel atmosphere on staying decisions at Swissotel North Jakarta, and to analyze the effect of customerexperience and hotel atmosphere on staying decisions at Swissotel North Jakarta. The research method uses quantitativedescriptive. The object of research at the Swissotel Hotel North Jakarta with simple random sampling technique, and datacollection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with the type of simple random sampling.Where in this study using the method of the number of variables used multiplied by five. Thus, the sample in this study was130 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SPSS ver.25 to get results that customer experience has a positiveinfluence on stay decisions, hotel atmosphere has a positive and significant impact on stay decisions, and customerexperience and hotel atmosphere has a positive and significant influence on stay decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[A criminal offense is an act related to trust and property. Criminal offence is governed in the second book of chapters XXIVchapters 372, 373, 374, 375, 376, and 377 PENAL code. Evasion with all kinds of forms is a type of criminal act that is heavyenough to be seen from the consequences it has caused directly to the Pemberantasannya efforts that are heavy enough tobe done. Pemberantasannya criminal acts must be prosecuted in the appropriate manner contained within the criminalCODE, as well as to be involved with the potential of the government and the law enforcement authorities. Law enforcementofficers are elements that carry out their duties accordingly as subsystems of the criminal justice system. Law enforcementofficials have different roles according to their field. The criminal offense that is a crime that is very common and can occur inall areas even the culprit in various layers of society, either the bottom layer until the top layer or can do this criminal offense.The problem raised in the writing of this research is about whether the cause of criminal offence crimes, how to applycriminal provisions against criminal offense based on verdict No. 47/Pid. B/2018/PN. MDN, how legal consideration by thejudge in dropping criminal sanctions against the perpetrator on verdict number 47/Pid. B/2018/PN.Mdn. In this researchstudy the method used is normative juridical research which is research where the author uses only secondary data, namelya data obtained from the literature, books, papers, and legislation relating to criminal acts of darkening. <![CDATA[Regulation of Witness and Victim Protection are regulated in Law Number 13 of 2006 concerning Protection of Witnessesand Victims in conjunction with Law No. 31 of 2014 concerning Amendment to Law No. 13 of 2006 concerning Protection ofWitnesses and Victims. Both of these regulations give LPSK the authority to provide special protection for gross humanrights violations, terrorism, trafficking in persons, criminal acts of torture, sexual violence, and victims of serious abuse. Inaddition, the victim has the right to receive medical assistance and psychosocial and psychological rehabilitation.The role and urgency of the LPSK in providing protection and assistance to witnesses and victims is absolutely necessary.This is to guarantee the existence of efforts to protect witnesses who provide information in court. It is the adequaterecovery efforts to restore the victim's position to be normal.]]>

<![CDATA[The main ingredient in the making of Tempe in addition to soy beans is the yeast Tempe. The role of Tempe yeast is veryimportant because the main factor that supports the success of tempeh is optimal yeast levels of the Tempe. In addition, theyeast levels of Tempe can also affect the duration of fermentation. If the level of yeast Tempe and fermentation time can beoptimal then the fermentation process can run well, so it will produce good quality Tempe and decent for consumption.Based on these issues, the author devised an application system built using the Matlab software in which the authors of thisstudy used the fuzzy method and the Matlab GUI as the application's appearance.]]>

<![CDATA[Building customer satisfaction is a key priority for business success. Consequently, determining the factors that affectcustomer satisfaction is important. This research was designed to examine the effects of food quality and price on customersatisfaction in the Food Junction Canteen of Universitas Pelita Harapan Karawaci. The data were collected from 262respondents in the Food Junction Canteen of Universitas Pelita Harapan Karawaci. The collected data were analysed usingSPSS and structural equation modelling (SEM). The findings indicated that food quality has a significant positive effect oncustomer satisfaction. The result findings revealed that price have significant positive effects on customer satisfaction. Thesefindings provide useful suggestions and guidelines for the policy makers in the Food Junction Canteen in Universitas PelitaHarapan Karawaci and confirm the importance of the selected factors in affecting customer satisfaction.]]>

And to determine the factors that hinder themanagement of the village fund allocation (ADD) in physical Development in rural Bandar Sauhur. Data were collected withthe documentatiaon and interview. The result showed management through descriptive analysis method using a quantitativeapproach which depict how the efektiveneses village funds allocations from years 2016-2018 referring to be in categoryefeective. The efectivenesess management village funds allocation in physical development in Bandar Sauhur year 2016(100%), 2017 (98%), 2018 (93%). While limiting factors is the comprehension of human resources remain low, misscommunication, and liquefactions the village fund allocation late, the human resources les, and funds less.]]>

<![CDATA[PT. Trans Retail Indonesia focuses on management of marketing mix in 4 elements: (1) product, (2) promotion, (3) venue,and (4) price. Only provide a 48.78% contribution to customer loyalty. That is, there are 80.1% of other factors affectingcustomer loyalty. Therefore, even if the marketing mix is able to increase loyalty, the company should pay more attention toother factors that affect the customer loyalty increasing. The results of this research were supported by previous researchconducted by Kembaren (2010), Bernard (2011), and Ahmad Faizul (2010) who concluded that the simultaneous marketingvariables have positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. This reinforces that the service marketing mix programclosely relates to customer loyalty levels. Payne (in Hurriyati, 2012:42) says "marketing Program is integrating elements ofmarketing mix in order to ensure the best between internal capabilities and external market environment". By integratinggood marketing mix, it is hoped that the company can build customer loyalty so that it becomes its own excellence so thatconsumers do not turn to other products or other companies.]]>

<![CDATA[Human resources become the most important factor in an organization or company, the role of HR in the company isimplemented in the form of employee workforce. For this reason, human resources need to be developed and considered sothat the quality of these human resources can be improved, thus impacting on improving employee performance. This studyaims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Toba Pulp Lestari, Tbk Medan.This study uses questionnaires, interviews, and observations in the data collection methods needed to support this research.In this study the data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis to find out how big the role oforganizational culture is in improving employee performance.Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis using the equation Y = 15,720 + 0.780 X, it is concluded that if thecompany creates the right organizational culture, it will be able to improve employee performance. Partial testing obtainedthe conclusion that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on testingthe coefficient of determination used to determine the contribution of the independent variable (organizational culture) to thedependent variable (employee performance). So that the results obtained by using the R-Square of 60.8% independentvariables on the dependent variable while 39.2% derived from other factors not included in this study.]]>
