<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the difference in the influence between the variations of upper serve exercises using kick pads and hanging balls on the accuracy of instep service in the sport of sepak takraw. This study was conducted on students of SMA Negeri 1 Bangko Pusako who participated in extracurricular activities of sepak takraw. Problem identification showed that there were several obstacles in the accuracy of serving, such as inaccurate contact of the ball on the foot, lack of eye-foot coordination, lack of effective form of exercise, limb stiffness, and weak support when performing top serve. The purpose of this study is to prove the influence of the two training models on the accuracy of the instep service in the sport of sepak takraw. This research is expected to provide benefits for sports teachers and students at SMA Negeri 1 Bangko Pusako, especially in improving the ability to serve in the game of sepak takraw. In addition, this research can be a reference for science in the teaching and learning process as well as a reference for other researchers who are interested in the problem of service accuracy in sepak takraw. This research is expected to make a practical contribution to sepak takraw coaches in choosing more effective training methods to improve the accuracy of the instep serve, especially for students who play as tekong.]]>

<![CDATA[Official correspondence is one of the means of written communication used in the activities of the college administration. This research was carried out because of the irregularity of the official. This study aims to assess the suitability of the correspondence Humbang Hasundutan Goverment in making official letters implemented at Humbang Hasundutan Goverment with the Peraturan Bupati Nomor 33 Tahun 2018 tentang Tata Naskah Dinas di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan and the factors that influence them. The work units that are the speakers in this study are Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan. This research uses descriptive method and the way to obtain data is by interview, observation, and documentation. The results obtained state that the implementation of correspondence management that include the completeness of the letter section, format, numbering, and the authority of the signatory to the letter are carried out not in accordance with the rector's regulation. The fac tors that influence the implementation of the correspondence management are code standardization, socialization, employee competency, use of information systems, and habit.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by various complaints from the community regarding the services provided by Sifaoroasi village government officials. This can be seen from various existing management elements, where their performance is still not optimal and not in accordance with what the local community expects. This research aims to describe and analyze the performance of Sifaoroasi village government officials, Huruna District, South Nias Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. In this case, all elements of this research are directed at providing information on questions through interviews. Based on the results of the research, the performance of the Sifaoroasi village government apparatus, Huruna District, South Nias Regency, which was studied from several indicators such as service quality and responsiveness, the performance of the village government apparatus has been running well, but the level of productivity, responsibility and accountability of performance is still not optimal or low, and is supported by The results of interviews with research informants greatly influence their level of performance. The inhibiting factors include the lack of human resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and lack of discipline among village government officials. The policy recommendation given is that Sifaoroasi village government officials need to optimize performance by increasing and improving the quality of work, implementing time planning at work and carrying out training and coaching as well as regular evaluations.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the leadership style of the Regional Secretary in increasing the discipline and morale of employees at the Regional Secretariat office of South Nias Regency. This form of research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat Office of South Nias Regency. Collecting research data through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research, several conclusions can be put forward, namely 1) South Nias District Secretary applies a motivational, situational and democratic leadership style, 2) Employee presence and obedience to ASN work regulations are classified as good, this is because employees pay attention or do not neglect work regulations. Even though there are still employees who do not complete their work on time as stipulated, there are still employees who like to be late and leave the office earlier, and 3) The morale of the employees of the South Nias Regency Regional Secretariat office is quite good due to the motivation and attention of the leadership, a comfortable work environment and no pressure, the leadership style adopted by the leadership is democratic, and motivating and the leadership respects the work of subordinates and employees realize that the tasks assigned to them will be accounted for before God.]]>

<![CDATA[Public demands to continue to improve the performance of civil servants in the general section of the South Nias Regency Regional Secretariat are increasing which has an impact on the Employee Work Ethic. This study aims to describe and analyze the work ethic in improving the performance of civil servants in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of South Nias Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method. In this case all the elements in this study are directed to provide information on questions through interviews. Based on the results of the study, the analysis of work ethic in improving the performance of civil servants in the general section of the South Nias Regency Regional Secretariat which was studied from several dimensions such as tenacity, obedience, quality of work, and responsiveness was still not optimal or low, and was supported by the results of interviews with research informants. affect performance levels. <![CDATA[The bureaucracy and polithics are very difficult to divide when civil personnel, the state has engaged itself in activism, the practical politics of politicians, both at the level, in dacrah and at the level, center, this research will want to revisit the involvement of state civil personnel in the 2019 district of Northern Tapanuli. This research is about to control how to reconcile the state's civil-personnel involvement in the box Legislative 2019 in the Northern Tapanuli district, as well as to know, what are the factors.The involvement of the civil personnel, the country in the practical political activities at Legislative Elections This research, using qualitative methods, with data collection technologies done through studies, libraries and interviews with the relevant parties. The data collected is then analyzed using bureaucratic politicization, bureaucratic political control theory, and bureaucratic neutrality theories to narrow out the involvement of state civil personnel in practical political acumen. Based on the research that's been done, In the process of holding the 2019 Legislative Elections in North Tapanuli district, ASN involvement in practical politics continues to be seen as providing support for the incumbent legislature to help with the campaign, help with the successful team, and to abuse the territory car. <![CDATA[The government in Indonesia is dealing with a serious problem: increasing population growth. Furthermore, the deteriorating Family Planning (KB) program is insufficient to counteract population growth. In this context, alternative efforts or innovations are required, such as a village-level family planning program known as Kampung Keluarga Berencana. This initiative is one of the government's innovations for strengthening the KKBPK program by narrowing the scope of targets to the regional or village level. The site of this study is at Botohilitano Village, Telukdalam Sub-district, South Nias, North Sumatra. The descriptive research method with a qualitative approach was used in this study. The key informants in this study are people who are familiar with the Kampung KB program's implementation, specifically the head of the South Nias P2KBP3A Service and the PLKB of Botohilitano Village. The main informants were two Botohilitano villagers who benefited from the Kampung KB program. One community leader in Botohilitano Village is also a participant in this study. The data was gathered through in-depth interviews and observation techniques. The author then analyzed and explained the data in a qualitative manner. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of the Kampung KB Program has not been progressing well, as evidenced by the program's termination. Furthermore, there are numerous flaws in various indicators such as resources, inter-organizational relationships, and the implementor's disposition. Suggestions in this study include the need to find a solution by reactivating the Kampung KB program and improving facilities, inter-organizational relations, and the implementor's disposition.]]>
