This pandemic demands both the government and society to adopt new working patterns. One of them is health services for the people, namely BPJS. This highly mandatory program makes work and administrative systems inevitably changed during a pandemic. One of the programs that must be changed is how to create security and comfort in carrying out administrative activities for the community to prevent the spread of Covid-19 from spreading. This service is effective and based on Government Regulation no. 20 of 2020 concerning large-scale social restrictions in order to accelerate the handling of COVID-19. In its implementation there will definitely be challenges and obstacles occurring. These problems must be resolved immediately in order to create effective and efficient services. The conclusion of this paper is to assess the extent of the effectiveness and efficiency of the program's performance. It is hoped that the use of online applications and programs to the public in addition to reducing the risk of transmission, and avoiding crowds, can also directly support the acceleration of information and technology in this digital era.

Competition has raised various threats related to how a company operates and survives in the industrial world, until finally through various innovations and creativity it is shown as an important role in implementing what the company thinks and plans to achieve the success that the company expects, both from product innovation to operational innovation. ensure innovation in the effectiveness of its performance. Therefore, it is important for companies to develop innovations, especially in employee relations as part of their operations so that for this the company creates a new field called the field of human resources (HR), namely work activities that ensure the performance of employees in the company operates well and supports and improves productivity. In this case, the HR field at the company found that it was the employee's self-motivation that could support success in a practice of increasing productivity and increasing or decreasing performance. In writing this article aims to determine the various factors that generate employee morale as an influence on the productivity of their performance to achieve company goals. The method used in the collection of journals using google schooler published from 2015-2021. The result of this literature review is the identification of various motivating factors for employee motivation, namely internal and external factors or motivation that comes from within and outside the employee himself as an effort to fulfill life satisfaction in his work.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of Bintan Regent Regulation No. 1 Of 2019 Concerning Technical Instructions for Supervision Of The Distribution of Subsidized 3 Kg Gas Cylinders In East Bintan District, Bintan Regency. The background of this research is due to the scarcity of 3 kg gas cylinders, so the local government issued regulations governing the distribution of subsidized 3 kg gas cylinders. However, from the data obtained, the existing data on poor families and MSMEs has a very far comparison with the number of subsidized gas cylinders circulating in the East Bintan sub-district. This study uses the theory of Van Metter and Van Horn. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Primary data obtained by means of interviews and observations and secondary data obtained from written reports or publications. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Supervision of the Distribution of Subsidized 3 Kg Gas Cylinders has not been going well. This is due to the lack of supervision and enforcement of sanctions by the local government which results in the distribution of subsidized 3 Kg gas cylinders that are not in accordance with applicable regulations.

Political parties are an important pillar in a democratic system. In Indonesia, political parties receive budget assistance from the state, this is intended so that political parties can carry out their functions properly. Therefore, the researcher conducted a literature review to examine how political parties as public utilities in democracy in Indonesia. Researchers conducted a review of articles to observe the role of political parties as public utilities. The results of this review show that political parties that are given budget assistance by the state must have utilities for the community, one of which is political education. Overall, this review provides an appropriate reference for further research by identifying the role of political parties as public utilities, seen from how political parties obtain large budgets from the state to carry out their functions properly.

Sexual violence against women seems to be a never ending crime. Every year, this case continues to experience a fairly sharp increase. Various groups ranging from ordinary people, activists, to institutions such as Komnas Perempuan tried to highlight and make people aware of the urgency of this case. 27 Steps of May is one of the films that voices the case of sexual violence against women. Through the film, the filmmakers tried to convey social criticism of the dangers of the impact of this case. The purpose of this study is to determine the audience's interpretation of the message about victims of sexual violence in the 27 Steps of May film. This study uses a qualitative approach with reception analysis method. The results show that most of the audience interpret the message in the 27 Steps of May film very well and appropriately. However, there are also audiences who have different views in interpreting it. Of the eight analytical units studied, three of them are accepted by the audience in a negotiating position, one unit places an informant in an opposition position, and other units are accepted by all informants in a dominant hegemonic position.

Mitra Wacana WRC is an organization engaged in the issue of women and children to fight for gender justice, and an institution that works more at the mezzo and macro levels. Mitra Wacana means an organization that can be critical thinking partners of women and children. In this pandemic condition, Mitra Wacana WRC is trying to adapt by minimizing physical contact. Managers and institutional members have agreed to carry out online-based activities and coordination, such as routine meetings that are usually carried out in physical meetings, which are now carried out by utilizing online media such as WhatsApp groups. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Praktikan conduct the interview process in order to gain understanding and disclosure that is being faced by the institution. This study examines the adaptive strategies of NGOs in the event of the COVID 19 pandemic, a case study in the social services of Mitra Wacana WRC. The impact felt due to this pandemic every member of the community and beneficiaries (clients) began to get used to utilizing existing technology in obtaining information and coordinating. Because basically Mitra Wacana continues to carry out its usual activities in the midst of the coronavirus situation.

This study on the sociology of communication in industrial society is motivated by the heterogeneity and complexity of the social and cultural diversity of the employees of PT Indorama Synthetics Tbk Purwakarta. With the background of the social and cultural diversity of the employees, the purpose of this study is to identify and describe the following two things: First, the social system of industrial society; Second, the communication pattern of industrial society. This study is based on the theory of Gemeinschaft & Gesellschaft from Ferdinand Tonies and Primary & Secondary Communication from Onong Uchjana Effendy. This study belongs to the type of qualitative research with case study methods and subjective approaches. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of observation and interviews. Based on the results of the analysis of the data collected, two important findings were obtained, namely: First, the social system of industrial society is Gesselschaft; Second, the communication pattern of industrial society is primary communication. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of the study of the sociology of communication. The results of this study are recommended for sociology academics, communication practitioners, and researchers who are interested in the study of the sociology of communication, as a basic reference and practical guide in further researching industrial societies and similar groups of people. Smartphone is a popular technology among teenagers. The smartphone has a negative impact on teenagers, one of which is addiction. A smartphone addiction can interfere with activities in a youth's life. The purpose of this writing is to understand and customize the effects of the smartphone addiction. This writing was done using a qualitative descriptive method. The result of this writing is that excessive use of the smartphone can have a negative effect on teenagers. The potential effects of smartphone addiction include several aspects, including health, psychological aspects, academic, social aspects, and financial aspects.
