Abstract

Advances in technology in the field of transportation, as well as the fact that currently, the internet is very influential on citizens in living their lives have made people dependent on smartphones and the internet. This opportunity has made business founders present online-based motorcycle taxis.  Application-based ordering that smartphone users easily download, both Android and iOS systems.  Student activities in general are also inseparable from other supporting interests such as preparing food, managing clothing, health, and other socio-cultural activities (going to church, mosques, organizing arts and sports, and so on).  Likewise, lecture activities that are all disciplined require students to be present on time, which will be directly related to the use of transportation equipment, especially online motorcycle taxis.  Campus online motorcycle taxi transportation is one of the online-based motorcycle taxi service providers.  Consumers only need to order via their respective smartphones if they want to go somewhere.  Not only taking us, but campus online motorcycle taxis also provide food delivery services, better known as delivery orders.  This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer satisfaction on campus online motorcycle taxi services.  This study used a quantitative approach and analyzed data with the help of the smartpls3 program.  The results showed an influence of service quality on customer satisfaction.  This is evidenced by the P value of 0.000, it can be said to be influential because the P value is below 0.05.

Abstract

Tapis Marga Kaya is one of the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) engaged in the manufacture of Tapis Cloth. The preparation of the production budget is basically planning how much the budgeted costs will be for the coming year. The preparation of the production budget has a broader scope, including with regard to how many products will be produced, how the production process will be carried out, and how much budget will be spent on the production process. The problem faced in this study is how the influence of the production budget on the smooth production of Tapis Marga Kaya. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by conducting interviews, observing documentation, literature studies and questionnaires, using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The data was taken using a questionnaire which was distributed to 16 employee respondents at Tapis Marga Kaya. From the results of data processing, it was found that the price (r) = 0.6947 which has a fairly strong correlation and the value of t-count = 4.6512 when compared with the t-table at the 95% confidence level with a 5% degree of error obtained at 1.782. Because the value of t-count> t-table, then the hypothesis put forward can be accepted. The conclusion drawn is that the budget is reduced by 2.62%. There is an increase in the smooth production of 26.15%. This means that Tapis Marga Kaya can prepare the production budget. Suggestion, calculate carefully first before preparing the production budget.

Abstract

National income is an income received by the State against the production factor it runs in a certain period of time and if the national income of an area is high, the level of welfare will also be better. This research uses qualitative research methods that take data sources from various journals and websites. The purpose of this study is to find out the amount of state income, then to find out how national income can be beneficial for the welfare of the people. The results showed that the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia reported the realization of state revenue reaching IDR 1,974.7 trillion until the end of September 2022. Meanwhile, the realization of state spending was recorded at IDR 1,913.9 trillion as of September 2022. This value grew by 5.9% (yoy) from the realization of spending in September 2021 of IDR 1,806.9 trillion. With a larger income compared to state spending, Indonesia has again scored a surplus in the state budget for the 9th time in 2022. The amount of state income will affect the welfare of the people. The government has made various efforts to make instruments to help the economy in the community, especially UMKM actors who are given additional capital.

Abstract

The challenges of an increasingly competitive era make organizations need to look for an approach that is systematic, comprehensive, and adaptive so as to make the organization survive. In addition to the resource factors that support organizational performance, the role of culture as a value and system adopted by all human resources in the organization plays an important role. Organizational culture can be a guide for the organization in carrying out its operations because the truth value also shows the norms adopted in an organization. This study aims to explore the types of culture that are in accordance with the character of increasingly complex challenges for organizations. Qualitative research is used for this research by searching for appropriate literature using an electronic database on organizational culture in the 2018-2022 period which is found in Google Scholar. The results of the study show that implementing an adaptive organizational culture is an effective choice of organizational culture because it allows members to recognize environmental threats and develop solutions to change quickly. In addition, an adaptive organizational culture enables the organization to act in the best interests of the organization by responding appropriately, thereby increasing the organization's chances of survival while enhancing performance.

Abstract

Fiscal policy according to Islamic economics is expected to carry out the functions of allocation, distribution, and stabilization in a country that has certain characteristics of value orientation, and ethical and social dimensions in the income and expenditure of Islamic countries. The focus of the discussion lies on Fiscal policy in Islamic Economics. The purpose of this study is to determine fiscal policy in Islamic economics. The results of the fiscal policy research referred to Islamic teachings precisely according to the social, political, and economic conditions that existed at that time. However, the application of fiscal policy at that time was not necessarily easy to apply today due to constraints, and political, social, and global economic conditions which were quite dominant. So the implementation of fiscal policy, although it cannot be exactly the same as that used in the early days of Islam, needs to adhere to Islamic principles regarding state revenues and expenditures that are oriented towards welfare and a fair distribution of wealth in society.

Abstract

Performance is the level of effectiveness and efficiency shown by employees in carrying out their daily duties in an organization or company at a certain period. Improving employee performance is the most serious management challenge because the success of achieving goals and the survival of the organization depends on the quality of human resource performance in it. The more employees who have high performance, the effectiveness and efficiency of work in company activities will be maximized. This study aims to determine how the influence of individual characteristics, organizational commitment, occupational safety and health on employee performance at PT Tirta Investama Mambal. PT Tirta Investama Mambal is located in Br. Gumuasih, Mambal Kajanan, Abiansemal, Badung. The population in this study were 300 employees. Determination of the sample using the slovin method, with stratified proportionate random sampling technique, so that the sample used was 172 employees. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that individual characteristics had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Tirta Investama Mambal, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Tirta Investama Mambal, occupational safety and health had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Tirta Investama Mambal.

Abstract

Environmentally friendly advertising (green advertising) is one of the strategies used by companies in carrying out environmentally friendly marketing. Green advertising is considered an important factor for increasing the intention of environmentally friendly products. But on the other hand, there is previous research which found environmentally-friendly advertising had no role in increasing green purchase intentions. This difference is a research gap that must find a solution to cover the gap. The aim of this research is to find a solution for the research gap between green advertising and purchase intention of environmentally friendly products with environmental knowledge as a mediating variable. Based on previous research studies, stated that environmentally friendly advertising can increase environmental knowledge. Furthermore, environmental knowledge plays an important role in increasing the purchase intention of environmentally friendly products. In other words, environmentally friendly advertising can increase the purchase intention of environmentally friendly products, either directly or indirectly through environmental knowledge. Based on this, a conceptual model can be built to research the purchase intention of environmentally friendly products

Abstract

Teacher performance is closely related to increasing teacher empowerment where teachers must be able to independently criticize the curriculum, be able to manage their classes and teaching materials and be able to improve their teaching methods efficiently. Many factors can affect teacher performance including the leadership of the principal and teacher professionalism. For this reason, the purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of teacher leadership and professionalism on teacher performance both personally and simultaneously. This research was conducted at SDN 001 Panipahan, Pasir Limau Kapas District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The research was conducted for 3 (months) months starting in June 2022 until August 2022. The research data consisted of primary data and secondary data obtained using questionnaires, observations and research files. The population of this study were all teachers at SDN 001 Panipahan, Pasir Limau Kapas District, Rokan Hilir Regency, totaling 32 people and all of them were used as a census. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing is done by t test and F test using an alpha of 5%. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the principal's leadership had a partially significant effect on teacher performance. This shows that the better the leadership attitude shown by the school principal, the more positive impact it will have on improving teacher performance. The result of testing the hypothesis is that teacher professionalism has a partially significant effect on teacher performance. The results of testing the third hypothesis show that principal leadership and teacher professionalism have a significant simultaneous effect on teacher performance at SDN 001 Panipahan, Pasir Limau Kapas District, Rokan Hilir Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh simultan dan signifikan variabel gaya hidup, display produk, dan motivasi hedonis terhadap pembelian impulsif. Selain itu untuk mengetahui variabel yang dominan terhadap pembelian impulsif pada Charisma Aksesoris Solo. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif.   Populasi dalam penelitian ini 1150 konsumen Charisma Aksesoris Solo, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data: observasi, angket, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang    simultan dan signifikan    dari    variabel gaya hidup, display produk, dan motivasi hedonis terhadap pembelian impulsif pada Charisma Aksesoris Solo, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel gaya hidup terhadap pembelian impulsif pada Charisma Aksesoris Solo, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel display produk terhadap pembelian impulsif pada Charisma Aksesoris Solo, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi hedonis terhadap pembelian impulsif.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were (1) to determine the effect of green product on purchasing decisions, (2) to determine the effect of green advertising on purchasing decisions, and (3) to determine the effect of green brand image on purchasing decisions. This study used a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population used in this study were consumers of The Body Shop cosmetic products who usually purchase The Body Shop cosmetic products online at The Body Shop's official store. The data collection technique used in this study was questionnaire distribution. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS.  The results showed that partially, green product affects purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000, green brand image affects purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.001, and green brand image affects purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, green product, green advertising, green brand image affect purchasing decisions.
