Abstract

The PNM Digi Employee application was designed by PT. PNM Mekaar Persero to make it easier for employees to perform attendance and some administrative services for daily needs such as bill payments, purchase of credit, investments and many more. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of employee satisfaction in using the PNM Digi Employee application. User satisfaction was measured so that it became input for the company in managing and developing the PNM Digi Employee application. For this reason, this study was conducted to measure the level of user satisfaction of the Digi Employee PNM application by applying the End User Computing Satisfaction method. To obtain data as research material, research questionnaires were distributed to employees by adopting the dimensions of the End User Computing Satisfaction method, namely the dimensions of Content, Accuracy, Format, Easy of Use and Timeliness. It was found that the employees of PT. PNM Mekaar is very satisfied in using the PNM Digi Employee application based on the results of the tests that have been carried out showing the percentage of all dimensions is worth above 80%, namely the Content dimension 85.3%, Accuracy dimension 83.7%, Format dimension 86.6%, Easy of dimension. Use 85.3% and Timeliness dimensions 86% with dimensions that have a significant effect, namely the dimensions of format and dimensions of Timeliness.

Abstract

DANA is an application that provides convenience in digital transactions in Indonesia. Human lifestyle has begun to shift significantly, where everything is required to be done quickly, easily, and practically. One form of practicality that exists in the community is the rise of online systems. Currently, DANA is an e-wallet payment that is still relatively new in the community. Therefore, this DANA application is still in the development stage so this research needs to be done to attract millennials. This study aims to determine user satisfaction with the application of funds for employees of Telkom sharpening. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method with five variables, namely Perceived Usefulness (X1), Perceived Ease Of Use (X2), Attitude Toward Using (X3), Behavior Intention To Use (X4) and Actual Use (Y). It is known that the research results Perceived Usefulness with a percentage value of 82.66%, perceived easy of use with a percentage of 80%, Attitude Toward Using with a percentage value of 80.53%, Behavioral Intention to Use with a percentage value of 80% and actual use with a percentage value of 82 ,4% with the category Strongly Agree. From the results of perceived satisfaction, it can be stated that Telkom Penajam Office Employees are very satisfied with using the Dana application.

Abstract

Rural Banks (BPR) play an important role in helping to solve financial problems for the community in providing credit, the bank must conduct careful research and calculations on customers. PT.BPR this bank has a difficult problem determining the amount of credit value desired by a customer. This is because assessing whether or not a customer is eligible to receive a credit score is not easy because it involves many factors that must be considered and analyzed properly. The Decision Support System is applied in this study as a system for selecting the eligibility of credit recipients. In determining the appropriate selection of credit recipients, they must meet criteria such as income, age, occupation, guarantee and number of dependents. Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed in solving existing problems by applying the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis) method which can generate preference values ​​from the first ranked alternative. So that the selection of the eligibility of credit recipients lies in alternative N3 on behalf of Nurhayati with a value of 0.22197.

Abstract

Ant nest is a powerful medicinal plant to treat various diseases such as heart disease, tumors, cancer, hemorrhoids, tuberculosis, rheumatism, ulcers and prostate disorders. The many benefits generated cause the ant nest to have a selling value in the community, so it is not uncommon to trigger ant nest forgery. This study aims to identify the image of an ant nest by testing the accuracy of the backpropagation network and haar wavelet. Before the identification process with the backpropagation method is carried out, first the process of taking the characteristics of the ant nest is carried out which will later be used as test data input in the identification process. The output of the network will be compared with the target to get the error output. Then these errors are propagated again to increase the network weight to minimize errors. This research resulted in an ant nest identification application. The backpropagation ANN architecture for the training data used is 0.95 momentum, 0.01 target error with MSE criteria, the maximum number of training iterations (epochs) is set at 5000, the learning rate is 0.1 and the number of hidden layers is 20 by using wavelet haar feature extraction level 3 and the backpropagation momentum method can be used. used to identify ant nest images with 100% accuracy.

Abstract

The location of the Laundry business is a means of building a business, namely the place where the business is founded. Competition in this Laundry business causes many things to be considered in choosing a Laundry business location because if you don't choose the right location for a Laundry business, it can cause many losses such as bankruptcy for business owners. For this reason, business owners need foresight when setting up their Laundry business. To assist entrepreneurs in making decisions regarding the selection of a Laundry business location, there is a system that can be used, namely SPK. Decision Support Systems (DSS) are the steps or stages in finding a solution to a problem where the process is carried out using a solution according to how the computer works. There are 2 methods used in this study, namely the MOORA and WASPAS methods. The MOORA method is a method that can be used in the completion and completion process of the DSS. This method has a working procedure that uses mathematical calculations. While the WASPAS method is to find the priority of the most suitable location choice by using weighting. Where the results of research using the Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method, that which meets the criteria as the best Laundry business location is alternative A1, namely Jalan Setia Budi with a value of 0.2780 as the first rank. Meanwhile, based on the WASPAS method that meets the criteria as the best Laundry business location, alternative A7 is Jalan Gatot Subroto with a value of 0.8407 as the first rank.

Abstract

Products cannot be separated from the buying and selling process carried out by customers and sellers. Products that are a priority are, of course, products that are favored by consumers or customers. However, companies often make mistakes in the process of determining which products to order for sale. Errors in the process of determining product orders can result in losses for the company. Therefore, it is necessary to handle this problem properly and appropriately. Therefore, the settlement that should be done should be done by processing the data on the sale of these goods. Data mining is a method that can be used for data processing. But the data processing process carried out in data mining is not done independently. The a priori algorithm is one of the algorithms found in the data mining association technique. The a priori algorithm is widely used to carry out the analysis process on sales data to find sales patterns in the company. The results of the study were 3 items that became the priority of ordering, namely ordinary pants, shorts and t-shirts. With a combination of item sets, if you buy ordinary pants, you also buy shorts with a support value of 10% and a confidence value of 20%. Other item combinations that you get: If you buy regular pants, you also buy T-shirts with a support value of 30% and a confidence value of 60% and the last combination of set items. If you buy shorts, you also buy T-shirts with a support value of 30% and a confidence value of 60%.

Abstract

Education is very important for life, with education can help in improving Human Resources (HR). Human Resources (HR) in universities are students. Increased competence in students carried out in higher education is carried out by learning. The process carried out in learning is very influential on the results obtained from learning both competencies and abilities possessed by students. Based on this, it is necessary to improve learning in higher education in order to support good results. Measuring the level of student satisfaction with learning can measure the extent to which the learning process has been carried out. The process of measuring the level of student satisfaction with learning is done first by collecting data. After collecting data, the data processing process is carried out to get the expected results. Errors in the data processing process, the results obtained are also not in accordance with the objectives carried out. Therefore, to solve the problem it is necessary to do it with the right process by using a separate method or technique where the method is data mining. Data mining is a method or technique used for data processing. The data processing process carried out in data mining is carried out on large data. The Naïve Bayes algorithm is an algorithm that is included in the classification of data mining techniques. Where the process in the nave Bayes algorithm is very dependent on the grouping process carried out on each attribute and also the target class of each object. The results of the study show that the probability value of PUAS is 0.034108116 and the probability value of NOT SATISFIED is 0. This indicates that the result of decision making is SATISFIED.

Abstract

The research carried out aims to carry out a substantive update of information and data on the website of the Mathematics Education Study Program, FKIP, UNPATTI. The research carried out applies the User-Centered Design (UCD) method, which is a method in a design that focuses on user needs. Broadly speaking, in using the UCD method, the research conducted was divided into three main stages, namely analysis, design, and evaluation with the process of implementing the UCD method using ISO 9241-210: 2019. Furthermore, the research conducted involved 44 respondents who were used as target users and categorized into two groups, namely the academic community (lecturers and students) and non-academic members (prospective students and alumni). Based on the results of the research conducted, 9 formulations of user requirements were obtained, followed by making a website interface design in the form of a prototype (wireframe). Furthermore, the resulting prototype is then evaluated by providing a series of task scenarios to guide users in using the website. The evaluation was carried out using a qualitative survey method, namely interview activities aimed at obtaining feedback regarding user experience on the appearance of the website design interface as well as obtaining recommendations and suggestions for further development. Based on the evaluation carried out, the result was that the resulting website design met user needs. This is because the design is produced as a solution to user needs, by a series of requirements submitted by users. In addition, the design of the website interface also provides a satisfying user experience. Therefore, the research carried out does not occur repetition (iteration), so it can proceed to the implementation stage. Furthermore, at the prototype implementation stage, the results of the website design are then converted into an interface display using the Content Management System (CMS) Framework and supporting programming languages ​​such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript. Abstract

The number of health workers infected with Covid-19 in Indonesia continues to grow amid the coronavirus pandemic. Not only doctors, nurses and other medical support staff have been exposed to Covid-19. To date, IDI has recorded more than 180 health workers who have died from Corona. Health workers are dying because of a lack of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and fatigue. Prevention of direct contact between asymptomatic patients and health workers is a way to prevent health workers from contracting COVID-19. An expert system for diagnosing COVID-19 with lie detection is proposed to be used for patients who wish to seek treatment at a health center before they meet face-to-face with health workers. Several previous studies have proven that the certainty method can be used to diagnose COVID-19 with an accuracy of up to 90%, provided that the patient answers questions honestly. In this study, control questions and pupil detection were added using the circle hard transform to find out whether patients who wanted treatment did not lie when answering questions about symptoms of exposure to Covid, travel history and family history of exposure to Covid. The combination of an expert system and lie detection is expected to be the first protective alternative for health workers from asymptomatic patients. Based on the results of the application testing carried out, it can be seen that the movement of the patient's pupils when answering questions.

Abstract

Student ambassadors are students who are chosen as the right hand of the teachers to lead other students, where these student ambassadors must have advantages that are far from other students, where the selection is through a selection process. With this student ambassador, it is expected that the teacher's task is to direct and secure other students both in terms of order and obedience to school rules. The large number of participants made the committee feel overwhelmed in choosing the ambassadors. To get a solution to the problem of selecting the student ambassador, a decision system is needed that can help find a solution to the selection of student ambassadors. Decision Support System (DSS) is a stage in finding a solution to a problem where the process is carried out using a solution according to how the computer works. DSS can work optimally if using the method. In this study, the authors chose the Multi-Objective Optimization Method on The Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) which is a method that can be used in the completion and completion process of the DSS. This method has a working procedure that uses mathematical calculations. The results of this study obtained that the best Student Ambassador was alternative A5 on behalf of Ucok with a value of 0.4054 as the first rank.
