Abstract

Poverty is one of the most difficult social problems to be solved by the Indonesian government, even in other words, the problem cannot be eliminated. So that the Indonesian government seeks to reduce the level of poverty by making social assistance programs to people who have economic problems. There are many aid programs set by the Indonesian government, one of which is the Family Hope Program (PKH). The Decision Support System is applied in this study as a system for the decision of the recipient of the family of hope. In determining the decision of the recipient of the right family program, it must meet the criteria for Poor Card Ownership, Employment, Income, Number of Dependents and Home Ownership Status. Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed in solving existing problems by applying the ROC (Rank Order Centroid) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) methods which can generate weight and preference values ​​from the first ranked alternative. . So that the recipient of the family of hope program lies in alternative A2 on behalf of Joko Sutirno with a value of 1.0000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study using the K-Means Cluster method is to determine the level of distribution of Covid-19 cases in the high, medium, and low categories in each region in Jambi Province. There are several aspects that can be measured such as population, population density, positive cases infected with Covid-19, recovered patients, and patients who died. The data collection method used is the documentation method in the form of secondary data obtained from the Jambi Provincial Government website. The data used were positive, recovered, and died and were analyzed using the WEKA application. From the results of research with the K-Means method using 3 clusters. Cluster 0 is a cluster with a high level of distribution category, which is in the city of Jambi. Cluster 1 is a cluster with a medium level distribution category consisting of Batanghari, Merangin, Muaro Jambi, Tanjab Timur. Cluster 2 is a cluster with a low-level distribution category consisting of Bungo, Kerinci, Sarolangun, Sungai Penuh, Tanjab Barat, Tebo.

Abstract

The need for data storage is currently increasing, so external or portable data storage is developing. Likewise for SSDs, currently the External SSD market has been circulating which offers practicality, speed and large capacity. However, problems arise in selecting an External SSD, it will take time and effort to find information about product specifications and match the wishes and needs of the buyer. The purpose of this study is to implement the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method in a decision support system for choosing an External SSD, so that it can make it easier for users to determine alternatives quickly and precisely. The CPI method is used to solve decision problems with a number of alternatives through a combined index to rank alternatives from several criteria. The results of the calculations in the case study produced the highest score obtained by the alternative Kingston XS2000 SSD (A3) with a value of 130,001, followed by Lacie Rugged SSD Pro (A1) with a value of 108,334, Samsung SSD T7 Touch (A4) with a value of 100 and Seagate SSD Portable (A2) with a score of 93,335. The calculation of the CPI method obtained from the system obtains the same calculation results as the manual results. Based on testing with the black-box testing technique, all test cases are declared valid, this means that the system can work properly.

Abstract

In an effort to improve the quality of one's work, an assessment can be carried out. Because with the assessment, an evaluation of the level of quality of a person's work can be carried out. At a university there are many study programs. Where one of the study programs at the university is the informatics engineering study program. In carrying out their duties and responsibilities, the campus makes efforts to improve the quality of work, the leadership evaluates by evaluating the quality of work of the staff at the university. In measuring the quality of work of the staff working in the Study Program, the leadership conducts an assessment of the study program. In conducting the assessment by measuring the level of student satisfaction with the Study Program. Based on this study, it was concluded that PUAS students towards the services of the Study Program.

Abstract

Basically promotion is carried out to introduce goods or services to the consumer community so that they feel interested and interested in buying or using the products and services offered. As for the campus, promotion is carried out not only to introduce the campus environment, but also to maintain its existence in society. The problems encountered related to campus promotion include determining the type of campus promotion based on the area or school location which is still carried out randomly, so it is difficult to determine the right type of promotion based on the location of the promotion objective. The purpose of this research is to determine what type of campus promotion is best in each region based on the location of the school using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) calculation method. The results of this study indicate that the selection of criteria consists of two types, namely the criteria for school location and type of promotion and based on the results of campus management decisions and student historical data. The calculation results show that the average results for each area of ​​social media and partnership presentations are the highest with a value of 60%, and for visits to schools by 20%, and for the use of billboards by 20%.

Abstract

UD. Rahman Mebel is a company that produces various forms of furniture such as chairs, tables, cabinets, doors, windows, and various other forms of furniture. the purpose of this research is to determine the best supplier at UD. Rahman Mebel uses the Promethee Method. Four alternative suppliers have been determined by UD. Rahman Furniture namely: UD. Rini, UD. Dedi Putra, UD. Rangga Putra, UD Ujud Alam Riski and there were also four criteria tested, namely quality, price, service, and delivery. Based on the results of observations through interviews stated that the difficulties experienced in selecting the best supplier according to the company's criteria. For this reason, a solution to this problem is needed, namely by analyzing the determination of supplier choices using the Promethee method. From the results of this study is, the highest net flow value is UD. Rangga Putra is in first place with a score of 0.9999. The second rank is UD. Ujud Alam Riski with a score of 0.3333. The third rank is UD. Dedi Putra with a score of -0.9999. And the last rank is UD. Rini with a value of -0.3333.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 that occurred in Indonesia is a complex health problem and requires fast handling and collaborative solutions from various disciplines. Covid-19 patients who receive treatment in hospitals have different conditions and severity. This affects the treatment actions that will be carried out by medical officers. The large number of patients and the lack of medical personnel have resulted in the need for technological support to help classify patient status based on their condition so that treatment is concentrated on patients who are very critical and require rapid treatment. The number of employees at the Jambi District Attorney's Office were exposed to the Covid-19 virus in particular, and it is necessary to predict PCR results. This study applies a prediction technique from the data mining discipline section to classify the status of employees at the Jambi District Attorney's Office who are confirmed to be Covid-19. Classifiers using the Naive Bayes method were applied to build a model based on a dataset of patients infected with Covid-19. The Covid-19 PCR result dataset was obtained from the Jambi District Attorney and was applied using RapidMiner. The model built can predict the confirmed status of Covid-19 based on age, gender, health condition, and vaccinations. The results of this study indicate that the classification of the Naive Bayes method has a high level of accuracy in classifying the confirmed status of Covid-19, namely 97%.

Abstract

In the digital era, technological developments, especially games, are very promising to learn. This can be used as an interactive learning tool for every game fan. Learning media using games can be an alternative for elementary school students to get to know rhymes and proverbs easily and fun. An interactive program that can arouse students' interest in knowing rhymes and proverbs is needed to eliminate boredom when studying them. The researcher uses the SDLC method to create a visual novel game application to play rhymes and proverbs with Python-based Ren'py. Learning to play rhymes and proverbs through visual novels is done by choosing from different problems from the novel's plot. The results obtained in making this game is an interactive novel game by displaying each dialogue which can then be answered by the user and the selected dialogue can determine the flow of the game.

Abstract

Practical learning is a method of learning in which students conduct experiments directly by applying the theories they have learned and proving what they have learned in order to better understand what they have learned. The success rate of students towards practical learning is one of the factors that can improve the quality of higher education and can facilitate lecture activities. To analyze the success rate of students towards practicum learning, they can use the C4.5 algorithm by looking at the highest gain. The C4.5 algorithm is one of the algorithms in data mining whose results are identical to the decision tree. Several parameters used for this research are motivation factor, learning method factor, learning material factor, and facility factor. This research was conducted with the aim of helping universities determine the level of student success in practicum learning using the C4.5 algorithm as much as 200 data. The results of the study showed an accuracy of 82.00% with the facility factor being the highest factor. So that the results obtained can help the campus in improving the learning process.

Abstract

Leaves are one part of a plant that has benefits for humans, especially for the health of the body. Leaves can be used as herbal medicine which can be an alternative that can help in increasing immunity and body resistance. However, not all leaves have medicinal properties, therefore knowledge of the types of medicinal leaves is important. The aim of this research is to develop a classification system for the image of medicinal leaves using the Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) artificial neural network model. To support the ELM algorithm, morphological feature extraction is used which can provide information about the shape characteristics of existing objects. Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) is also known as an artificial neural network approach that uses one hidden layer. At the classification stage, the Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) algorithm can determine the weight value between the input neurons and the hidden layer randomly so that the learning pattern becomes faster. Based on the results of the precision, recall and accuracy tests, the precision value is 90.67%, the recall value is 89.47% and accuracy of 90%. So, based on these results it can be said that the ELM model that was built can classify images of leaf types with medicinal properties well.
