Abstract

BAPPEDA Indragiri Hulu is a governmental organization in Indragari Hulu Regency that aids the government in accomplishing development planning, research, and development-related tasks. However, determining development priorities presents obstacles stemming from the lack of calculation methods and visualization maps to more easily identify the locations of construction sites. To address this issue, a decision support system utilizing the Analytical Hierarchy Process method was constructed. This system considers various criteria, including condition, budget, urgency, usability, and durability, to compare and identify the best development option. Additionally, the system features a Web GIS map visualization function to aid in identifying construction sites. The study found that improving the road in Pematang Rebah City, Rengat Barat District, was the most important alternative, followed by creating box covers for the Tanah Datar Sibabat road in Seberida District and improving roads in Rengat City in Rengat District. This web-based system ranks development priorities and can effectively assist in determining regional development priorities. Based on the results of the Blackbox test, this system is deemed 100% valid, while the User Acceptance Test on this system yields an 81% score, which is highly satisfactory.

Abstract

The Angkola Batak language is a variety of Batak languages, to be precise in the southern Tapanuli area, which is still used and maintained as an everyday language. Until now, the resources of the Angkola Batak language are not yet available in digital form that can be used by researchers in the analytical stages of human natural language processing. Natural language processing (NLP Taks) for the Angkola Batak language must follow the stages of text processing starting from tokenization, lexical analysis, syntax, semantics, and phragmatics. This study conducted natural language processing in the first stage, namely lexical analysis. At the lexical analysis stage, one of the most important NLP tasks is stemming. Stemming is the process of determining root words from affixed words. In this research, an analysis and design of the Angkola Batak stemming algorithm have been carried out based on grammar rules. The stages in this research are starting from collecting the grammar rules of the Angkola Batak language, collecting basic words in the Angkola Batak language as a database dictionary, and removing affixes from root words. The output of this research is the stemmer of the Angkola Batak language in the form of PHP. Based on tests conducted on 450 words originating from the Batak Angkola folklore, 448 test words were correct (99.56%) and 2 test words were wrong (0.44%). The wrong test word is obtained because the root word is not found in the dictionary.

Abstract

The government and institutions in an area have developed a program known as the RKPD (Regional Development Work Plan), which is an elaboration of the RPJMD (Regional Medium Term Development Plan). However, the Medan City Regional Development Planning Agency faces several problems in the development stage in the regions, including consideration of priority scales and elements of justice as well as a lack of a decision support system to determine development priority scales. Therefore, the Agency needs an appropriate system to determine development priorities, and one of the systems that can help solve this problem is the Decision Support System (SPK). The method used is SAW which was chosen because it is expected to provide effective results in determining the priority of regional development programs at the Medan City Regional Development Planning Agency. The research resulted that the regional highway development program with a value of 0.77705 has the highest priority to be prioritized for regional development programs at the Medan City Regional Development Planning Agency, because it has the highest ranking when compared to other alternatives.

Abstract

Housing is a secondary need. For the selection of the right housing, it must be adjusted to the wishes of consumers. When selecting housing or determining where to live, consumers must look for brochures and visit housing sales sites, and do not choose housing at random just because friends or other people offer it, because this can cause regret because it is not in accordance with which are desired. To assist prospective buyers in making housing buying decisions, we need a decision support system that will assist prospective buyers in choosing the desired housing. In order to get the best results, we need a system that can help determine the house in such a way that consumers are satisfied. Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) is a method provided by SPK to facilitate housing selection because this method has good selectivity in determining different goals and criteria. After carrying out the calculations of the MOORA method, the final result is obtained which shows that the alternative with the highest Yi value is A1 with a Yi value of 0.282. In the second rank, there is alternative A2 with a Yi value of 0.277, while the third rank is occupied by alternative A5 with a Yi value of 0.263. Therefore, based on predetermined criteria, alternative house A1 can be considered as the best option.

Abstract

Activities carried out in the hospital never stop day or night. These activities continue because patients who are sick do not know the term time. Patients will always be there and need help from the hospital both day and night. Therefore, many nurses or nuns are needed to handle complaints from patients every time. A nurse or nurse is someone who has a duty, namely to provide care or care for each individual who is sick. This fact made many people interested in becoming nuns. This resulted in many university graduates graduating with that major. so many apply to become nurses on duty at the hospital. The large number of candidates who applied made it difficult for the hospital to select suitable candidates. Selection that is done manually will take quite a long time and the results of the election are not objective. The solution that can be done to solve these problems is to use a decision support system. Based on the results of this study, information was obtained that a decision support system using the SAW method can solve problems regarding decision making in selecting the best nurse. The result is to produce a value of 0.8160 as an alternative to A4 on behalf of Ratih Setyowati as the best alternative

Abstract

In the electricity’s world, there are panels that are used to display electrical measurements or what is known as a Digital Panel Meter (DPM). This DPM measures physical quantities such as current, voltage, power, frequency and so on. In addition, this panel serves as a monitor for the quality of the electricity supply. In medium voltage systems, DPM is integrated with Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) which functions as a data collection tool for energy consumption of electricity consumers. So this DPM is a very important tool. Problems arise when connecting from one DPM to another, because this DPM usually uses RS-485 for its communication system. Such communication can only be carried out with equipment of the same standard. Therefore, it is proposed to design a Modbus RTU RS-485 converter to Modbus TCP/IP. This is done so that DPM communication can be directly connected to computers or to network devices such as routers, hubs and switches. Stages of research that begins with the analysis of problems and system requirements. Next do the design and realization. From the research conducted, the tool runs well. The test uses the modbus poll software as a comparison of the measurement results from the tool. The results show that the device data and those that appear on the modbus poll have high accuracy, for example, the device shows a voltage of 227.2 V; when using the software the result is 227.25 V

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has started to subside. However, after the pandemic subsided the obesity rate in Indonesia continued to increase. The new habits formed after the pandemic are activities that can be done at home. This is an opportunity to be able to reduce obesity by doing physical activity at home. Physical activity undertaken specifically to lose weight. However, various problems arise when doing physical activity. Such as requiring expensive fees, monotony, and others. Mobile exergame is one solution to this problem. In previous research, exergames that use the brute force algorithm in determining physical activity take a long time. This problem will be solved using a greedy algorithm which also uses a maximum profit strategy. Descriptive statistics are used to compare the average time needed by the two algorithms to select the physical activity to be performed in an exergame. The results of this study indicate that in terms of time the greedy algorithm that uses the maximum profit strategy is proven to be faster than the brute force algorithm.
