Abstract

Kuantan Singingi Islamic University in determining Lecturer candidates as work unit head office holders is carried out by means of Lecturers submitting proposals as self-submission candidates as work unit head candidates. So that from the proposals for submitting these candidates, it is considered by the leadership of the Kuantan Singingi Islamic University for each candidate, which candidate is suitable for the position by carrying out various considerations so that later it will produce which of the candidates will occupy the position of head of the unit. So in this way it will require quite a long process and also in determining the criteria for each candidate is done manually so that the reports generated are not very accurate. With the application of Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, the weight, criteria and ranking values of each Lecturer who are candidates for Head of Work Units are obtained. So that by calculating the Decision Support System to Determine Lecturer Candidates for the Head of Work Unit Positions at the Islamic University of Kuantan Singingi By Applying the Simple Additve Weighting (SAW) Method, it can help users determine Lecturer candidates for the position of head of work units at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University.

Abstract

Calibration of measuring instruments is an important aspect in ensuring the accu-racy and reliability of industrial production systems, including in the palm oil derivatives (CPO) processing sector. Digital scales play a crucial role in the weighing process of raw materials, semi-finished products, and final products. However, each calibration process is inseparable from measurement uncertainty that can affect the quality of production results. Where this study aims to analyze the level of measurement uncertainty in the calibration process of digital scales used in CPO derivative production units. The research method is carried out by collecting scale reading data with standard loading, calculating type A (statistical) and type B (non-statistical) uncertainties, as well as calculating com-bined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty in accordance with ISO GUM (Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement). Thus, the results of the analysis show that the greatest uncertainty comes from the variation in readings (repeatability) and the tol-erance of the standard weights used. The combined uncertainty value obtained is within the range that meets the industrial calibration tolerance limit, but there are recommenda-tions for improving environmental control procedures during calibration to minimize fur-ther deviations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of job analysis policy in employee placement at the Regional Secretariat of South Buton Regency using Charles O. Jones's policy implementation theory, which includes three main dimensions: organization, interpretation, and application. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. Data sources were obtained from informants through direct observation and interviews, and documents obtained in the form of regulations. Data processing was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results show that in the organizational dimension, job analysis implementation is still carried out ad hoc without a permanent implementation team or standardized SOPs. Limited human resources, uneven technical training, and the use of manual methods without an integrated information system are the main obstacles. In the interpretation dimension, the policy has been described in normative documents such as Regent Regulations and job maps, but has not been equipped with detailed local technical SOPs. Directions and training for implementers have also not been carried out systematically, resulting in differences in understanding between work units. In the application dimension, job analysis results have not yet been fully utilized as a strategic basis for employee placement. Employee placement is based more on immediate needs and the considerations of immediate superiors, without a structured and ongoing job evaluation cycle.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the accountability of the Integrity Zone Program towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) at the Baubau City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office using the approach (Halim, 16) including the implementation of the program, the suitability between targets and achievements, and the clarity of the program's goals and objectives. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data sources were obtained from informants through direct observation and interviews and documents obtained in the form of regulations and processing. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study indicate that program accountability has been reflected in various positive achievements. In the outcome dimension, the WBK program encourages increased ASN discipline, consistent implementation of SOPs, and the birth of digital service innovations such as LKH Online, PTSP Digital, and the Halal Meatball Cart (GBH) program. This indicates an increase in efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism of services. In the dimension of suitability of targets and achievements, most program indicators have been achieved, especially in terms of increasing service speed and public satisfaction. However, obstacles such as employee resistance, limited technical training, and gaps in technology utilization still hamper the optimization of overall program accountability. Meanwhile, in terms of clarity of goals and objectives, the program has a specific policy direction outlined in official documents and supported by internal socialization. However, substantive understanding of integrity values is not yet fully shared among technical implementers.

Abstract

The electric power system is a primary need, both for daily life and for industrial life. The provision of stable and continuous electric power is an absolute requirement that must be met in meeting the need for electric power. The distribution system is the distribution of electrical energy from the substation to consumers. There are 2 (two) distribution systems, namely primary distribution and secondary distribution. Primary distribution, the distribution starts from the substation (secondary side of the power transformer) to the distribution substation (primary side of the distribution transformer) or from the substation directly to the 20kV medium voltage consumer. Power transformers are equipped with a grounding transformer that functions to obtain a neutral point from the power transformer. Before replacing the coil winding, measurements were taken using a TTR transformer turn ratio test (megger) measuring instrument. It can be concluded that the location of the damage is in the coil winding section. The results of the voltage measurements on the Primary Winding between phases R-S = 410 V, ST phase = 407 V and TR phase = 375V. and the Secondary voltage between phase and Neutral is RN = 221V, SN = 237V and TN = 222V. and the current in the Secondary winding between phases is R = 7.64A, S phase = 7.64A and T phase = 8.08A.
