Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze and determine the effect of job stress, job satisfaction and employee loyalty on employee performance at PT. Samudera Gemilang Denpasar. This research method uses quantitative and qualitative methods by using primary and secondary data sources. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Samudera Gemilang Denpasar as many as 110 people. While the sample of respondents in this study were 86 people from all employees at Samudera Gemilang Denpasar. The result of the research is that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at Samudera Gemilang Denpasar, while job satisfaction and job loyalty have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Samudera Gemilang Denpasar.

Abstract

The most dominant industry in the current era is the clothing industry. Therefore, competition in the world of clothing trade is very competitive. Online marketing is a form of marketing communication that has become a social phenomenon lately. Online shopping is increasingly in demand in Indonesia, it is known that internet users in Indonesia in 2012 reached 55 million people, an increase of 30.9 percent compared to 2011 with a trade value of Rp 30 trillion. In online media, fashion products are the most sought after, such as clothing including accessories and shoes (60.8 percent). This study takes the title of the influence of promotion with celebrity endorse on brand trust and consumer buying interest in the field of women's clothing online shop in Denpasar. The number of samples of this study were 86 respondents taken from consumers who made transactions in Dinda Fashion. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using classical assumption test analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, and partial test (t-test. The results showed that: (1) Promotion with celebrity endorse had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in women's clothing online shop business in Denpasar. (2) Promotion with celebrity endorse has a significant and significant effect on Brand trust in the women's clothing online shop business in Denpasar. (3) Brand trust has an individual positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in the women's clothing online shop business in Denpasar.  Keywords: Promotion with Celebrity Endorse, Brand trust and Buying Interest.Industri yang paling dominan di era saat ini adalah industry pakaian.Oleh karena itu, persaingan di dunia perdagangan pakaian sangat kompetitif.Pemasaran online merupakan salah satu bentuk komunikasi pemasaran yangmenjadi fenomena sosial belakangan ini. Belanja onlinesemakin diminati di Indonesia, diketahui pengguna internet di Indonesia pada tahun 2012 mencapai 55 juta orang, meningkat 30,9 persen dibanding tahun 2011 dengan nilai perdagangan Rp 30 triliun. Di media online, produk fashionadalah yang paling diminati, seperti pakaian termasuk aksesoris dan sepatu (60,8persen). Penelitian ini mengambil judul pengaruh promosi dengan celebrity endorse terhadap brand trust dan minat beli konsumen pada bidang usaha online shop pakaian perempuan di Denpasar.Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 86 responden yang diambil dari konsumen yang melakukan transaksi di Dinda Fashion. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis uji asumsi klasik, analisis korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji parsial (t-test).Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Promosi dengan celebrity endorse berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara individual terhadap minat beli konsumen pada bidang usaha online shop pakaian perempuan di Denpasar. (2) Promosi dengan celebrity endorse berpengaruh poistif dan signifikan terhadap Brand trust pada bidang usaha online shop pakaian perempuan di Denpasar. (3) Brand trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara individual terhadap minat beli konsumen pada bidang usaha online shop pakaian perempuan di Denpasar. Kata kunci: Promosi dengan Celebrity Endorse, Brand trust dan Minat Beli.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect, competence, organizational culture and emotional intelligence on employee performance at LPD in South Denpasar. Quantitative methods/approaches are used in this study. The number of samples used were 87 LPD employees in South Denpasar with the saturated sampling method, namely by using all the population as samples. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Then analyzed using SPSS 23 for windows. The results showed that all the proposed research hypotheses were accepted. The conclusion in this study is that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Efforts are made to improve performance, namely providing training and opportunities to add insight to employees and develop work creativity in accordance with their fields.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to analyze: (1) the influence of organizational support to the job satisfaction, (2) the influence of organizational support to the employee performance, (3) the influence of employee job satisfaction to the employee performance. The numbers of samples in this study were 58 employees at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Tabanan Regency. The technique of sample is Random Sampling and the data are collected using a questionnaire. The technique of analysis used is Path Analysis Model. The results of the study found that the organizational support gave positive effect to the employee job satisfaction; the organizational support gave positive effect to the employee performance, and (3) the employee job satisfaction gave positive effect to the employee performance. The implications of the results of this study are the organizational support need to be given maximally to improve the employee job satisfaction at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Tabanan Regency. If the job satisfactions of employees get increasing, it will be able to improve the Employee Performance at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Tabanan Regency.

Abstract

Maximum cooperative management has an impact on cooperative performance that is getting better and healthier. Management of human resources in cooperatives is a way to improve cooperative performance. From the development of cooperatives and the results of interviews with cooperative employees about creativity that tends to be low, job satisfaction is lacking and employee performance is low, it will be very important and it is necessary to do research. Research respondents totaled 60 people, with a sampling technique that is non-probability sampling and analyzed using Smart PLS. The results and discussion of the data in this study indicate that the performance of employees at cooperative institutions in the North Denpasar sub-district is strongly influenced by the level of creativity and the role of employee job satisfaction itself. From these results, it is suggested that cooperative institutions in developing their businesses should be based on the value of creativity in providing services to the community, considering that cooperative institutions currently have almost the same service concept so they need to be supported by a dimension of creativity that provides innovation value in competition.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in an organization. Every organization will also always improve the quality of its resources so that its performance is satisfactory. The quality improvement is also one of the efforts to make employees more motivated and clear the direction of the goals to be achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance and the effect of communication on employee performance in the sculpture industry. The research data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale as a measuring tool. The population of this study were all employees in the sculpture industry with a total sample of 86 people. Sampling was done by using the saturated sample technique. Then the data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 for Windows. The results show that transformational leadership and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the sculpture industry

Abstract

The performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Parent Unit decreased allegedly because there are still employees who are not competent in their work, other causes are suspected to be due to work placements that are not in accordance with the latest educational background of the employee, and there are still some employees who do not have career development opportunities (transfers and promotions). This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence, job placement and career development on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Parent Unit. The research population is 154 employees at the Main Office of PT PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Main Unit. The sample in this study was 61 employees who were determined based on the simple random sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Parent Unit, work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Parent Unit, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Main Unit Distribution Bali. Further research if you want to examine employee performance should take variables other than those used in this study.

Abstract

Performance is the level of effectiveness and efficiency shown by employees in carrying out their daily duties in an organization or company at a certain period. Improving employee performance is the most serious management challenge because the success of achieving goals and the survival of the organization depends on the quality of human resource performance in it. The more employees who have high performance, the effectiveness and efficiency of work in company activities will be maximized. This study aims to determine how the influence of individual characteristics, organizational commitment, occupational safety and health on employee performance at PT Tirta Investama Mambal. PT Tirta Investama Mambal is located in Br. Gumuasih, Mambal Kajanan, Abiansemal, Badung. The population in this study were 300 employees. Determination of the sample using the slovin method, with stratified proportionate random sampling technique, so that the sample used was 172 employees. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that individual characteristics had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Tirta Investama Mambal, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Tirta Investama Mambal, occupational safety and health had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Tirta Investama Mambal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of motivation on work morale at Citraland Waterpark Ubung Denpasar, to determine and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance at Citraland Waterpark Ubung Denpasar and to determine and analyze the effect of morale on employee performance at Citraland Waterpark Ubung Denpasar. The sampling technique used in this research is the saturated sampling method or the census method. Data was collected through documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis which is processed using SPSS version 23 software. Morale has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Citraland Waterpark Ubung Denpasar. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Citraland Waterpark Ubung Denpasar.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan pada Bliss Barbershop Bali menurun setiap bulannya pada Tahun 2019 yang dipengaruhi oleh komunikasi, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh komunikasi, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh secara tidak langsung komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan dan pengaruh secara tidak langsung komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 38 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi, Determinasi, Analisis Jalur, Uji t dan Uji Sobel. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa: (1) komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (5) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (6) Komunikasi memiliki berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. (7) Komitmen organisasi memiliki berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Saran yang dapat diberikan peneliti adalah Bliss Barbershop Bali diharapkan membimbing karyawan, meningkatkan jumlah kompensasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan dan memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan
