Abstract

Employees are a human resource asset for a company in carrying out the operational activities of an organization or company in achieving the main goals of the organization or company. The purpose of this study is to select exemplary employees in the company using the MOORA method, so that the company will quickly evaluate exemplary employees once every 6 months. The results of the ranking of exemplary employees who get rank 1 are exemplary employees, namely Zaenal Yuswantoro with a total score of 0.179431073, for rank 2 exemplary employees, namely Yolanda Prasasti with a total score of 0.175703146, and 3rd rank exemplary employees, namely Ahmad Budianto with a total value of 0.174341166. The results of manual calculations and by using a web application based on the Laravel framework show no difference in the results of the grades and ratings of the employees being assessed

Abstract

Because there are so many advantages to using e-commerce, it is now expanding quickly. E-commerce, particularly for electronic items, makes it simpler for customers to execute transactions without traveling. Because businesses (business actors) do not yet have a pattern and strategy for the products they sell, the use of e-commerce has not yet reached its full potential. As a result, sales occasionally suffer because the supply of products does not meet consumer needs, forcing consumers to leave without purchasing these products, which has an impact on transactions. sales firm. Businesses (businesspeople) must use data mining to implement data processing. For this reason, researchers use an application strategy that is appropriate in this situation: the a priori algorithm. Finding frequent itemsets that frequently show up in the data set with the strongest pattern is frequently done using the a priori algorithm. This algorithm's output can be used to assist management in making decisions. According to the study's findings, the rule "if you buy AA Batteries (4-pack), you will buy AAA Batteries (4-pack), "if you buy AA Batteries (4-pack), you will buy a USB-C Charging Cable," and "if you buy AA Batteries (4-pack) and AAA Batteries (4-pack), you will buy a USB-C Charging Cable" all have a support and confidence value of 100%.

Abstract

Health is one of the most valuable parts of human life. So healthy is the goal of every human being. Many things cause the decline in human health, such as hereditary genes, sensitive immunity and exposure to viruses or bacteria. One of the diseases caused by bacteria is tuberculosis (TB). Tuberculosis is a disease caused by exposure to a bacterium called Mycobacterium tuberculosis. There are two types of tuberculosis, namely pulmonary tuberculosis and extra pulmonary tuberculosis. Pulmonary tuberculosis can be defined as a disease that attacks the lungs and affects the lung parenchyma [4]. It's just that this type of disease does not attack other organs. While extrapulmonary tuberculosis is a tuberculosis disease in which this type of disease can attack other related organs such as the hilum, pleura and various other organs. the lack of funds for health checks makes it too late for many people to get treatment. Therefore, the development of technology should be utilized in handling this problem. One of the technologies that can be used in dealing with these problems is to use an expert system. An expert system is a system that is developed using the development of the knowledge that is owned by many experts and is used as a reference in developing the technology. In using an expert system, a method is needed that can help solve existing problems, therefore in this study the method used is the Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method. The Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method is the most suitable method for use in this study because the main function of this method is to diagnose disease. Based on the results of the calculation process using the Case-Based Reasoning method for each type of TB disease, the results obtained are for pulmonary tuberculosis to obtain a value of 85%, while for tuberculosis with extra pulmonary tuberculosis it is 62%. So based on the results obtained in this study it was determined that the sample was diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis. With a similarity of 85%.

Abstract

Nutritional status is a condition related to nutrition that can be measured and is the result of a balance between nutritional needs in the body and nutritional intake from food. In Indonesia, there are still many nutritional problems such as malnutrition and other nutritional problems. This research will use the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm with K-Fold Cross Validation testing. The data used is data on the nutritional status of toddlers in August 2022 at the Rambah Samo I Health Center. Attributes in this study include Gender, Birth Weight, Birth Height, Age at Measurement, Weight, Height, ZS BB/U, BB/U, ZS TB/U, and TB/U. Determination of the nutritional status of toddlers in this study was based on the BB/TB index which consisted of 6 classes, namely severely wasted, wasted, normal, possible risk of overweight, overweight, and obese. From the research conducted, it was found that the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm with K-Fold Cross Validation can correctly classify the nutritional status of toddlers. From data processing using 10-Fold Cross Validation on the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm, it is known that the highest accuracy value is 82.94% in the 5th iteration, while the lowest accuracy value is 65.88% in 6th iteration. With an average overall accuracy value of 75.47%. Meanwhile, the average precision value obtained is 81.36% and the average recall value is 75.47%.

Abstract

Foot and Mouth Disease is a disease that attacks cloven hooves, this disease spreads very quickly and the mortality rate of infected animals is up to 100%. FMD is caused by type A picornaviridae virus, namely Apthaee epizootecae, which has a development period of 1-14 days after the animal is infected. The delay in handling it can cause many livestock to die and have an impact on cattle farmers. One of the steps taken to prevent the spread of this disease is to eradicate all livestock. The Riau Provincial Government has taken steps to prevent vaccination of all livestock in Riau Province in the form of preventing this disease from becoming more widespread. From these problems, this research will form a data cluster for the PMK program in Riau Province so that the government can improve supervision of livestock to prevent re-outbreaks of foot and mouth disease in Riau Province. The method used is data mining with the Fuzzy C-means algorithm and the data used comes from the Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health in Riau Province. The best cluster results after testing is 2 clusters. The most numerous clusters are in cluster 1 with a total of 48704 cows and cluster 2 with a total of 21232. The validity test using the DBI gets a value of 0.416, so it is still far from good

Abstract

Acceptance of new students is a school activity that occurs every year, even in the middle of the teaching year. This activity is the first step to improve the quality of education, namely choosing the quality of students. In general, the process of admitting new students is still done manually, namely by recording student data and the student selection exam schedule to the student data that has been accepted. This is one of the problems every year that can hinder the work of teachers and even school staff. Therefore, we need the right system to be used in schools so that it can assist in the acceptance of new students. One system that is able to solve these problems is the Decision Support System (SPK). . SPK aims to provide information, guide, provide predictions and direct users of information so they can make better decisions. In implementing the SPK, ranking methods are used so that the results obtained are more effective, such as the Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) Method. The Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method where it is expected that the normalization process in calculating the value of new student admissions. The Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method is a method which has a calculation level using minimum calculations and is very simple and practical for applied to the system. The Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method has a high level of flexibility and convenience on separating the subjective part that comes from an assessment process into the decision weighting criteria using several decision-making attributes. The final result showed that Angga Rifai Zul Fiqri ranked first with a final preference score of 1.0522, which was the highest among all candidates.

Abstract

Sentiment Analysis is a subset of data mining that analyzes, understands, processes, and extracts textual data in the form of opinions or reviews about a certain object. The advancement of technology, such as Google Maps, can make it easier to find information on the location of an object. Google Maps also gives an object review. These reviews provide information that can be used to examine the feelings expressed by visitors. A text mining methodology with the Support Vector Machine method is utilized to process customer review text data. This method is part of a classification strategy that recognizes and categorizes data into two portions separated by a hyperplane. The data used in this case study are visitors' reviews that is recorded on Google Maps Review of the Eternal Flame, a tourist attraction obejct located in Sumenep.

Abstract

Adjusting resource availability and traveler preferences will allow for an objective assessment of prospective mangrove ecotourism growth. In order to build mangrove ecotourism destinations effectively, it is vital to identify their priority locations. It is required to create the development program as a criterion and the development zone as a prioritized alternative in light of this. This study used the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) technique, which includes the following stages: deciding on criteria and alternatives; weighing the relative importance of each criterion; creating a matrix of findings; and ranking the alternatives based on the biggest value. The study's findings indicate that five criteria can be categorized based on benefit and cost with varying relative values: attraction (benefit), ancillary (benefit), accommodation (cost), accessibility (cost), and amenities (cost). Attraction has a relative value of 0.3, ancillary has a relative value of 0.2, and amenities (cost) has a relative value of 0.15. The ranking results showed that the amenity criteria came first, followed by accessibility, then attractions, lodging, and ancillary. Attractions were ranked third, while accommodations came in fourth. This demonstrates the necessity for amenities that pique tourist interest and accessibility through accessible modes of transportation, informational resources, and roads to tourist destinations to support the growth of mangrove ecotourism special interest tourism. The management of mangrove ecotourism destinations can be improved by offering lodging options. Following amenities, accessibility, attractions, and lodging, organizations or groups can be established, and infrastructure in tourist sites can be enhanced. As a result, the SAW approach can be used as a system to help decide which initiatives to prioritize

Abstract

Oil palm plays a crucial role in agriculture and plantations in Indonesia as a commodity with high economic potential. Net Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) production is an essential desired outcome in an oil palm plantation. Net FFB is utilized as the primary raw material for the production of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel Oil (PKO). The existing challenge is that companies seek to achieve precise quantities and timing for net FFB production in oil palm. One proactive measure to address this is by predicting the net FFB production. Therefore, the objective of this research is to forecast net FFB production by comparing triple exponential smoothing and fuzzy time series methods. Data processing results demonstrate that both forecasting methods yield excellent quality predictions for net FFB production. In the conducted testing, both methods achieved low forecast error values, with MAPE of 11.14670196% and 10.44596891% respectively. However, fuzzy time series exhibited a lower error value compared to the triple exponential smoothing method. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that fuzzy time series is the most reliable model for accurately predicting net FFB production. The advantage of fuzzy time series in forecasting net FFB production can provide significant benefits for companies in determining appropriate strategies for future planning.

Abstract

The history of the patient's medical examination with the BPJS (Social Security Administration Agency) at the Dumai City Hospital will be stored in the form of a medical record. The medical record is a file that contains patient identification information whether it contains the results of control, treatment and other services. The purpose of this research is to. to assist the Dumai Hospital in grouping BPJS participants based on medical records to find out the disease, gender and BPJS group that is most dominant in Dumai City BPJS participants. The results of grouping the disease will then be processed using data mining techniques. In this study, the focus was on BPJS PBI participants inpatient medical record data from January to December 2022, which were then processed using the K-Means Clustering algorithm with 3 clusters. Cluster 0 is dominated by disease types with code O342 (Maternal care due to uterine scar from previous surgery), female sex and age range 21-40 years. Cluster 1 is dominated by types of disease with code E119 (Diabetes mellitus without complications), female sex and age range 41-60 years and cluster 2 is dominated by disease types with code J180 (Bronchopneumonia, unspecified organism), female sex and age range 41-60 years.
